"Remember, we are only here to get food. So no making a scene." Dick eyed Jason.

"Okay, okay." He put his hands up in defense. " In and out. "

Dick then looked to Tim and Damian. "Fine Grayson. Let's go before you cause a scene." He grumbled.

" What makes you think I will cause a scene? " Tim asked Dick.

"I never said you would." He replied.

" Let's just not be caught this time. Since last time someone showed their horns. " Tim nudged Damian .

Dick cringed at the memory, locals were hunting them down for weeks.

"Lets get this done alredy." Jason interrupted Damians snarky reply.

They stepped out of the forest, and into the grassy meadow. There was a cobblestone path that lead to a town. Surrounding the village was a stone wall, with the giant gates open. There were tourest, merchants, and locals flowing in and out of the bounderies.

Dick stepped onto the path, the others by his side. They almost made it in, until a gruff voice yelled "Halt!" A guard walked up to the group.

" I haven't seen you around. What's your names? " he asked.

"I'm john, that's peter , that's josoph, and this little dude here is anthony." Dick pointed to each of his 'siblings.' They liked to call each other siblings even though they weren't blood related.

"Were travelers." Tim chipped in.

" Where from? " he observed each of them. Damian looked him dead in the eye. "Metroplis."

" And where to? " he asked Jason.

"Star city." He answered.

" Well I guess I should let you go then. " he moved out of the boys way.

"Why is he so dang paranoid." Jason groaned in annoyance once out of earshot.

" 'tt' you should be, it can save your life. " Damian shot back.

"Paranoid isn't the word." Tim said. " It's more like... Suspicious. " Damian nodded at that and Jason rolled his eyes.

"Guys." Dick warned before an argument could break out.

Dick sighed. Sure it was dangerous to go out in public, especially if you were a monster. Because of you got found out you were to be exicuted. Dick self consciously pulled the hood over his head up more, hiding the black wolf ears sticking out of his head.

Dick wished he could live here, in this town. Just him, Jason, Tim, and Damian It was so happy and full of life. But humans and monsters didn't see eye to eye. Humans thought that monsters were just a disruption in there perfect world.

How shallow could they be!

And that was one thing the four had in common. They were all unwanted monsters.

"Look, it's a good food stand." Tim pointed to a stand that was decorated with wood and designs . All of the food made the boys mouths water. They had turky, and all kinds of freshly cooked meat, with a batch of bread that basically shone in the sunlight, and all kinds of fruits and vegetables.

"Do we even have any money left Grayson?" Damian asked Dick.

He emptied his pockets. " I have a penny? " Dick offered.

"Well me and Tim don't have any." Jason reported.

" So what are we gonna do? " Tim looked to Dick for answers.He

"We charm her." Dick nodded his head to the lady at the stand that was reading her book.

Jason snorted. " Yeah, like that's going to work. "

"Just watch me." Dick strutted up to her.

" And he told us not to make a scene. " Tim whispered into Damian's ear, and Damian nodded in agreement.

"Hello." Dick married his most charming smile.

" What can I help you with. " She said, not even looking at him.

"Well, you see. I left my money at my cot, and my three brothers are very hungry." He shot them a meaningful glance. And they regretfully made begging faces.

" So if I take the food, and come back later with the money. Then I could give it to you... " Dick trailed off.

"Sorry, no money no food." She said, finally looking up from her book. " Now if you don't mind, I have customers waiting. " she looked at him expectantly. Dick slowly walked back to his 'brother's and shook his head.

"Now let's go with my method." Jason snuck up to the stand, and fished out a cooked turky. " See easy. "

Damian then followed his lead, and snatched up a loaf of bread.

"Guys... Isn't there any other way?" Dick frowned.

" Yea... I don't like this. " Tim agreed.

Before Jason could reply, a squad of guards rounded the corner. "Hurry, just grab somthing." Jason hissed.

Tim unzipped his back pack, and Dick hurled all he could collect in there.

" Gaurds! " the lady yelled. "There stealing." She waved frantically.

"Go!" Damian Hissed As the guards started chasing them. He

" Why don't we just hunt in the forest? " he asked.

"Beacuse, all of the poachers, cities, and pollution are chasing the animals off." Tim panted. " And what if we can't find food and starve, it's too risky! " he explained.

"And this isnt!?" Jason yelled.

All of a sudden they were forced to skid to a stop, because another squad of guards cut them off. "Stay where you are!" One demanded.

" Yeah , right. We're not dumb. " Jason responded. And with inhuman speed, he ran to the closest man, and bit his neck.

The man crumpled to the ground as Jason licked the blood off of his lips. "Its a vampire!" One yelled.

" Call the Justice league! " cried another.

Damian jumped into the fray and transformed into his demonic form. With pure black eyes, black wings, and red horns, also the tail. He summoned his wepon, a scyth, and started slicing.

"We have to get outta here." Tim told Dick. " You and Jason run from the bottom, me and Damian will fend them off from air. Then, Tims pure white wings unfurled, and he summoned his wepon, a bow and arrow. (I don't know what other weapon angels would use. Any suggestions?) And he started shooting.

Dick then morphed into his wolf form, with a midnight black coat of fur, and Crystal blue eyes, his tail and ears were already on his human form. He tackled them until he reached Jason.

"Lets go!" He barked. The two ran. Dick looked up to see Tim, shooting golden arrows at the people in front of him. And Damian was taking the ones behind them.

" Almost there! " Jason yelled, right as they reached the gate.

"There going to keep following us!" Dick yelled.

" Get the gate! " Tim ordered Jason and Damian. They seemed to understand, because they sprinted to the chains that supported the gate, and sliced through them. The gate came crashing down, right in front of the people.

Damian and Tim turned back into human form because staying in monster form too long exhaust them. Dick followed their lead and morphed back too.

"No doubt , the league are on their way. We need to go." He said.

" Where? " Jason asked.

"Isn't it obious? We go to Gotham." Damian panted.

" Well I'm not a mind reader, " Jason snapped.

"Come on guys." Dick lead them in Gotham's general direction.

A good distance through their hike, it started to rain. "Oh really!?" Jason yelled to the sky, just as the rain started to fall. " This is just what we need. " he muttered sarcastically.

Then the thunder clapped and the rain came harder. " I'll tell you what we don't need, we don't need your mouth Todd. " Damian snarled.

"Look, a cave!" Tim pointed to a cave in the side of the cliff.

" Good eye, Timmy. " Dick ruffled his hair and they all ran in the opening.

"That was a close one." Dick sighed in releaf.

" Narrowly dodged. " Damian added.

"So what do we got?" Jason asked.

Tim dumped his back pack, making all of its contents fall to the floor with a clunck.

" We got enough to last us 5 days. " Jason noted.

"Enough to last you five days." Damian said.

"Chill, demon brat, All I do is drain it's blood." Jason shot back.

" Guys , get some sleep. It's night anyways. " Dick lit a fire with his matches and the wood.

"Dont have to tell me twice." Tim lay on his back on the cold floor.

Damian leaned his back against a rock. " I hope you get devoured by a bear in your sleep, Todd. " Damian muttered, sleep deprived.

"Yeah, love you too ya little brat." Jason rolled his eyes.

Once Dick was sure that his two littlest siblings were asleep, he looked to Jason. "We can't keep this up forever. One day they will find us." He said while taking off his blue hoodie, letting it dry by the fire. His black tail swished side to side and his ears were perked up.

Jason put his hands behind his head and leaned on the other side of Damian's rock. " I won't let that happen. " he muttered darkly.

"Well if we get captured, I will fiend them off, you take Timmy and Dami and get out of there." He told him.

"It would be bad if they lost you, these kids look up to you. It would tear them apart if you were to leave this world." Jason said.

" Just promise me, promise me that you will keep them safe! " Dick cried despratly. HE

"Fine, but there is no gaurentee." Jason turned away from him.

Good, That's all Dick needed.

He looked at his ' brothers' They were all to young to handle this stress, much less run for their lives. Jason looked so peacful, not ready to kill someone. Tim looked less serious, less stressed. Damian didn't look like he was a boy with a hot attitude and something to prove.

All of a sudden a rustle in the bushes interrupted his thoughts. He morphed into a wolf and stalked closer and closer to the bush. Once he was about five strides away a white ball of fur erupted from the bush and pinned him down. Once Dick got a closer look, he could see that it was a white wolf, with pure black eyes, and a scar that ran across its eyes so the way down to his jaw bone.

"Hello." It snarled, scraping his claws against Dick cheek

"You must be my clone, nice to meet you, I'm Dick."
