Lamberts' House, County Kerry, Ireland

It was sunny morning. Cathy suddenly woke up. She was sweaty. She sat on her bed, looked at her hands, then around her small room. Suddenly, she caught her head and closed her eyes. She had few short visions. Has her mother been kidnapped? For what reason... and why? Cathy hid her face in her white pillow. She hoped that it was a nightmare, and she would wake up soon. There was one weird thing: it was unnaturally quiet. At that time, Sandra Lambert used to make breakfast. After few minutes, girl went downstairs.

"Mom?" she shouted while she was looking around the kitchen.

She didn't get any answer. What's more – there was nobody except her. She was walking until she felt her foot was wet. Water was pink, so she thought it must have been raspberry tea. Except that, she saw broken cup which was white.

"Where is she? Lok is arriving today... she could leave a message to not worry me!" she thought loudly and cleaned up the kitchen floor.

She came into living room and sat on a leather armchair. After some thoughts about where her mother could have gone, she stood up and went to her room to change clothes. It would be bad idea to welcome Lok in pyjama, wouldn't it?

Late afternoon, County Kerry, Ireland

Lok and Cherit were walking a country road to boy's family house. Young leader missed his family a lot. He still lives in Italy, thousands of kilometres away from Ireland. His teammates got their private things to do which they wanted to do in their holidays, so nobody could go with him. Boys stood before wooden doors. Cherit took a deep breath and hid in Lok's backpack probably for some hours. Lambert knocked the door. Cathy instantly opened it.

"Lok! You're finally there! You don't even imagine how much I missed you!" she said very happy. "Come in" she said calmer.

"Hello sister" he hug her after he came inside home. "Where is mum?" he asked when he realized that his mother hadn't been here.

"I haven't seen her since morning. I hoped she would be back when you arrive" she looked at kitchen.

"Did she leave home without any message?" Lok asked a little bit shocked.

"I didn't see any notice. When I woke up, she hadn't been here. One weird thing I saw, it was broken cup with a tea but I cleaned it" Cathy clenched her fists for a moment.

"Are you sure it wasn't a nightmare?" he looked at his sister.

"Don't make me a fool, Lok. Moreover... I am not sure what was true and what was in my nightmare" her eyes were glassy. "Since few days... mum used to leave home for a long time. Almost every time she came back after midnight!" Cathy calmed down a bit.

"Don't worry Cath, she won't do anything stupid. I know it" her brother put his hand on her arm.

Girl wiped her tears and nodded to her brother. It was one of worst days in Cathy's life. Since Eathon disappeared, Sandra had to take care about everything. Home, children and herself. When Lok decided to study in Venice, home was empty. That boy was living spirit and home atmosphere was alive. Most of time, Mrs Lambert was alone at home. Short-haired girl promised herself to not leave her mum after graduating high school. That's why she didn't started her studies on university. Sandra was against that idea, but Cathy told her she needed to take a gap year.

"I've made a stew, I will serve it in a moment" girl said.

"Let me help you" Lok offered.

Lambert ignored what her brother said and they went together to kitchen. Lok put plates on a table top and Cathy did other stuff. Boy went upstairs to leave his backpack and came back to his sister. After eating very tasty dinner and drinking tea, siblings started to talk about their childhood and some funny events from that time.

Around midnight

Cathy and Lok had a lengthy conversation like never before. Sadly, it was a time to think about going to sleep.

"You know... I'm tired. I'm going to sleep. I recommend you do the same. I hope our mother will be back when we wake up. Good night sis." said sleepy Lok.

"Yeah... you're right. I will finish that episode and instantly go to sleep. Good night, Lok!" answered Cathy. They were watching girl's favourite sitcom.

Boy went upstairs to his room. He saw Cherit eating his sandwich which he had prepared before journey.

"Are you hungry?" Lok was amused.

"I'm pretty sure you wouldn't eat it anymore, so I took it" titan answered.

"You are right. Nevermind, eat it" Lambert sat on bed next to his friend.

"I heard Mrs Lambert wasn't at home when we came. Did she finally come back?" titan asked.

"Sadly, no. We'll see what happens tomorrow. I want to inform Dante about it. There's no doubt it may be something related with Foundation." Lok took his holotome and started to click something on it.

"Do you think your mother could have gone on a mission?" Cherit looked at blonde.

"I didn't mean exactly that thing, but nothing better doesn't come to my mind. I still hope that she will be back in the morning, and she will tell me something like she found friends in old ladies' club where she feels incredibly good. Ahh. One thing to you Cherit: I recommend you hide. I don't want to use simplemind on my dear sister. Good night. " said boy, prepared to sleep and covered himself with a blanket.

"Sleep well Lok. I feel tomorrow will be very intensive" said titan and hid.

Cathy turned off lights in living room and went upstairs to her room which was one door farer than Lok's. She wore her pyjama and went to sleep.

Morning

Cathy woke up. She noticed something laid on her desk. She get up instantly and went closer. Envelope and a necklace which Sandra Lambert always had on her neck. After touching this amulet, Cathy felt weird. She saw two fairies who were fighting against a monster. She didn't know what that meant. Devastated girl ran into her brother's room with those two things in her hand.

"Lok, Looook!" she opened the door without knocking and started to shake him.

"Why are you waking me up? What happened?" blond-haired rapidly got up. It was close and Lok could have hit his head with sister's. Girl sat next to her brother.

"Look at this" she gave him those two things. "This necklace... I had weird vision when I grabbed it"

"I will tell you the reason but give me this envelope at first." he said.

As expected, there was a letter:

Dear Cathy and Lok!
Forgive me, but I couldn't tell you about it in person. I decided to start dangerous journey. Cathy, I'm giving you my amulet. Lok, it's that time to tell her about "it".
Please, don't try to find me. We'll come back to you or you'll come to me.
Mom

"What happened to her?" Lok wondered.

After reading letter's content, he tried to keep neutral face expression, but he couldn't control it perfectly.

"Let me read it Lok" Cathy took a piece paper from her brother's hand.

Girl's face expression was changing with every read word.

"What does that mean?! Had you hidden something with mother before me? How could you, brother!" short-haired wanted to leave Lok's room but he caught her hand hard.

He knew how Cathy could feel at that moment. Lok didn't feel better with that situation. He was sure about one thing: he can't leave his sister alone in that house. She needed a protection. She could be in danger. He didn't want to think about that every family member could have died or be missed.

"Listen to me, sister. Our mother wrote to tell you about "it", so I will do it. I will tell you everything I know. I want to let you know that you can't stay here. You are going with me to Italy and I don't want to argue with you. I must call Sophie and tell her to prepare everything for you. Now, go to your room and pack your bag. I will come to you after I finish my conversation and we will talk about "it"." said Lok.

"Lok..." she said quietly.

"I said something" he asked nervously.

Cathy knew that she wouldn't convince to talk. She went to her room and started packing her bags.

"Cherit, are you sleeping?" teenager asked.

"You know I'm never sleeping, Lok!" titan answered.

"I didn't expect this, but I don't have any choice. She is probably bound with Lunar and Solar. I don't know what my mother got an idea to find my dad on her own. She exactly knew that this problem isn't that easy to solve. I hope Cathy won't get any idea similar to mother's. I wouldn't stand it." Lok opened holotome and called Dante to inform him about breaking news and Sophie to tell Clease about new seeker to train.

"Hide Cherit. I'll introduce you to my sister" he opened his bag.

"Are you sure about it?" titan looked at his friend.

He nodded. Titan hid in his backpack. Lok went to his sister's bedroom.

"Can I come in?" he asked.

"Come on" Cathy had slightly red eyes. She cried a little bit, but she looks calmer than minutes ago.

Lok sat next to Cathy on her bed.

"I don't even know how I should begin... what mother wrote in a letter... it is a long story to listen. As I understood, our mother decided to find and rescue our dad." Lok started a conversation.

Cathy looked at his brother and she laughed. It seems to be her tick in stressful situations.

"If I weren't a seeker, I probably would think that our dad is dead. Do you still remember what amulet he used to wear?" Lok showed her a Kipperin's amulet. "Then it began everything. When I first meet with Dante and showed it to him, he told me that Kipperin was dad's. You don't even imagine how I happy was. My confidence grown up and I hoped our dad was still alive. I wasn't wrong with that!" Lok started to talk about his meeting with Eathon in South America. After that, he told about seekers and titans.

Cathy after Lok's long talking asked him who are titans, how to get out their dad from Huntik and what does mean to be a seeker. If about titans – there Lok called Cherit to appear and answer this question. If about being a seeker – brother said that she needs to find an answer on her own.

"In this amulet you are holding... there are titans too. Their names are Lunar and Solar. Lunar protects and Solar attacks. They don't look like Cherit but they are good titans too. When we arrive to Venice, you will be training to understand seeker basics." Lok said.

Dante's House, Venice, Italy

Siblings finally arrived. Lok was looking for a key to open the door and Sophie suddenly opened them from other side. They greeted and girl went in unknown direction. She had to do something. Den was sitting in living room. He seemed to be bored. Zhalia was in New York and spending time with Dante. Except that, she had to submit a report from last mission.

After greeting, Den and Cathy went to Den's... their room. Cathy started unpacking her stuff and Fears came back downstairs and sat on sofa.

Maybe some explains are needed: In cartoon we've never seen how upstairs part of Dante's house looks like. In this fanfic there are at least 3 doors to 3 bedrooms: at 1st Zhalia (and Dante sometimes) sleeps, in 2nd Lok and Sophie (if she will be tired to come back to her residence), at 3rd Den and Cathy. There are 3 doors more and in one of them is training gym. What about other two? Only Dante knows.

"Sophie told me that Mrs Lambert was missing" brown-haired teenager said.

"Den, I don't even know what to think about it. I'm wondering what the hell happened to her and how she wants to rescue dad from Huntik. Foundation is still studying if portal to Huntik is possible to open." Lambert sat next to his teammate.

"Did Dante tell you something?"

"He only informed headquarters in Ireland about mother's disappearance. What about Metz... I don't even know if Dante told him" Lok sighed.

Sophie came back. Cathy went downstairs to rest of the team.

"You are starting your training tomorrow in headquarters" Casterwill told Lok's sister.

"Wow, tomorrow? I expected I would wait longer to start" Cathy answered.

"I envy you." Den said.

"Where is the problem to go with her? Oh, is Clease still mad on you?" long-haired laughed.

"It was a long time ago..." Fears muttered. "If Cathy want me to go with her, it would be a pleasure for me."

"Yes. I want you to go with me, Den! You will be my private GPS, what do you think about it?" Cathy smiled.
