Bellamy looked around, Connor and Derek both infected and coughing up blood. "Is this your revenge, helping the Grounders kill us?"
Hunter had a rag with moonshine on it, and she was carefully cleaning up Murphy's wounds on his face.
"I didn't know about this, I swear," Murphy tried.
"Stop lying!" Bellamy snapped. "When are they coming?"
Hunter looked back at Bellamy, then shook her head and looked back at Murphy. "Murphy, hey, look at me." He looked at her, with a pleading look. "Just think, okay? What can you tell us that's useful? Did you hear anything?"
He shook his head, "They are vicious, cruel," he rested a hand on hers.
Bellamy walked over, "You want to see vicious?"
Hunter held her hand up, "Don't," she snapped.
Clarke stepped in, "Look, whatever this thing is, it spreads through contact,"
"Hunter?" Finn came running in.
"Finn, you shouldn't be in here. No one should," Hunter looked at him.
"I heard you were sick," Finn stood next to Bellamy, he looked at Clarke. "What is this?"
"I don't know, some kind of hemorrhagic fever, we just need to contain it before -"She was cut off by Derek violently coughing up blood, and seizing. She quickly stood up and went over to him. Hunter sat down next to Murphy, terrified of the display.
"What the hell is happening to him?" Finn asked worriedly.
"I don't know," Clarke shook her head. Then Derek coughed up more blood, then collapsed. She checked on him, and looked worriedly back at the group.
"Is he -" Hunter started.
"He's dead," Clarke stood up. Murphy looked at Hunter, both of them terrified that they may die from this fever.
"What do we do?" Finn asked.
"Quarantine. Round up everyone who had contact with Murphy. Bring them here." Clarke ordered Finn as he left.
"And everyone they had contact with?" Bellamy asked.
"Well, we have to start somewhere." Clarke shook her head. "Connor, who was with you when you found him? Who carried him in? Think."
"The first one there was Octavia," Connor looked down. And within an instant Bellamy walked out to get her.

Many people started crowding the drop ship, Hunter cleaned up Murphy's wounds as much as she could. She managed to get some water as well, to keep everyone hydrated.
Clarke was examining Octavia, and she seemed to show no symptoms yet, and she decided to keep Octavia here in case she becomes symptomatic. As much as Bellamy hated the idea, it would keep her from sneaking out.
But Clarke wanted her to sneak out, to go see Lincoln, to find out if he has a cure.
Hunter watched outside the drop ship, as more people started to die from the fever. Everyone was on edge, she looked over to the other side of the camp and saw Finn. She took a breath and looked at the small pile of bodies.
"Alright, shows over. Go back to your posts," Bellamy ordered. He walked over to Hunter. "You got enough food in there, water?"
"Yeah. Some medicine might be nice," Hunter sighed.
Bellamy smirked, "I'll see what I can do,"
Hunter softly smiled then slowly turned around to head back into the drop ship.
"Octavia, you okay?" Bellamy called out. Hunter sighed and turned her head around. He didn't hear a reply, and started to walk to the drop ship.
"Bellamy, wait," Hunter stopped him. "She's not here, Clarke sent her to see Lincoln." Bellamy looked down. "Look, if there's a cure, he has it. Clarke didn't tell you because she knew you wouldn't let her go," Hunter was out of breath from even talking.
Bellamy quietly scoffed. "If anything happens to her, you and me are going to have problems,"
Hunter smirked. "Don't we already?"
Bellamy looked up, and took a breath. Then stormed off. "Out of my way," he ordered a delinquent, who turned around and revealed that he has blood streaming down his face.
"Dude, your eyes"
"Nobody touch him," a delinquent yelled and aimed a gun at him.
"Get to the drop ship, now," Bellamy ordered.
More people started collapsing, or coughing up blood, sending the camp into chaos. Everyone turning guns on each other, terrified of getting sick.
Hunter sighed and walked back into the drop ship, and grabbed a rifle and walked back out and fired into the air. Causing the chaos to stop.
She walked into the campsite, holding the rifle on her hip. "This is exactly what the grounders want, don't you see that? They don't have to kill us if we kill each other first."
A delinquent aimed a gun at her. "They won't have to kill us if we all catch the virus. Get back in the damn drop ship!" He yelled at her. Bellamy walked over and grabbed the rifle and hit his throat, causing him to stagger back into the crowd.
"Not to state the obvious, but Clarke's quarantine isn't working," Bellamy spoke.
Hunter felt extremely light headed, and dropped her rifle, Finn realised that she was about to collapse and ran over to her to catch her as she fell.
"Finn don't touch her!" Raven yelled out. Not that it stopped him. Finn carried Hunter, arms under her knees and around her back.
"Hey, let me go, I'm okay," Hunter looked up at him, out of breath and weary eyed.
"No, you're not," Finn looked back at her.
"Octavia will come back with the cure," Hunter rested her head on Finn's shoulder.
"There is no cure." Octavia made herself known. "But the grounders don't use the sickness to kill."
"Really?" Bellamy looked at her. "Tell that you them," he pointed to the bodies. "I warned you about seeing that grounder again."
"Yeah? Well, I have a warning for you too," Octavia looked at the crowd. "The grounders are coming. And they're attacking at first light." Octavia saw Hunter and started to walk over to her, but Bellamy stopped her. Octavia pulled away and walked over to Finn and Hunter. "Come on, I'll help you get Hunter into the drop ship,"
Finn walked inside, "What do I have to do to stop you from coming in here?" Hunter spoke breathlessly. Murphy was lying in a handmade hammock, and saw Finn carrying Hunter, he immediately got up.
"Get better," Finn spoke, looking to find a place to put her down.
"If he's not sick by now, then he's probably immune, like me," Octavia spoke.
Murphy walked over, "is she okay? Here she can take mine," Murphy showed then the hammock.
"She just collapsed, but she should be okay," Finn put her down carefully. Murphy stood next to her and held her hand.
"Murphy, hey," Hunter softly smiled at him, her eyes almost closed. Murphy moved her hair out of her face, and gave her a small smile.
"What else did Lincoln tell you?" Finn asked Octavia.
"The virus doesn't last long," She replied.
"It's true," Murphy looked up at them both. "I feel better,"
Hunter started to sit up, hearing more people cough. "They need to stay hydrated," but Finn softly stopped her.
"You need to stay hydrated," Finn looked at her, Octavia got some water and gave it her, she took a small sip before giving it back to Octavia.
"Please," Hunter breathed out
"It's okay, I'll do it. Just rest," Octavia walked off with the water and Murphy joined her.
"I'll help you,"
Finn rested a hand on Hunter's shoulder. "You need to save yourselves, just leave camp. Take anyone healthy enough with you," She pleaded.
Finn shook his head, "If you think that's even a possibility, you don't know me very well,"
Hunter tilted her head, "I know you," she softly smiled, then closed her eyes.

Finn had an idea to blow the bridge to slow down the grounder attack. If they can buy enough time to let more people get better, they'll have more gunners to help stop the grounder attack.
Raven managed to go get some hydrazine, other wise known as rocket fuel, from the crashed exodus ship. She would use it build the bomb.
All they need now, is healthy enough gunner to make the shot on the bridge. And with now Bellamy sick, Jasper was all that was left, so Finn would plant the bomb and Jasper would take the shot.

Bellamy was lying on the ground, Murphy attempted to help him, give him some water, but he wouldn't have it. Clarke saw and made her way over to relieve Murphy.
Murphy walked over to Hunter, "Hey, how are you feeling?"
Hunter was lying in the hammock already feeling better, "yeah, I'm okay," Murphy got a rag and put it in cold water and patted her forehead. She rested a hand on his arm, stopping him, and held his hand. "Hey, I won't let anything happen to you. I promise,"
Murphy softly smiled. "You can't protect me forever, Hunter,"
Hunter sat up, "I can try,"
Murphy wiped her forehead, "You should rest," Hunter smiled at him and laid back down and rested her eyes.

With daylight making it's way through the camp, and hoping Jasper and Finn can pull the bomb off. Bellamy and Clarke took precautions and started to move the camp inside the drop ship. But then, an explosion went off. Hunter stood next to Clarke and watched the mushroom cloud fill the sky ahead of them.
"I am become death. Destroyer of worlds." Clarke spoke to herself. Hunter looked at her, "It's Oppenheimer, the man who built the first -"
"I know who Oppenheimer is," Hunter looked at her, then back at the cloud.

Jasper and Monty came back into camp, with the delinquents cheering them on as heroes. Then Hunter saw Finn and Raven come back, Raven was sick and they headed back into the drop ship.
Clarke checked her pulse, and told Finn that she's already getting stronger. Raven was lying in the hammock, as Finn watched over her. Clarke looked over at Murphy who had his arm around Hunter as she rested her head on his shoulder. Clarke nodded at him, and he softly smiled. Hoping that he gets his second chance.

The night came by, and Hunter stood outside the camp, and counted 14 graves. Her heart broke, wishing she could've saved them. Bellamy came out and stood next to her.
"You're outside the wall without a gun," Bellamy looked at her, she looked up at him then back down at the graves.
"Fourteen graves," She sighed.
"Look, we need to talk about Murphy -" He started.
"There's nothing to talk about," Hunter stopped him.
"Hunter,"
"I told you, if you want him out of here, I'm going with him. If you want him dead. You're going to have to kill me," Hunter looked at him, then back at the graves. Bellamy paused for a moment, taking a deep breath. "And to be fair, he was right about the bridge."
"We'll see," Bellamy sighed, a hint of uncertainty in his tone. "Octavia mentioned that the Mountain Men are furious, whatever that means."
"I'd say it means we require as many soldiers as possible," Hunter replied, her gaze focused on the situation at hand.
"So, are we suddenly in charge of pardoning people?" Bellamy inquired.
Hunter offered a gentle smile. "Its hard running things." Bellamy smirked in acknowledgment. Hunter then turned her attention back to the graves. "Fourteen," she sighed and made her way back into the camp.
