It Sucks to be in a Wooden Crate

"If you think that I'm going to let you go again Kirishima, you've mistaken. I'll come back for you." I heard Bakugou speaking from the crate.

"Take care of the others Bakugou. They need it more than me." I told him.

"No, Y-" Bakugou was cut off by a scream.

"Where are we?! How did we get here?! When did Bakugou get here?! Why are we here?! What happened?! Where's my hat?!" I could tell that Kaminari woke up from consciousness. I couldn't help but give a sad chuckle.

"Idiot in that cage over there sold himself out to save us and we left your hat in the castle." I heard Bakugou talking. I knew he was talking about me.

"Well, Ashido is on the brink of death, what el-" I was cut off again.

  "Ashido is dying?!" Kaminari yelled.

I heard a loud thunk and Kaminari said ow. "Be quiet!" I couldn't tell who said that.

I heard a mumble but I couldn't tell who said it or what it was. They kept mumbling with each other so I curled up alone. I was scared of what Endeavor would do with me. He's the worst one to deal with out of him and Tomura. Tomura just keeps me locked in the dungeon but King Endeavor is an entirely different story.

I heard a bird sing up above. It was a dark day, I didn't understand why a bird would want to sound off a melody that nice when it was a depressing day. I sighed and clutched my shirt, trying to think clearly.

The carriage started to roll more smoothly. I looked and noticed that we were Near town. We're almost to the castle. I thought sadly. When we get there, it usually isn't as pretty as it looks on the outside. I've only seen the throne room and the little side room where he keeps me most of the time. The throne room looks normal but the little side room is full of sharp things. My wounds from last time healed, I'm guessing that he'll figure that I'll need new ones.

"Guys, when they drop you off, stay out of trouble for me, okay?" I asked.

"Kirishima, don't you dare talk like that. We'll find each other again. I know it." That was Bakugou. He sounded angry.

I lowered my ears and looked down. "I won't be able to see you guys again. I'm sure that King Endeavor won't give me up as easily as last time. He's probably going to up his security and everything. Just, remember me, okay guys?" I felt heartbroken. "Thanks for the best few days of my life."

I heard a loud noise coming from inside the wooden crate they were in. I assumed that it was Bakugou banging his hand against the wood. "If I weren't in a fucking cage, I would slap you so hard Eijirou. Trust me, got it?"

I nodded before realizing that they couldn't see me, "Ye-" I was inturupted by Bakugou's loud voice.

"What are you chuckling about Ashido?!" There was some defensiveness in his voice, mixed with sadness.

"You called him by his first name." Her voice sounded weak and I knew that she probably didn't have long, yet she still had the happiness and fangirl side in her voice. There was a happy sigh coming from someone, I guessed Ashido.

It was silent. There were no leaves rustling and the bird sing was gone. The only sound was the lulling roll of the wheels on the road. Then, there was panic coming from the wooden crate.

"Ashido, don't leave us!" I heard Sero yell. There was shaking in the crate.

  "Wake up!" That was Kaminari.

"Apply pressure to her wounds, idiots!" That sentence had Bakugou labeled all over it. It scared me how caring he sounded though.

"Guys, what's going on?!" I was shaking, freaking out that she was dying. Mad at myself that I couldn't even help her.

"Something is wrong with Ashido!" Sero yelled. I started to panic.

"King Endeavor! We need to go to a healer! And fast!" I turned my head to face the front.

"Don't tell me what to do Mutant." I heard his gruff voice say, but the cart moved faster towards town. I knew that he just wanted to keep the deal. If Ashido died, I wouldn't go through with it.

"Don't you fucking dare close your eyes on us Ashido!" I heard a slap after that sentence which I assumed came from Bakugou.

"I-I can't believe that I'm dying before-" there was a cough. "Before I saw a Kiribaku kiss." Her voice was light-hearted, even in this grim situation.

"Don't make me hate you right now Ashido!" Bakugou yelled. The cart stopped in town and King Endeavor walked out. I noticed that we were in front of a tent-like structure.

King Endeavor opened up the crate they were all in and took Ashido and Sero out before shutting it immidiatly. Ashido's pink hair was turning into a darker red and she looked too weak to stand on her own. Sero had a few deep scratches on his face, but he looked fine other than that. King Endeavor took them inside the tent before walking out alone and driving away.

"Will they be okay? What about Kaminari and Bakugou? They're hurt too." I spoke up.

"Everyone'll be fine." Except for you, I could feel the unsaid words radiate off of his sentence. I knew that I was going to get hurt really badly for going with them that day, but I wouldn't regret it.

----------------

We arrived to the castle soon afterwards. I found it weird that he didn't drop off Bakugou and Kaminari. The carriage stopped and King Endeavor called his guards over. He took Bakugou and Kaminari out of the crate and put shackles around their arms before doing the same to me.

"Wait! This wasn't part of the deal! What about them?!" I yanked against the chains only to earn a slap across my face.

"Things change Mutant. Live with it." King Endeavor's voice sounded cold and harsh.

I noticed that they were taking Bakugou down a different hallway than Kaminari and I. "No! Bakugou!" I yanked against the chain as much as I could. Bakugou did the same until we were both knocked out by the guards.
