Side Note...

I just want to say THANK YOU!

I was so worried, upset and stressed when I had problems with the account login and I just wish to say sorry for making you all wait so long for the new chapter. I wish to say thank you since you were all very understanding and kind even when I had to use my other account to try and warn you all that I might not get the account back. Well, that all I wanted to say and well here the new chapter.

Also wanna say thanks for waiting so long, I go on Wattpad but it wouldn't let me update and Well now Its suddenly working again thankfully.

"Asshole for looking so cute, I mean he a total cold hearted prick when awake yet when he sleeps he like a hot angel. How is that fair" Mikasa grumbled in her mind as she came to a stop in the living room seeing her partner fast asleep on the sofa peacefully.

Taking a deep breath, Mikasa held his book in a tighter grip before walking over to the sofa and sitting on the floor before it. Her back leaning on the edge and if she looked over her should she would see Levi sleeping face. 

It was her half day too and she wasn't gonna give up her free time just becuase he was sleeping in the living room instead of his room. She opened up her book and started reading, one knee pulled up to her chest using it to lean the book on and the other laid out stretched. She wore black joggers and a white vest just enjoying her lazy Sunday clothes that not many else would see her in. 

She could go read in her room but she didn't want to be trapped in her room all day and the living room was a nice place to relaxed in. Its not too hot nor too cold and just peaceful to sit in when reading, enough light inside to light up the room but not enough to be blinded by the sun.

It was her favourite spot and the other guys were all meant to be out like they normally are on a half day Monday. Normally they would be out just enjoying their half day, only returning to the mansion to change out of their unifrom before heading out. Even Levi normally heads out, going to his favourite tea café and won't return till late yet he seemed to stay behind this time. 

Mikasa really was looking for to having the mansion silent and to herself but she guess she can share it with Levi as long as he stays asleep. 

She enjoyed the content silence as she sat reading her book on the floor, leaning back into the sofa a little more as she got into her book. Curling up as the hours passed without her noticing and she timed her breaking with the soft breaths Levi let out as he slept. 

She didn't notice how at peace she felt or how much she let her defence down until she felt fingers playing with the ends of her short hair, taking care to not harm her or to ruin the peace that filled them both.

When did she even lean back, moving slightly closer as he pushed some stands behind her ear, resting his palm on her cheek just a little longer then friends should. She glanced towards him, finding his eyes opened as he laid on his side just looking to her, both content with just staying as they are. 

Her book resting on her knee, her right hand leaning onto to stop it from wobbling off the kneeled leg, the other crossed  under her. Her left elbow not leaning on the sofa to stop her from falling and getting unconfutable. 

"Beautiful" Levi whispered as his thumb stroked part of her cheek, his eyes staring into her own without any signs of glancing away from her. 

"Levi" Mikasa started to say but was stopped as the mini mansion doors slammed shut, echoing threw the whole place.

"Oi dumbass don't just leave your trolley in the entrance hall, I almost tripped" Jean snapped from the entrance hallway. 

"You better not have knocked it over or broke anything horseface" Eren hissed back and ruffling was soon heard in the background. 

"No fighting until me and Armin pass, we have our own shopping trolleys to unpack, unless you boys want to risk knocking over my ingredients for a new experiment" Hanji huffed back and the hall soon became silent once again.

"Mikasa, we home. Oh and I found those candy sticks in a pack of nine, I hope you don't mind but I got you them while they shop sold them, I know they don't always have them in the store and well I know you like them" Armin called out as him pulling his trolley towards them filled the air. 

"Candy Sticks" Levi asked with a slight smirk and raised his eyebrow as he sat up while Mikasa pushed herself to stand.

"They my favourite, I normally give the fake tattoos to that old lady who runs that runs the small fruit stall for her grandchildren to use. I just like the candy sticks, I remember my first memory of them was thinking they were real cigarettes, I was so scared to try one but my brother kept poking me with one until I took a bite and well I just love them. Its just a shame not many places still sell them and one day they be sold everywhere and then all of a sudden nowhere has them" Mikasa explained slightly embarrassed as she crossed her arms over her stomach.

"Showing your cute side" Levi teased, leaning down and picking up mikasa book that fell as she stood. 

"Oh shut up, I know you love lollipops, always buying that packet and suddenly leaving the apple drumsticks out knowing someone else with eat them without asking. But you don't mind right, since you hate the apple flavoured ones and just eat the rest of the pack" Mikasa smirked, taking her book back from Levi just Armin came to a stop outside the living room doorway with the trolley behind him. 

"Oh Levi, I didn't know you were already home" Armin muttered surprised as he glanced to Levi, holding the pack of nine of candy sticks. 

"I didn't go out, I was planning to do my shopping tomorrow afternoon when it will be less busy" Levi sighed as he stood up, watching Mikasa walk over the blonde boy.

"Lets hope we don't bump into each other, I do enjoy my shop alone" Mikasa mumbled since she planned to go shopping tomorrow afternoon alone.

"I'll make sure to wear a top with your face on just to embarrass you the most" Levi replied and walked towards the doorway that lead to the kitchen before Mikasa gave any reply. 

"How was your book, did you get to finish it before we all returned home" Armin asked with a sweet smile as he passed her the packet. 

"No but I'll read the rest in my room. You all returned rather early, did something happen" Mikasa replied with slight worry in her voice.

"The city was mostly dead and the buses just came every time we reached our needed bus stop. It was just a quick and easy shop today" Armin explained with a smile and Mikasa nodded.

"Welcome home and thanks for the sweets" Mikasa muttered and pulled Arming into a quick hug that he clearly enjoyed.

"You welcome, now go enjoy your book and sweets" Armin smiled brightly and Mikasa nodded before heading to the stairs.
