(Gigi's P.O.V)

As this thing hangs on closer to my jacket I can't quite tell why it's being so clingy, so I decide to ask it.

"Hey, can you stay out a bit longer? Or that's probably not how it works but..-you know what I mean.."

"Kay!"

It seemed really happy that I asked it to stay longer..

"Um.. I don't really know your name so-"

"Nanika!"

"..ok? Well, Nanika; can you tell me what you are exactly?"

"I...I'm something.."

"Hehe, yea I know that! But WHAT are you? Some form of a god? Like, who can grant wishes other than gods?"

"Um... Other things.. But.. Can I tell you later?"

"Oh, sure. Sorry if I offended you in any way.."

"It's ok... Can I make a request of you now?"

"Sure! It does seem fair that you ask me to return the favour!"

"Can I... Hold you..?"

"S-sure"

As I reach out to this thing I immediately feel itself cling to me as I can feel just how cold it is.

I wonder why it feels so cold and why the skin is so pure white? Hmm, I need to ask Kira a lot of questions when she gets back..

"Gigi?"

"Hmm? Oh you're back!"

"Yea, wait- what do you mean "back"?"

"You were gone and this thing came out with pitch black eyes and mouth, it said its name was Nanika."

Kira seemed to have frozen as soon as she heard that name.

"Kira?"

I tried tapping her shoulder but all I get in response was a frozen human...

I tried putting both of my hands on her shoulders and shaking her but she looked really pale, like, I know her skin is pale; but the pale that feels unsettling...

"Earth to Kira! Earth to Kira! Can you hear me?!"

No response...

I didn't break her... Did I?

Oh well, I'll just have to carry her somewhere else until she snaps out of this weird phase thing..

As I pick her up, her body is still stiff until she finally moved in my arms and slightly curled up before I heard a faint gulp.

"Sorry... Are you ok?"

"Yea, Nanika was really nice!"

"Did she ask you to ask a request?"

"Yea actually, I felt kinda bad so I repaid her- or, well.. "It" I guess.."

"What did you do in return?"

"It asked if it could hold me, then it held on tight before you came back."

"..."

"I see, ok. That's nothing too bad, what did you request or... I hate calling it this... But, "wish" for?"

"Just to get us out of you're property."

"Ok..."

"Where should we go now? There's a whole big world I wanna be able to travel with you! I-I mean... If that's alright with you..."

I could feel a slight blush creep its way over my face as I said that...

Geez, just hanging around Kira makes me sound more... Articulate... What am I going to do with this incredibly smart and cute being?!

"I think...."

As she was still a little curled in my arms, she wrapped her hands around my neck and said:

"I think I'd like that very much..."

Seeing her smile and even blush a little made my heart go crazy, I really hope she can't hear it or feel it...

I loved to see her smile, the way her smooth white skin would naturally glow and the way her lips would slightly curl at the ends of her smile; her white tresses of hair framing her face. And the way she closed her eyes while she blushed was almost too soft.

I really hope we can become closer the longer we travel...

(Kira's P.O.V)

I can feel her heart beat, it's very calming, along with her tan skin and strong touch; it felt so relieving..

The way her short black hair with green tips naturally went with her caramel eyes, leaving me in almost a trance-like state...

The way she had freckles along her shoulders to her collarbone, across her face or on her legs made her that much cuter..

Wait, am I actually feeling this way towards her...?

But... How would I know if she felt the same way....

Girls aren't normally supposed to like girls...

But...

I... Kind of like this feeling...

This warm feeling that wraps around me every time I see her...

Just as I realized I've been staring at her this whole time, I try to break the silence..

"So... Where are we off to?"

"Where do you wanna go? Ah-! S-sorry, I'll put you down now..."

She scrambled a bit before putting me on the ground.

"I don't really know many places.. I've been in the castle this whole time... You'd think a princess would know her kingdom; but now me I guess, heh..."

"Then I know just the place! Come on!"

I see Gigi beam with excitement as she takes my hand and begins to drag me to her place in mind.

I wonder where I'm going...
