Today we are going dress hunting in the designer stores and malls! I want a dress from "say yes to the dress!" I've seen the show and I have always wanted to go hunt a wedding dress there!

I removed my bathrobe and put on my outfit. A dark brown off shoulder dress that had white spots all over the dress. The dress also had a waist belt and it was knee long. I accompanied it with heels and a necklace and bracelet. I pushed my phone and other necessities in my purse and walked downstairs to have breakfast with everyone else.

"Good morning everyone!" I greeted as I sat down on my usual chair at the dining table. Mom, dad, Nora and James answered. James is the first born of this family. He is married and also had one son, Henry. During mom and dad's anniversary, he wasn't feeling well and was caught up in Dubai. His doctors refused him from traveling in the condition. So four days later, he was much better so he come back. Today we are going for the wedding dress shopping and the wedding is in two days time!

As we wait for everyone to be served, dad asked mom, " Melania, how are the preparations going? What's left to be done?"

" Everything is ready, we have to get Tamera two dresses, one for the wedding and one for the reception party! Then we'll rest a bit and wait for the actual wedding, which happens to be in two days!"

"Tamera, are you ok with everything? Do you need anything more on the things you've been shopping and we'll be taking with you?" Dad asked me and I shook my head to deny.

We had breakfast and then got up to get ready to leave. We left in two cars, one was mom and James's wife, Christine. The other car was Nora and I. We went over to our designer. The one who designs dresses for our functions and events. All four of us went in different directions and each one was attended by three staffs who helped us find the dresses. One hour later, we all assembled each one coming over with the dresses they had chose.

We sat down as mom began trying her outfits one after the other. When she was done, we talked and discussed on which dress looked good on her. She ended up picking up only one of the seven dresses she had picked up. Then it was Nora's turns and she too tried out all the eleven dresses she had and she, together with all of us, agreed to pick out two of all of them. They were looking gorgeous on her.  Then it was Christine's turn. She had eight dresses with her. She my tried each one of them and she ended up picking up two dresses. And finally, it was the bride's chance.

I had selected three gowns and I had to try each one of them with the help of the staffs. I liked only one of the three and it seemed that the rest also liked the same. Mom agreed that I'll dress up in that for the reception. We still had to go hunt for the wedding gown! Mom paid for all the outfits with her black card and paid for home delivery.

We went to a new design store. The design was from a different city and had opened up a designer made outfits store. Everyone was talking about the outfits so Christine suggested we give it a try. We did the same thing, we went into different sections and picked up the dresses that appeased us. We assembled and tried out the outfits. Mom picked two more dresses and Christine picked up one more. Nora didn't feel that perfect in any of the dresses she picked out.

I tried on six gowns but told them, "I don't feel like any of those dresses were made for me!" So finally, mom decide we go to say yes to the dress store! But we were starving so we had to go a restaurant and dig in.

When I was assigned the staffs to help me out, I described the kind of dress I wanted and immediately, all four of them went into different directions to bring me the dress I just described. There were eight dresses that were brought. Everyone was called and they sat down as I tried on each one of them. In the middle of the dress trial, King called and asked me where I was. He wanted to come and take me for  coffee. So I gave him the location. I finally selected the dress that when I wore it, I felt that this dress was made for me! I was asked if I would say yes to the dress and I gladly said yes to the dress! It was a dream come true. We also got the accessories that are also needed like the veil, heels, crown and gloves.

We had finished dress shopping and mom paid for them. We were outside when King come over. He said hi to everyone and asked mom if he could take me out. We left immediately in his car as I sat next to him in the co driver seat and he drove us to a coffee shop. He ordered two coffees. We discussed the final touches of his project  and then we  talked about the wedding preparations.

"So how's the preparation?"

" Done!"

" Am glad! You need rest now! You've been working out yourself these last few days! Get enough rest you need to sparkle on your wedding day!"

" Don't worry! That will be done! I got the best make up artist in town as my friend, Andy!" I giggled remembering his crazy behaviour.

"Ooh and talking about friends, my best friend and also business partner, Robert is also coming for the wedding. In fact he'll land in just two hours!

"I've heard a lot about him over the years! Whenever you come over, you always talk about him. And when I come to your place, you still talk about him! So finally am going to meet him!" I winked at him and he laughed out loud.

"He's dieing to meet you Tamera! Last night I was on a video call with him, and he couldn't even stop mentioning your name! He's also a big flirt but poor heart!" He said as he shook his head while laughing.

"He hasn't seen me and he talks about me none stop what will happen when we meet?" I laughed at this as it surprised me and hit me at a different spot.

" He says he feels attached and connected to you! I wonder how he'll behave when he finally sees you!" He said.

We went on talking about business and then about his friends and we ordered a spicy chicken tikka. We dug into the chicken and when time was ready, we left and went to the airport to get his friend!

"Oh my god! You aren't married yet but I can see the sparkle in your eyes dude! What did she do?" I guess this is Robert. I had excused myself and went to the washroom. When I goy back here, I found King talking to another Greek god! From his enthusiasm and cheerfulness, I guess this is Robert.

I moved closer and they both see me. King pulls me  closer and said, " buddy meet Marina! My closest cousin!"

" Uummmm.... Marina.... actually....aaaaah the name doesn't suit her!" He said looking pissed.

" What was that?! Do you mean she was supposed to have another name? How do you know that you fool?" King hit him on his shoulder lightly.

"I don't know bruh! But my instincts tell me she isn't Marina....so...um... I.... don't know what's happening?" He started laughing and King and I joined him in laughing out loud making us attract the attention of other passengers so we grab his bags and started moving towards the parking lot.

"Didn't I tell you he feels a connection with you!?" King laughed out loud and Robert stopped walking and turned around look at me.

" so.she.is.tamera!" He said each word at a time and started yelling.

"Wohooo bro! You got a diamond when others picked up stones instead! Umm...hey Tamera am..." He finally remembered am present there. His personality is charming! He knows how to express himself and also joke around appropriately without hurting someone.

"Robert my brother in law!" I finished his statement and he enlargened his eyes.

"Ugghhhh!! Don't call be that! Just call me Rob!" Je said as he did an imaginary hair flip.

We got into the car and he took the back seat. He was quite and then spoke up. He was behaving kind of weird!

" What's happening to Rob?" I asked him.

"Ummm it's nothing much! Must be tired from the long journey that's all!" I could clearly see that he was hiding something.

"I'm not buying that excuse. What's up?"

"Actually it's my wife! Tia ! Buddy only you know how to control her. She's getting out of my hands do something!" He said and I could feel King getting uncomfortable in his seat.

"What's wrong..?" I asked him softly as I went for his free hand on his lap.

"We'll talk about it later Tamera! I told you no stress, you have to sparkle!" He took my hand in his as our fingers interlocked. He looked at Rob and gave him a death glare.

I can feel something's not right but who am I to interfere in the king's matters. He'll solve them himself. Am yet to get to know Rob and his wife!

We reached the Andrew's villa and he parked at the entrance door as he quickly come over to open the door for me. The two of us stood at the door with both our hands into each other's hands and fingers interlocked. I stood up on my toes and gave him a peck and then went back on my feet.

" Two more days and you'll be Tamera King Harrington! Come now!" He learned his head down and kissed my forehead. I saw Rob staring at us so I pulled away and whispered, "Rob is watching! Good bye I'll call later tonight!" I went inside and King went back to his car as Rob took over the front seat and they drove away.
