Mono P.O.V

"I hope he's ok..!"

"I'm sure he's fine-just hopefully he doesn't get knocked out by a girl again, I mean just look at him-I'm pretty sure he has some muscle, just stupid enough to-"A male voice commented sarcastically before getting cut off from the female voice earlier.

"Jay!!"The female voice from earlier said.

Another female voice chimed in."You two-stop!!Mono could wake up at any minute."

"Can I just take his paper-bag off??It looks so tempting."

"Six, N O."

Mono slowly blinked from the commotion happening around him-he then moved around a bit before adjusting his eyes.

"Oh look, he's waking up."The male voice-Jay,said.

After adjusting his eyes Mono sat up and rubbed his neck, remembering the prick feeling before he passed out. He took a second to recollect the events from what happened in the hunting expedition-his heart ached from the fighting and stress from today.

'And what happened to bargainer..' Mono thought.' But who was that??? The girl-I saw her turn into something!! I know I saw it!!'Mono clenched his teeth in stress and looked at everyone that was in the room-speaking of the room...

He was in a hospital-looking room, a lamp illuminated half of the room, and the walls looked like the old patterns from the 1980s.

Sunny hugged him tightly-her eyes almost ready to pour out tears.

"I thought you were dead!!!"Sunny's voice was muffled due to burrowing her head in Mono's chest. Her blond hair shined from the lamp illuminating the room he and his friends were currently in.

Mono hugged her back and pulled away.

"Me??Dead? Ha."Mono said as he stood up from the 'Hospital-looking bed.' Everyone else in the room stood up and hugged him.

Six, Sunny, Jay, Two and Aquila were in the room, Mono had noticed Twenty Three wasn't anywhere to be seen.

They all greeted him with open arms and relief. Mono really did appreciate them-but why did he felt like he was forgetting something??

Mono turned to Aquila."Aquila, where is Twenty-Three??"

Aquila just shrugged and instead hugged him tightly."She's out hunting-but I don't wanna talk about that."Her voice was sour.

The room was filled with silence when she said that sentence, and everyone released their hugs.

'I guess they haven't made up yet.."Mono thought as he averted his gaze to Aquila before peeping back to everyone.

"I uh also..heard that bargainer.."Aquila awkwardly trailed off as she looked at the others with a sad expression. Sunny closed her eyes in grief since by far this crashed her harder than the others, she was the delicate one in the group.

The tension in the room was hard and awkward.

"Yeah..I know. I was there with him.." Mono broke the intense silence that filled the room.

He felt bad, really bad, but he had warned bargainer that this would end up happening to him someday, Mono told him to wait it out-but like an idiot he went for it and got killed.

"May Le'Domas guide him."Two and Six said as they bowed their heads down in honor. Everyone else did the same thing. Mono bowed his head down as he remembered Bargainer's face when that arrow impaled his throat, the sounds of gurgling and choking echoed back and forth inside his head.

He winced at the strong image of Bargainer choking-on his own blood.

"Mono, what happened out there??"Sunny whispered, her voice filled with sadness.

Although it was such sad news, Everyone else couldn't help but wonder what had actually happened there. After all, Jay only heard about it as a rumor-it wasn't confirmed, since it was only just a rumor.

"Well..."Mono began to explain.

Mono explained on what went down in the hunts' expedition; how he saw the arrow sharply pierced through Bargainer's flesh and the gurgling that came out of him, and mentioned the girl that killed bargainer-and also who he chased through the deep forest.

But what he didn't get was if the girl was normal...? Sure-he did get tranquilized now that he thought about how he passed out and was probably just seeing things-but he saw it with his own eyes...

Once again Mono thought hard about the girl,'I don't think it's possible to see things when you get tranquilized...Yeah, I'm pretty sure I saw that..Not seeing things-nope-I know I saw it!!'

"Hello??Earth to Mono??"

Mono snapped out of his thought and looked at Six.

"Eh??"

Six crossed her arms."You looked like a cat staring at a pile of food-or fish."She said."Mind telling us what's wrong??"

Everyone giggled in the room as Mono blushed from embarrassment.

Mono pouted."Ha,very funny.."He trailed off."And there is nothing to tell you anyway."

'Well except the fact that I'm a werewolf and that I have a vampire-'Wait-

Mono abruptly stood up as the thought repeated over and over."SEVEN!!"He blurted out.

Everyone gave confused and concerned glances at each other, they then looked at Mono as he looked around for an exit or door.

"Uh..."Jay murmured."Who's Seven????"

"Ah Shoot!!!"Mono yelled."How come I forgot about him??!"

Six looked at Mono, then bowed her head in thought.

"Haven't I heard that name before...? Or is my mind just playing with me???"Six murmured.

"H A H A...! Uh gotta go-see you guys later..???"Mono rushed to the door and ran out the room as everyone just blinked with confusion and concern.

"I know for a fact I heard that name before..."Six said.

"Wait Mono!!!"Sunny said."I really wanted all of us to hang out.."She sadly murmured after.

"What just happened??"Jay's voice was full of baffle.

Two shrugged as she looked out the door that was now open."Just let him be..We'll eventually all hang out together sometime."

"Huh.."Six said."I pretty sure I have heard of that name before...."

Seven P.O.V

Seven gasped as he sat up, cold sweat dripped down his forehead and body. Speaking of that,his body ached from top to bottom-his heart raced when he thought about that nightmare.

'It's ok seven..it was just a nightmare-nothing else.' Seven calmed himself down as he took deep breaths.

He remembered very well what had happened on that very night-but didn't dare to recollect the events-But everytime he thought about it-it send shivers down his body like a rushing wave of fear.

Seven first noticed that he was in a bed-and inside a room. He glanced to his right and saw a lamp that illuminated half of the room-he also spotted some wet cotton balls and cloth-along with a bottle of rubbing alcohol.

'Oh'.Seven realized.' My tongue...'He reached inside his mouth to feel his tongue-that was now ripped in half.

'Actually more than a half..almost all of it!!' Seven eyes widdened in panic since he realized that if he had no tongue he couldn't talk.

'Guess I'll just have to write on something in order for people to understand me I guess..' Seven thought as he found a picture across the room.

A picture of Mono.

'It's him..'Seven smiled.'That piece of-why did you have to save me?? I could've just handled it by myself.' Seven thought bitterly as he stood up, however when he stood up his legs felt weak, he felt like his legs could snap in a half at any moment.

Seven gasped as he fell beside the bed.

"So I guess my legs don't work?"Seven attempted to stand up again, this time succeeding. He wobbled his way to the closet to try to find clothes so he could change.

Just two inches from the closet he heard a door open from outside.

Seven froze, then calmed down.

'It's probably him right?' Seven thought.' Wait-what if it's not him??Oh no! What do I do??'

By now footsteps were making their way towards the room Seven was currently in.

Seven searched the room for a weapon or something to defend himself.

He spotted a knife that was on top of neatly stacked clothes, they were all on top of a small drawer.

'Yes!'

Seven ran over to the drawer and grabbed the knife, then stood in front of the door.

Footsteps creaked closer and closer to the door.

Seven raised his knife-prepared for whoever was coming.

The door opened as Seven swung the knife, luckily he missed since it was Mono all along.

"You missed."Mono pointed out.

Seven sighed in relief as he stepped sideways so Mono could come inside.

Mono P.O.V

Mono had brought some crystals while on his way here.

He didn't remember or wasn't sure if he grabbed some crystals in that cave-so he had to get some for Seven. Although Mono didn't want him to eat that stuff since he could tell it was painful and gross when he had first seen Seven eat that.

He also wasn't sure if Seven would eat food-normal food.'Do vampires even eat that??'He questioned himself.

"I...brought some stuff for you."Mono said as he dropped about 9 colorful bright crystals over his bed. Seven walked over to Mono and looked at the crystals.

Seven wasn't sure if they were real though.

As if Mono could read his thoughts,he said,"Oh, don't worry. These are real."

Seven sighed in relief and grabbed one, examining it.

Mono glanced at him as he examined one of the crystals. One thing he noticed was upon closer expection, he had some dirt on his face-as well as a renchful stench surrounding him. Mono almost gagged.

Mono had an idea.

"You do notice that you stink right??"Mono said.

Seven shook his head as a 'No.'

"Well in that case.." He said."I'm going to take you a shower."

Seven gave him a confused look as to 'What the heck is that??'Mono ignored this and grabbed his hand, dragging him to the bathroom.
When the got there, Mono turned on the water and switched the handle up to 'HOT'.While he was doing this Seven looked at the mirror-and of course his reflection didn't show.

Seven frowned as he looked at the mirror.

Mono turned to him."Take your clothes off."

For one thing, Seven knew what 'Clothes' meant, and he blushed from the thought of stripping down in front of a hunter-well, half hunter, but overall, this was weird.

'This is weird.....' Reluctantly Seven began to take off his sweater as he blushed even harder. That's when he felt a hand pull down his sweater.

"D-don't do that in front of me..!" Mono said as he looked away and blushed from the lack of seeing Seven naked.

Seven rolled his eyes.' Then get out perhaps??'He thought.

"I-I'm going to get out while you er...change.Oh!I'll wash your hair for you so just wash your body with soap,when you're done just scream-but not too loud."Mono said. He awkwardly walked out and closed the door behind him.

Seven was alone now.

This wasn't sad for him-he was used to this now, almost all his life just being secluded in the woods and forests. He had always wondered how different would it be if he were just a human.

'Just a human..'Seven repeated, this time in thought.' Ha,I'll probably never be normal, just a monster.'

Seven frowned and sighed in dejection. He knew that would be impossible for him to turn into a human, even if he tried to, it would probably never happen.

Seven started to remove his clothes as the shower ran, and this weirdly calmed him when the water would rain down and make a soft 'Tik' sound everytime it hit the shower floor.

Once he was done, Seven entered the shower-he immediately flinched as the hot water hit him.

Seven didn't want to take a 'shower', but he resisted and went deeper into the shower-where the water was mostly at. Seven shivered in pleasure as the hot water hit him-it was relaxing, very relaxing.

Weirdly enough his body and legs didn't hurt anymore-he felt fine?

Seven started to look for the 'soap' Mono was talking about earlier.

Seven sat down as Mono came in-he was holding a white towel and clothes, and he wasn't wearing his paperbag either.

Seven stared at Mono's face.

His face looked tan-ish, and his hair was brunette like his, and covered his eyes,it was similar to Sevens except that Mono had his hair parted in two sides instead of one.

'His face looks really nice..' Seven thought.'Wait,what?'

The water was still hot to the touch when Mono felt the water to see if it was cold. He sat down outside the bathtub and noticed Seven staring at him.

Mono stared back at him in anguish,"What are you looking at..??"Mono took a second to figure out why he was staring at him like that.

'He's never seen me without my paper bag.'Mono thought.' Well that's probably normal.'

"Close your eyes Seven," Mono said.

Seven closed his eyes as Mono poured out the shampoo from the bottle, he placed the bottle beside him and rubbed his hands together for the shampoo to soothe out.

Mono started to gently rub Seven's hair with the shampoo, flipping his hair onto each side and putting it to each section so the shampoo would get every last bit of clearing.

"This is actually my first time ever doing this, so just bare with me."Mono said.

Seven on the other was shivering with pleasure each time Mono rubbed his hair, and it felt so relaxing he could just sleep.

Mono then flipped the section of hair that was covering Seven's eyes, and Seven opened them, assuming he was done.

Mono noticed this and warned him."Keep your eyes closed."He was caught of guard however when he looked closer at Seven's eyes.

They were blue-not the crimson red Mono was expecting to see. His eyes widdened with shock as he cupped Seven's cheek to get a better look at it.

Seven was oblivious to what was going on, and looked at Mono with a deranged expression.

Mono stuttered."You-your eyes are-"Mono paused."..Blue,really blue."

'Like sapphires..'Mono added in thought.

"Your eyes just caught me off guard-sorry," Mono said as he kneaded his hair one more time before dumping it with water.

Seven blushed of how close they were while closing his eyes at the feeling of water pouring down his face and body.

"You're done now."Mono stood up, grabbing the white towel and clothes he had brought earlier."Wrap and dry yourself with the white towel, and then put these on."He mentioned the clothes.

Seven slowly nodded as Mono left the bathroom.

Seven just sat there in the bathtub with a baffled expression, still proceeding on what just happened.
