<<Mono Third Person P.O.V>>

Mono felt his heart thumping with fear as he approached the Weapon shack,he was literally supposed to return the shot gun 2 hours ago,maybe three.The worst part was that he had the watch his mom gave him when he was young,and he literally had it on H I M.This whole time,and he didn't even bother to check it.

Way to go Mono.

Mono slowly went inside the weapon shack,hearing the familiar *DING*of the bell that was attached to the door he once came in.Mono held the shotgun,and placed it in the counter. Surprisingly nobody was behind the counter,which was odd since usually 'The Hunter',an old man,would always be behind the counter 24/7.

Mono was sorta glad since he didn't have to talk to him,he was weird,looked weird.Mono heard rumors about the mysterious quote on quote 'The Hunter' before.Some say that wasn't his real name,others say he's a vampire, werewolf or unnatural due to the fact that he always wears that leather bag over his head,instead of two eye holes,it was only one.

Mono whoever wasn't really weirded out that The Hunter had a bag over his head,I mean,he was also wearing a paper bag over his head.

Mono tip toed to the exit,just hoping that The Hunter doesn't come back-or even here-

"Not so fast kiddo."

'Damn it!'Mono thought as he slowly turned around to see The Hunter behind the counter,taking his shotgun and hanging it against the wall with other rifles.

"Uh-H-hey..?"Mono whispered,barely a whisper actually.

The hunter crossed his arms."Kid,you know what the consequences are if ya don't bring the rifles on time,C'mon now,lemme right ya up."

Mono cursed under his breath.Of course there'll be consequences,the rules are very strict around here.Especially if you're a hunter.

"Alright..Fine..It's Mono."Mono said,looking at The Hunter,who had a pen and notepad.

The hunter suddenly laughed.This made Mono look at him in confusion and concern.The hunter then placed his pen and notepad in the counter,sliding it aside.

"I'm just messin' around with ya!I'll let you slide,but next time,don't forget."The hunter said as he began walking towards the back of the hunter's shack.

Mono sighed in relief,even chuckling in the process."Thank you so much.."Mono said,walking out the hunter's shack.He was really greatful.Alot.

"So..what to do now..."Mono murmured as the sun settled down,making the sky once blue turn Yellow and red.It was surely beautiful.Mono checked his watch.

It was 6:54,almost nighttime.

What was there to do anyways?There really was no shop open,nor-actually nobody in sight.Just the sounds of trees rustling against the wind.He could just go home,and wait for Six to sneak out to his house like always?

Suddenly someone tapped him behind his shoulder.

Mono flinched and pulled his knife out of his trench coat,turning around.

"Heya Mon,and uh...why are you pointing a knife at me..?"Two said,eyeing the knife.

Mono sighed in relief,remembering earlier that Six did the same thing."

Mono placed his knife inside his trench coat,rubbing his neck."Ah..sorry,figured you were Six or something else.."

Two punched Mono's arm playfully,making mono chuckle.

"So,what brings you here?"Mono asked

Two shrugged."Bargainer told me you were looking for me,asked him where you were at."

Mono nodded,his eyes glued to Two's bandaged arm.

"What happened..?"

Two gave Mono a confused look,but then looked at her bandaged arm."You mean this??"

"Yeah."

Two rubbed her other hand against the bandage."Got hit by one of those bloodsuckers,yeah it sucks,but It's fine now,other than that,why were you looking for me?"

"Why don't we go to your house?I'll explain there."

Two flopped in her bed as Mono sat beside her,his trenchcoat sleeve rolled up,revealing the wound the 'Thing'gave him a few days back.

Mono looked around her room,it was big,really big.Not too different from his room however.Though Two loved collection rare speciments and objects,which her collection of rare findings filled the room.It's been long since he seen her room.

Two carefully held Mono's wounded arm-now stitched up.Mono could feel Two's surprisingly cold hands onto his warm skin.He flinched.

"Jeez-dude,why did you have to stitch it up?I could've done that.."Two said,softly touching the stitches.

Mono twiddled his fingers onto one of his missing buttons."I-I had to!"

"Mono,when did this happen..?"Two released her grip on Mono's hand,and looked at him.Mono felt stupid,but there was a reason on why he had to stitch his arm up all for himself,besides that happened at midnight!The stores weren't even Open!

Mono looked away in embarrasment."It happened a few days ago..at night.Me and Six were hanging out at the Moonshine..I-I heard something barking..so I decided to go check it out.."

Two sighed."You know,whatever it was it could have given you rabies..You did disinfect it right?"

Mono nodded.

"And why do you keep hanging out there at night?!You know it'll affect your title a a hunter Mono..!And Six!Why are you bringing her in there-

Mono heaved himself off the bed and stood up next to it."For your info Six was the one who dragged me into that moonshine place,and second Six was also-

"Stop blaming her for your actions!!"Two interrupted,now off the bed,standing up.

Mono interjected."It's not just me you know!It was all her-

Two exclaimed."Six didn't do anything wrong!"

Mono sighed."This conversation is just getting to overheated.."

"No sh*t."Two murmured.One second it was all calm,the next just yelling.Mono knew why Two was getting defensive about Six.

"...Have you experienced any side affects..?Like dizzyness?Or nausea..Anything out of the ordinary..?"Two said.

Actually,Mono did.His gums felt tingly,almost like the feeling of itching.It was itching.But Two didn't mentioned that.It was probably because of eating too much sugar with Six yesterday..

"No,not at all."Mono said,rolling down his sleeve.

Two sighed."Well,I guess everything's fine then,just don't stitch yourself up again,come over if you need stitching..and uh..If ya want,I can give you cookies while over..?"

Mono's eyes lit up.Boy was he hungry.

Mono layed down on his bed,now changed to something more comfortable,a white tank top,it was a little dirty,a little.Mono Waiting for Six to come,or something.Mono chewed on the cookies Two gave him,and Oh boy were they good,maybe he should come visit her more often-no wait that sounds selfish about cookies.

Mono thought about what happened back at Two's,about what she asked.The side affects..His gums only itch,that was it,nothing bad,probably just an early sign for having cavities.

Mono's thoughts were interrupted by a *CLINK* sound on his window.He got up excitingly,pushing the curtains away from the window,he already knew who it was.

Six knocked on his window again,smiling.

Mono opened the window as Six jumped inside,holding a notebook and wearing her yellow tank top.She held her yellow raincoat by her left hand.

Six hugged Mono,very hard,and squealed in excitment.She then slammed the weird notebook on Mono's bed.

"You won't believe what I found!"Six yelled,sitting on Mono's bed.She was clearly hyped about something,but what?

Mono shushed her as he climbed over his bed,looking at the notebook."Keep it down!And what did you find anyway..?"

"I think I found a secret unexplored location,it's not far from here!!"

Jeez,am I tired?Nope,not at all.

I think I might be posting 2 chapter every day,I think.Maybe.

And OOHH AM I HYPED FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER.
