(Y/n): Bianca Hey!

You called after your faunas friend. Ike noticed this and smiled before nonchalantly pushing Bianca towards you and then proceeding to walk away to give you two some privacy. Bianca looks at you.

(Y/n): Can I talk to you a second? Please.

She tilts her head.

Bianca: What's wrong?

You nervously look away.

(Y/n): I um....was hoping I could maybe buy you a bite to eat...or something today. It's nothing special I just want to get away from the academy for a bit. I promise I won't make you uncomfortable.

Bianca: Uncomfortable? Why would you make me uncomfortable?

You immediately wanted to stab yourself with your Vulcan's blade

(Y/n): I mean not uncomfortable. Mainly said that cause...

.....

Star: Is he having a brain fart?

Jasper: Yep!

Bianca clicked her fingers in front of you causing you to snap out of your 'brain fart'.

Bianca: I'm not a BIG fan of coffee. But I hear Vale has some kick ass pastry's.

You smile shyly.

Bianca: Is this like a date?

Your brain shuts off after the mention of the word 'date'. Luckily you have two little helpers stuck in your head.

Star: Yes!

Jasper: No! Start with a hangout.

Bianca clicks her fingers in front of your face once again.

Bianca: Hello? (Y/n)?

You snap back to reality and swallow hard and let out the first thing that came to your mind as a response.

(Y/n): Yesn't!

You hear what sounds like two slaps inside your head.

Bianca giggles.

Bianca: What kind of response is that?

You chuckle nervously.

Bianca: Okay.

She takes your hands and holds them tight.

Bianca: Take a deep breath. Forget that last question.

You nod and take a deep breath.

(Y/n): Phew....okay. I'm good.

Bianca let's go of your hands and holds her hands behind her back.

Bianca: When do you want to leave?

You were surprised that she actually agreed...in a way. Of course, You didn't think you'd get this far. So you just decide to wing it at this point.

(Y/n): I...well. Maybe.....Seven?

Bianca: That works for me.

(Y/n): Okay, great! Let's meet in front of the beacon statue.

Bianca smiles and nods in agreement.

You walk away with a wide smile, almost bumping into things and people along the way.

As you walked you bumped into Ike who was leaning against a wall and looking at the yellow flame in his right hand.

Ike: So. Ask her out?

You blushed then ran your fingers through your hair and looked to the side all bashful.

(Y/n): Sort of.

Ike looked at you and kicked off the wall and walked to you.

Ike: Your going out tonight though right? Just the two of you?

You smile and nod. He chuckles and pats your shoulders with both hands.

Ike: Still counts in my book.

He turns away and walks towards Beacon's helipads

Ike: Have fun you crazy kids.

You look at him confused and follow him.

(Y/n): Where are you going?

Ike: Out. I need to relax too, y'know?

You raise a brow at him.

(Y/n): You're not gonna spy on Bianca and I are you?

He looks at you offended.

Ike: Of course not (Y/n)! It's you guy's night tonight. If I see you, I'll turn the other way.

You smile and nod.

(Y/n): Thanks Ike.

He fives a two finger salute before diving off the edge. You walk over to the edge and watch as Ike flies up in a smaller version of his phoenix form and makes his way towards Vale.

As you watch. You hear foot steps approach behind. You park behind to see Coco from Team CFVY. You groan, not wanting to deal with her right now. You turn to her and cross your arms.

(Y/n): Hello Coco.

The beret wearing leader looks up at you.

Coco: Was a good show Yatsu and yourself put on. You really surprised a lot of people. Even me.

You snort.

(Y/n): Oh yes. Can't leave the fashionista herself feeling bored.

Coco's smirk fades into a grimace as she gets closer and puts a finger in your chest.

Coco: Listen. I know you've been keeping tabs on the top teams in this school. How else did you know that Yatsuhashi can't fight hand to hand?

You shrug.

(Y/n): I was merely observing. It's what a hunter in training is supposed to do. Observe the prey then figure out an attack strategy.

Coco let's out and laugh of disbelief.

Coco: Ohohohoho. You did not just call my teammate prey.

You back away and put your hands up.

(Y/n): Hey...I was just setting an example of what this school is trying to teach us.

Your arms drop and you give an apologetic look.

(Y/n): I'm sorry. I didn't mean Yatsuhashi was prey.

Coco nods and turns her back on you.

Coco: Good. That's what I thought.

She begins to walk away.

Star: (Y/n).... Don't say th-

(Y/n): -I meant that all of you are prey.

Coco stopped.

Coco: Boy...You better fix your attitud-

She stops herself as she looks to see you towering over her with a scary expression plastered on your face as your eyes glow purple.

(Pretty much like this)

(Y/n): Don't cause trouble Adel. I wanna be happy for the remainder of this day and I'll be god damned if you or any of the other bullies try to spoil it.

Coco didn't move nor say a word as she nearly drops her handbag.

Your eyes return to normal as you exhale out your nose and push past her.

After you left. Weiss approached Coco and crossed her arms.

Weiss: See? What did I tell you?

Coco snapped out of it and looks at Weiss.

Coco: What the hell happened to him.

Weiss looks at her.

Weiss: A few days ago. That Ike boy arrived with him. Never saw him before and yet him and (Y/n) talk like they've known each other for a month.

Coco: So?

Weiss looks out towards the city.

Weiss: That guy....Nightmare. He acted the same way.

Coco gives her a sceptical look. Weiss shook her head.

Weiss: It might be nothing. Still I don't trust him. Especially with how aggressive he's been.

Coco shrugs.

Coco: He's just cocky. Has been ever since he got his aura.

Weiss: Yeah...don't know how but I got a feeling there's more going on inside than out with that boy.

Coco nods in agreement as they watch you disappear around a corner.

Timeskip (2:00pm)

You were looking down at all the clothes you owned as you had spread them across your bed. You scratched your chin and pondered on your choices. If you dress smart then maybe she'll be flattered...or laugh at you.

Star: It's just a hang out pretty much. No need to go overkill with clothes.

You shrug and reach for some casual clothing per Star's suggestion.

(Y/n): Yeah. Guess you're right.

Jasper: Yes. However what happens if she wears something nice.

You stop and retract your hand as you look at your options again. You sigh and rub your head with both hands.

(Y/n): This is so fucking hard.

You groaned.

Star: (Y/n). It shouldn't matter what you wear on a date. As long as it goes well and the both of you are happy then it's fine.

(Y/n): Don't say date Star. I appreciate the help but please don't say date. It's making me nervous.

They go silent. You look at your clothes then get an idea.

You grabs a few clothes here and there and some scissors.

(Y/n): Can't decide clothing? Make some new ones.

You say as you start to make some clothes for yourself to wear tonight.

Meanwhile~

A small nevermore lands on top of a building overlooking Vale's central square. It spots a child playing in the sand pit by itself. It leans forwards and does a small screech before jumping off the building. Only to be grabbed firmly and pulled back up to the ledge on which it was parched. The small nevermore looks at it capturer and is met with a black haired male with golden eyes, Nightmare.

Nightmare: Hello. How did you get in here?

The black haired male asks as he strokes it's stomach.

Nightmare: The guards normally keep little creatures like you from coming into the city.

He pokes its stomach.

Nightmare: You must be quite the sneaky bird.

Suddenly his finger is surrounded by a dark aura as it turns into a claw which he stabs into the baby nevermore. His cheerful smile turns into a blank expression as the nevermore eyes turn gold like his.

Nightmare: I need your, sneaky skill set for a mission. You see I'm looking for someone and he might be in town...if you could find him for me. Much would be appreciated.

He removes his finger and watches the baby nevermore mutate in his hand.

He smiles once again and holds his hand out to the sky.

Nightmare: sgniw ruoy daerps. My dear Nachtkrapp...

He says with malice in the tone of his voice.
