~Anika's POV~

While changing his shirt when I keep my hands on his bare chest I felt shivers all over my body. I told him to stay here tonight as he can't drive in this state and even it's raining heavily.

A: would you like to have some coffee?

S: yeah sure.

We both move to the kitchen and Shivaay leaned on the slab while crossing his arms, his hairs messy and his blue hypnotic eyes.. Uff it's really hard to control. WTF Anika! What are you thinking? I was busy in my thoughts when Shivaay caged me from back and turned the gas off.

S: where were you lost Anika?
(Concerned)

A: nothing.. I was just.. Leave it.

S: Anika are you okay?

A: yea I'm fine..

A: you go I'll make coffee and come...

S: okay but be careful..

Shivaay left the kitchen and I started making coffee. After making it I was about to move to the Hall when the lights gets off and my breath hitched.

~Shivaay's POV~

I was waiting for her in the Hall and thinking about her behavior when suddenly the lights got off. I think it's because of the heavy rainfall. I remembered about Anika and slowly went to the kitchen for checking her. I turned on the flashlight of my mobile start searching her in the kitchen.

S: Anika are you fine? Are you here?

A: Shi..va..ay..

I heard her broken voice and found her sitting beside the fridge, hugging her legs in fear. It pained my heart looking her this side. The strong Anika I knew is fearless but now this Anika is scared now. I immediately kneeled down in front of her and pulled her in a hug. She snuggled more into me hold me tightly.

S: Anika.. Anika are you alright?

A: Shiv..aay I've Nyctophobia. Please get me out of here.. Pleaseee
(Broken voice)

S: don't worry I'm here with you I won't leave you I promise..

I hugged her more tightly and took her in my arms. She hides her face in the crook of my neck and her hot breaths fanning on my skin. I tighten my grip around her waist and took her to my room.

I placed her on the bed and she hold my hand tightly.

S: Anika you stay here I'll light the candles and come here again..
(Caressing her cheeks)

A: noo Shivaay stay here don't leave me..

S: Anika I'll just light up the candles..

A: please Shivaay stay here... Don't leave me Shivaay.. I can't live without you.

S: okay okay calm down.. I'll never leave you.

I sit beside her and wrapped my hands around her waist. She kept her head on my chest and hugged me tightly. I started stroking her hair and she slept in my arms. I don't know when but I also slipped into a slumber with Anika in my arms.

After a while I heard something which isn't clear. I opened my eyes and found Anika shivering and whispering something. Her body temperature was high and she was shivering. I patted her cheeks and she opened her eyes but her breaths got uneven. I was really scared at that time so without wasting a second I put my lips on hers and start blowing air in her mouth. Her breaths got stable and I don't know when I started kissing her. She also pulled me more closer by my hair and I started sucking her lower lip. She sucked my upper lip and we both were kissing each other. I know that it's not right but now it feels soo right, so I stopped thinking about all this and kissed her.  After getting out of breath we both left each other and Anika again slept on my arms. Today I'm sure about one thing that there is something strong between me and Anika. I kissed her forehead and again slept.

Next morning my sleep disturbed due the rings of my phone and I opened my eyes and found Anika sleeping peacefully. Without disturbing her sleep I grabbed my phone and went to the balcony to attend the call. I came back after 5 minutes and found the bed empty.
