Hello again! If you read over my little section of guidelines/rules in the last chapter you will know that there is a form you must follow to submit a character, so here it is! Before I get to that though, I'd just like to add that I already have a villain and a plot planned out, so any submissions surrounding those will either be ignored, or I'll ask you to change them a little bit. Otherwise, submit to your heart's content, as there is no character limit!

(A little info on these guys, they're all living in a sort of dystopian world, they've never met and I doubt they ever will, but they will be the main POVs. I'll switch them around every chapter or so. None of these will be hybrids.)

(As you can see, there are only 5 rulers, as the rest of the tribes either do not support total monarchy anymore, or because the leaders were killed before being replaced. The Hunters are some of the minor villains of the story, they will make many appearances however. They are not of a specific tribe, but each of them leans more to the appearance of one of the tribes, and goes after those it most resembles. They have no gender, or soul for that matter. They are merely tools.)

(These are essentially any background characters in the story. They can be from any tribe, be any age, have any job and any story. The Ghosts are the dragons that The Hunters have caught. They have no real body to them, just a vaguely dragon-like shape with eyes and a conscience. They are usually very troubled and stick to the places where they were Hunted.)
