" "Get Blood On Your Hands" " Chapter 1 Pt. 1

The sky was flaxen now, colors faded into pastels and swirling in a way the bestrewed the fluffy cotton masses that hung above the land. One the cliff that they stood, power seethed into their heart. "Behold!" The voice lashed out in a series of waves, like a rippling puddle of water. Danger rung in those black ears that melted other noises into nothingness.

"This was all to be so atrabilious and the humans are bestrewed! They never harked to my warning, those innate and slimy creatures!" They exclaimed widely as they sipped on that horrible ichor. Those almost pellucid orbs grinned like they knew the secrets of the world as the plenteous and nocuous fruits of labor sank into the black and inky corpse of the ground.

"An orb for a heart. Why are you are one to make things so obfuscate?" I finally spoke up. "You're solipsistic Mr. Eldiner, you only care for your own being! You illude everyone you know, and you show no lenity." My own heart laced with ire yet I felt my own body become impuissant and filled with a malaise sort of wrath.

"Why, you are being so pusillanimous when you speak. You can't expect me to adorn your soul when you die if you do not rest in a less than evanescent way," I watched as the tall being leaned down, the puissant aura laving over my brain "I will be sure to make my ire live for more than just the eld, it shall be fervid and plumbless if I shall, never it not be plenteous."

I felt a dire need to let my breath go from the captivity of my throat as I held it still, feeling access of fear and powerlessness wash over me. I glanced away at the abode I used to know, now seeming afar.

The land here was dead, brume cleaved to every essence of life there as, the darklings of night being to crescent like the moon in the sky, growing dark and starless soon. I always believed the night came with too much celerity here, especially when Mr. Eldiner turned up that one fateful blood moon.

♥ It was as much as a normal day as any, the trees and ground niveous. But tonight was the blood moon. In our town, magical things always happened when I was nescient then. The creek I used to play in purled with clear water littered with magic. The creek was flexuous and the mere it came from was bosky. I used to despise the fact that mama never let me go into it alone, but now I wish I had harked when she told me all those years ago "Never play in the creek, for it will incarnadine your skin." I still wonder why I never listened.

I was walking down the old and weathered path, zephyr wind blowing the fragrance of something nocuous into my face. I had stopped my little roundelay, frozen in place. I was entranced, eyes going over glossy as the odd smell got almost overpowering.

It was like rotten roses, withered and broken, drenched and over watered. Or like the odd soup mama made for me whenever I got sick. It was fuliginous and black, making me choke almost on the thick air, so much so it felt like a sliver blade could slice through it.

I still felt a sort of entrancement towards it although, my mind feeling wrapped and engulfed in a fuzzy feeling. With angst in my heart I crept towards the source and I only just saw the look of a dead red-eye before everything went fuzzy and I fell back, staring at the sky as everything went black.

♥When i woke up i couldn't see anything. The world was dark but there was a hard coldness where i lay, giving me clarity that there was still something there. Then i heard a thin, creaky voice that seemed to hold a grin "You're finally awake" the creature laughed

"I thought i might have hit you too hard and killed you" i felt an odd rush of air to my lungs, sharp like i had just put my head above water after holding my breath. Suddenly, light flooded into my senses and everything came to me in such a that I couldn't understand it...
