Dr Manik Malhotra(26 yrs): Second son of Mahesh & Sumitra. Loves his family alot. He becomes a baby infront of his bhabhi & mom but strict, khadus for outside world. A Neurosurgeon who handles Malhotra hospital. Has a Tom & Jerry relation with Nandini since he met her when he was 7 and she was 6. Overtime, she became a habit and important part of his life but he hasnt realized. He is a doctor who goes by rules and regulations, always uses his brain. Can be arrogant but is a very good doctor. He has never met her family but knows she doesnt speak to them.

Abhimanyu Khurrana (26 yrs): MD of Khurrana Industries. Son of Rajat & Kavita, brother of Nandini. Only 11 months older to Nandini. He is her best friend and crime partner. Doesnt know the truth of why his parents did what they did and he is angry on them. Dont speak to his parents unless needed. In contact with Nandini and calls her baby doll.

Dr Nandini Khurrana (25 yrs): Daughter of Rajat & Kavita. Thinks her parents dont trust her and abandoned her but doesnt know the truth. Dont speak with her parents but in contact with her brother. She thinks with her heart and likes to break the rules if necessary. Always fights with Manik. Treats Malhotras as her family. She is a Cardiac Surgeon at Malhotra Hospital.

Dr Mukti Vardhan (25 yrs): Another doctor at Malhotra Hopsital and Nandini's bestie. She is a gynecologist. Mukti lives with her parents who are constantly after her for getting married. She is waiting for "The One". 

Dr Cabir Dhawan (26 yrs): Manik's soul brother/ best friend. He is a plastic surgeon at Malhotra Hospital. A joker & major foodie. He is Priya's brother and he also treats Nandini & Mukti as his sisters....loves to tease Manik about Nandini. He is gay and in live in relationship with Akhil Sood. His family have accepted him & his bf and support them.

Akhil Sood (27 yrs): Boyfriend of Cabir and a good friend of MaNan. He is an engineer. Akhil was disowned by his family when he came out but accepted by Cabir's family. Treats Nandini, Mukti & Priya as sisters. For him, his friends are everything.

Dr Priya Mehra (25 yrs): Cabir's sister and bestie of Mukti & Nandini. Treats Akhil & Manik as brothers. Married to Veer for 6 months now, knew and dated him since she was 16. She is a pediatrist at Malhotra Hospital.

Dr Veer Mehra (26 yrs): Husband of Priya and one of Manik's best friends. Treats Nandini & Mukti as sisters. He works as a Psychiatrist at Malhotra Hospital. He lives with his elder sister & jiju who are good friends of Shaurya & Devika.
