Jonathan's voice was intense as he asked Jin, but at the same time, it delivered the knowledge that he was bewildered as well. 

"Yea..."
Jin replied.

They, the trio of Class 12D, were walking down the street which led to the Local Market. Their footsteps, which came down against the cement pathway managed to create a cadenced beat to which someone could rap.

"But isn't that supposed to be rare?"
Toby asked as he introduced his taste buds to a lollipop that had been rolling down deep inside his bag since the morning.

It seemed to Jin that Toby was back to his previous self... and he was happy about it.

But still, somehow and somewhere deep inside his mind and heart, It felt all wrong.

Jin was worried about the fact of how queer and unnaturally odd Toby had behaved with him for the past 10 minutes, since his return from the mountain after the fight with the Diamond Tier Hunter. 

It was as if Toby was... possessed by someone else.

"Oi Jin?"
Toby perched his eyebrows as he called out to his friend.

Jin Wrack shook his head and let the ominous and skeptical thought slide through his mind for the moment as he heard his redhead friend call to him.

"Yep, It is rare..."

At the time, he was glad that everything was moving as he expected it to be. It was because and thanks to God that there was no infighting among them.

"But how do you explain the fact that you awakened an HEQ which is the same as your Dad's??"
It was Jonathan this time who raised his question.

"Ah, To be honest, I don't know anything about it as well Joe."
Jin replied.

"Even though I awakened it out of the blue, we are on the same boat, on the same boat which is flowing either closer to this mystery or drifting away from it"

Both of his friends, including Jin, went silent as they walked down the lane.

Jin reached Delo telepathically through his thoughts.

Delo spoke.

[Why'd you lie to your friends, when you could've simply told them the truth and gain their trust to help you with our mission?]

[The more the merrier isn't it?]

'Well, that was a possibility, Yes. But... There are several reasons as to why I chose to lie to them'
Jin replied.

'Well, Number one, They have yet to awaken their HEQs, so they are too weak right now to face the news and protect it'

[Hmm. A decent one, next?]

'Number two, Just imagine if I said to them that I awakened an Origin Class HEQ out of the blue without the help of an Awakening center.'

'You won't understand Delo, I completely broke the logical calculations the world had taken centuries to derive on the plausibility of a person awakening an Origin Class HEQ'

'Which means, that I am the 26th person in the entire world that has awakened an Origin Class HEQ, which is just not plausible!. Because that's how it had been from the dawn of the era of hunters.'

'Only 25 'Alive Humans' can acquire an Origin Class HEQ. Only when one of those users perishes is when another person awakens the same Origin Class HEQ.'

'At least that's what they taught us in the school'
Jin nodded.

'So there's this problem of revealing the news to them for the moment, it's not that I don't trust them, it's just that I fear they might be targeted because of me.'
He said.

'And that gets me to my third point. I can't tell them the truth because I don't wanna lose them'

'No matter how strong our bond is, when they hear the news that I'm a demon-possessed hunter, they are ought to hesitate to stay around me'
Jin spoke.

[Hmm... But why tell them that you are possessed by a demon when you can just tell them that you awakened an Origin Class HEQ]

'Well, You know Delo, it's better to hide the entire truth rather than hiding half of it'
Jin replied to Delo's query.

'Hmm... But I've been thinking about something else for the past half an hour Delo'

'On the reason why I was able to awaken an Origin Class HEQ'
Jin announced.

'There are three possibilities. Number one, An Origin Class Hunter died before I awakened my HEQ, but it can be ruled out since there's no report on a Hunter possessing the HEQ 'The Copy Phantom' in the list of Origin Class Hunters'
Jin shook his head.

'Number two, The reports... The studies... they are all false or incomplete. Even though it's very doubtful, I think that the true studies were hidden away from the people for some anonymous reasons or maybe it's just quite incomplete.'

[Hm... That could be a possibility]

'And finally, number three, which for the moment appears more believable and practical'
Jin paused as he thought again.

'Things might've started to change.'

Jin's head bobbed and his eyes widened to his declaration.

'But of course, all of them could turn out to be just blatant guesses, but the possibilities of them being true is just as equal to the probability that they are false'
Jin sought to sigh just after his thoughtful declaration.

'...'

[Well did you forget about me Jin?. It was me who selected the HEQ for you isn't it?]

'Yeah....'
Jin nodded, more like sighed as he replied to Delo.

But just as he did, his eyebrows popped up yet again as another theory came rushing into his train of thoughts.

'DELO!!.'
It was as if his thoughts screamed out to the demon lord.

[Yes??!]
Delo, who found himself stunned at the sudden call answered.

'You said back at the mountain that you were able to see the HEQ's right??'

[Well yeah. I saw a lot of them, and they were classified according to five classes just like you said.]

'And?'

[And what?. I scrolled to the Origin Class section because you said they were ultra rare and powerful. So I clicked on the only option which was glowing]

'The only option which was glowing huh?...'

[Yep... you should feel grateful that I 'The Dem...]

'Wait... how many options were there in total for the Origin Class section, including 'The Copy Phantom'?...'
Jin's thought abruptly interrupted the Demon Lord's sermon of greatness.

[Er... Well... If I remember things right then...]
