Don't Leave
~ Seoyeon's POV~
~ 7:00 pm ~
"The mobile number you have called is currently unavailable..."
Repeatedly listening to the same phrase for like the thousandth time, I let out a groan of annoyance and angrily hung up.
I've been dying of extreme anxiousness for the past five hours, unable to find nor contact Taehyung.
What the hell is he doing?
Where can he possibly be?
Did something happen to him?
Suddenly hearing the ringtone of my phone, I immediately checked the caller ID at the speed of light, only to let out a disappointed sigh at the sight of my friend's name instead of Taehyung's.
"Hey Jina." I answered, casually placing my phone on my right ear.
"Uh... Seoyeon?" She answered in reluctance, as if she was apprehensive on telling me a certain secret.
"Yeah?" I bemusedly questioned.
"Why do I see your boyfriend all alone at a bar?" She asked in bewilderment, only to cause my eyes to enlarge from the great bombshell.
"WHAT?!" I shouted, completely flabbergasted.
"Yeah, he looks really sad and heartbroken... Did something happen between you two?" She questioned in concern of our relationship.
"Jina, which bar are you at?" I eagerly asked.
"The one across from the mall." She generously notified me.
"Okay, I'll be there." I said, hurriedly hanging up the phone call and rushing out of my house with my keys secured in my hands.

Breathlessly reaching the bar which Jina informed me of, I restlessly entered through the metal door.
The interior design was rather dark and morose with the lights utterly dim, the wooden tables occupied by customers either conversing, sharing delighted laughs, or gloomily sobbing their hearts out while they sipped on a glass of liquor.
Timidly approaching the front of the bar, I noticed a familiar-looking figure situated by the counter with his shoulders dispiritedly slouched in cheerlessness.
Taehyung.
I took a step forward with a relieved smile forming, but immediately froze at the sight of a woman my age, dressed in a skintight and erotic sheath dress, suddenly approach him with a lustful smirk plastered on her face.
Enticingly caressing his shoulders, she fluttered her clumped-up eyelashes at him in attempt to arouse him.
Enraged by her audacity to lay even a single finger on my boyfriend, I ferociously clenched my fists in preparation to teach her a little lesson.
But unexpectedly, I noticed Taehyung firmly place both of his hands on the woman's waist, deliberately pulling her closer toward his body.
And with that, they kissed.
My heart completely shattered.
Witnessing my so-called boyfriend and some desperate slut attempting to swallow each other up overwhelmed me with agony and repulsion.
Unintentionally, I found my self aggressively stomping toward them with scorching flames of rage igniting inside of me.
"Taehyung." I called out in the calmest tone possible, not wishing to cause a raucous commotion and enduring my ambition to yell at him.
Disconnecting his lips from the woman's, he turned around to face me with his entire face appearing scarlet red, obviously intoxicated by the glass of vodka placed on the counter table.
"Oh, hey Seoyeon." He nonchalantly greeted as he hiccuped, acting as if he wasn't just making out with a girl who wasn't even his girlfriend.
"H-How could you do this to me? I trusted you!" I dejectedly said with my voice slightly cracking.
"Well now we're even, aren't we?" He stated with a vengeful, satisfied sneer plastered, referring to when I did the same exact thing to him back in our high school year.
His audacity and insolence truly infuriated me.
I admit, I was a greedy, insensitive, and cold-hearted being when I committed such a negligent action before.
But now, I've changed.
"Why don't you just go to your new boyfriend? I've replaced you already anyways." Taehyung confidently stated, mockingly wrapping his arm around the worthless slut while she haughtily smirked at me.
"What the hell are you talking about?" I asked in utter bewilderment as I sent him a suspicious glare.
"Stop acting innocent Seoyeon. I know you still have feelings for Jungkook." He scoffed, utterly perplexing my mind even more.
"Taehyung-"
Although I tried to clear up the whole misinterpretation, he abruptly cut me off.
"You never loved me, did you?" He grievously questioned, and I could clearly hear a bit of despair evident in his tone.
"You're a desperate whore, you know that?" He continued, my heart vigorously throbbing with every ruthless word he stated.
His words were like a merciless knife, brutally penetrating me right through my heart.
Unable to tolerate his hostile attitude any longer, I sorely raised my hand and gave him a hard slap right across his face.
Flabbergasted by my sudden action, Taehyung finally shut the hell up.
"Believe it or not, I actually loved you from the bottom of my heart you asshole." I sincerely confessed with my lips trembling, hot tears of anguish trickling down my flaring cheeks.
"Fuck you Taehyung, really."
With that, I left the bar.
Cheerlessly walking down the desolate street with my head lowered, I suddenly noticed a pair of black Puma shoes halt right in front of me.
"Seoyeon?"
Raising my head, I noticed Jungkook standing there with a plastic bag secured in his hand with two cartons of banana milk visible inside of it, probably on his way home from a convenience store.
His expression instantly softened at the sight of my distressed, tear-stained face.
Without hesitation, he vigorously grasped me by my arm and pulled me in for a tight embrace.
"I know you don't want this, but please. Just let me hold you." He earnestly pleaded, knowing the fact that I didn't have feelings for him whatsoever.
But for some inexplicable reason, my body desired his touch.
I missed his comforting hugs.
I missed his alleviating warmth.
I missed him.
Lightly embracing him back, I buried my face into his oversized hoodie.
"Please, don't ever leave me." I sorely begged.
Softly stroking my hair with his hand, I felt him subtly nod his head in assurance.
"I won't."
