Darius :" Pastor Nick, I've had enough of your religious behavioral code since everyone and everything deserves to be equally treated in front of the law and if I hear the word sacrilege once again from your mouth I'll personally see towards the removal of your rights to enter the court. ", he said to him, making the Pastor to close his mouth.

Raphael :" * In his mind* Please do as such ", he groaned mentally.

Darius :" * clears his throat * Anyways, let's continue with the court. ", he said to them.

After the mishap with Pastor Nick was finished and done, the trial had begun. At one side there were the Survey Corps that were planning to use the powers that the cadets Raphael and Eren have for the sake of humanity and in order to reclaim back what humanity had lost out of the fear of the Titans. On the other side there are the Military police that wanted to examine the said cadets and then dissect them instead of using them correctly in order to help humanity. The first one that had started speaking was Niles, the Commander of the Military Police.

Niles : " Honored Judge, although I have to say that Pastor Nick might have overdone it with the religious way, but I have to say that he's not entirely false on his statement!!! * points towards the Yeager cadets * Both of these monsters that some of you might consider as human beings deserve nothing less but death either as atonement for the sin of being born in this world or for scientific purposes by dissection!!!", he said towards the judge .

Eren :" Are you out of your f*cking mind!!! We are your best chance to save humanity from being forever in fear of the Titans whilst you were sitting back in the luxury of the innermost Wall Sina!!! ", he shouted angrily towards him.

Mikasa : " Try to hurt my brothers and I won't hesitate to kill you Niles!! ", she said towards the Military Police Commander in anger.

Rich Person #1 :" Did you see how she had protected them?!? What rudeness!!!!? ", she said to them in disgust.

Rich Person #2 :" Wait a minute, she said that she is related to them, maybe she's also a monster that deserves to be dissected!!!", he said to them in a stupid way, causing a ruckus in the court.

Darius :" SILENCE!!!! ", the judge had shouted towards them, hitting his hammer on the podium trying to stop the bustle and calm down the rest of the ones that were having murmurs or open conversations in there.

Darius : " Commander Erwin Smith of the Survey Corps, you may step forward and present your case.", he said to him and Erwin complied by doing as said.

Commander Smith : " As you might know about me, my name is Erwin Smith Commander of the Survey Corps, the Wings of Freedom and I speak more as a member of the Corps that have been under my command that it would be better if the Yeager Cadets had came with us instead of going away with people like Niles and be forced to live as lab rats. Their powers of them being able to turn into Titans is the mean to turn the tides of this unfavorable war towards humanity's cause and be able to fight back instead of continuing to cower whenever they do as much as bare their teeth to us. ", he said to him, telling the main reason behind why the Survey Corps are in more need of the Yeager cadets.

Niles :" There's nothing more to hear in your words than just lies!!! Tell us the truth that the only reason as to why you need those monsters is to use them to your own ends? Quite ironic coming from the so called 'Wings of Freedom'.", he said to him.

Commander Smith : " We weren't going to actually 'use them to our ends' as you say, even by having the powers to turn into Titans when deemed necessary by being with us alone will be able to live with the respect that they deserve as humans instead of the monsters that you basically portrait them as. ", he retorted calmly.

Niles :" And how exactly do you expect to do it, with lessons and speeches about how to make someone's moral compass better? Don't make me laugh Smith. Also weren't your Corps the only military branch that has the highest death and money used per expedition ratios? How exactly do you expect to do it better when one of them specifically seemed to have next to no control over their powers when in the form, which made them to ATTACK cadet Ackerman after being transformed? Do you plan on increasing your numbers of deaths and money being spent on your fruitless expeditions!! Don't make me... ", he said to him, but stopped in between sentence by hearing the sounds of fists hitting someone and turned around to see that Levi Ackerman, the Survey Corps' Lieutenant and Humanity's Strongest Soldier was beating down one of the two Yeager cadets that goes by the name of Eren Yeager.

Darius :" Lieutenant Ackerman, what's the point of beating up one of the suspects?", he asked him as Levi had stopped beating the ever living daylights out of Eren and turned towards the judge.

Lieutenant Levi : " I was just showing you that although their powers might seem monstrous in their nature, they're still like us, being able to bleed, sense and feel, meaning that they can still be killed. I'll train them like dogs and fight when needed with their powers or without them. Also, weren't you the one out of all the people in the Military Police that had done some of the most crimes. If I where you Niles, I would have given the time to my tongue to take a f*cking swan dive in my mind before talking. ", he said to him and was then going to give one last punch to Eren's face, but to his bad luck Raphael was fully awake and in the span of a few seconds he had managed to subconsciously crystallize his hands, break through the arm cuffs and stop Levi's punch, making Hange to freak out.

Raphael : " If you dare to hit my brother once again, nothing is going to stop me from killing you", he growled towards the Survey Corps' Lieutenant, locking his bright red eyes with Levi's grey ones as his once round pupils dilated into slits.

Niles : "See!!! That's EXACTLY what I've meant by saying that it's not easy to control them!!!! I have a deal for you, why don't you allow us to take one of them with us and leave the other one to your jurisdiction? * looks at the rest of the MPs * Imprison him.", he said to them as a group of about 10 MPs went and grabbed onto Raphael, trying to immobilize him.

Eren :" No!!! LET MY BROTHER GO YOU B@STARDS!!!!",he yelled towards them, trying to break free.

Raphael :" Eren don-... ", he said to him extending his hand towards his brother, only for it to fall limp as his vision went from normal to blurry and then dark, falling unconscious due to being struck on the back of the head by the butt of an MP officer's rifle.

Mikasa :" Raphael!!!", she said towards her brother with tears in her eyes, seeing that they were taking him away.

WAKE UP BRAT!!!", the man had pretty much screamed towards Raphael and seeing nothing more than a mild annoyance to the three quarters Titan's face he had pressed a button next to him sending a massive jolt of high voltage electricity towards the teenager's body, shocking the teen, making the latter to scream in agony and pain before it had stopped.

??? : " * smirks slyly * It seems that you have awoken, good I hope you had a nice sleep whilst you were unconscious because right now, you're not going to go anywhere else except for this cage you f*cking monster.", he said to him, trying to still keep his emotionless facade, seeing that the teenager's body was still tense and convulsing due to being shocked.

Raphael :" Who are you? ", he said to him through clenched teeth, trying to suppress the feeling of pain on his body, trying to keep himself awake.

??? : " * rolls his eyes * Well, you might as well learn my name seeing that you're not going to leave from here any time soon. My name is Titus and you should know it well since it's one of the last names you'll know in your pathetic life. I had previously injected you with a Titan serum and seeing that it haven't worked, meaning that as of now it has stimulated your otherwise rapid healing speed, so because of that, it seems that you might be something more than just a Titan Shifter, aren't you? ", he asked him rhetorically and couldn't help but smirk slightly seeing that the teen had tensed, seeming that he had struck a sensitive matter.

Raphael :" What I am is for me to know and for b@stards like you to eventually find out about ", he said to him, managing to still have his spunky attitude even through the pain.

Titus : " Well I don't think that much about it since I'll make sure to break you before I dissect you ", he said to him sternly, trying to still seem that he had the upper hand whilst the truth was that he was actually beginning to lose it.

Raphael : " * chuckles painfully * It's actually quite amusing seeing that you're trying to make others think that you are a tough guy whilst you're just inconsiderate.", he said to him.

Titus : " Then please enlighten me as to why I am the inconsiderate one of the two of us? ", he inquired, raising an eyebrow in slight confusion and the response he had gotten from the silver haired teen is a sly grin.

Raphael :" You're pretty much ignorant and inconsiderate about the fact that once I break out of this cage, I'll show you what does being afraid of someone more than death itself really means.", he said to him, making Titus to sigh heavily, although the man knew that unbeknownst to him, he and his partner were basically prolonging the inevitable.

Titus :" I think that the only thing that you are foolish about is that you have thought that you could escape in the first place.", he said to him, making the teen to chuckle, having the latter to know that he had done what he was planning, which was having his oppressor to act in fear of a possible escape.

Raphael :" Believe me when I say that prisons can't hold me for too long. You're going to make a mistake and it will be your last one.", he said to him and then had yelled slightly in pain feeling the surge of electricity coursing through his body, the jolt of which along with the pain was enough to knock him out unconscious.

The next morning Raphael had waken up to a stinging sensation and the smell of an alcoholic type of beverage.

??? : " Here you go, all patched up", a girl that he didn't knew about told him as she had finished patching him up and disinfected his wounds from the two rounds of electrical torture; was Titus that considerate to bring a doctor along to patch him up?

Raphael : " Who are you and why did you do that to me ?", he asked her in a groggy voice.

Fae : " My name is Dr Fae and I am the one who's going to patch you up from now on, I'm also the creator of the serum that had stopped your annoying healing factor. The reason as to why I'm doing this is because you don't deserve to die yet, wasn't it that obvious that we weren't going to let you die until you had suffered for the sin of being born in our world? You deserve to die, just not on your wounds. ", she said to him, making the anger to once again appear within Raphael's soul to the point that he had felt that something within him had broken; they witnessed the calm before the storm, so he was going to give them a hurricane.

Raphael :" * looks at her * Do you want to know something? You may call me a monster all you want, but you can't change one thing. You have just made the mistake by approaching me, so why don't you sleep now and rethink of it.", he said to her and both Dr Fae and Titus had an uneasy feeling of wanting to sleep, almost as if it was given to them by someone as they were brought to a drowsy sleep.

Titus after about an hour or two had waken up, he had moved his hands trying to rub the sleep off of his eyes, but he couldn't move them, having one thought coming into his mind that made him to tense; he was chained.

He had opened his eyes in fear of what he was going to see and had seen that he was in a prison cell with the door wide open and in front of him was the only person that he never wanted to see unchained and mysteriously without any injuries, Raphael.

Raphael on the other hand had moved closer to him, picking him up by his shirt and lifting him up to his eyes, the teenager's crimson red eyes were harboring next no emotion in them, except for one that he was bottling within him. Hatred. Before Titus was going to say something, he had screamed in pain, feeling his veins in pain, he had looked towards the teenager's hands and saw with dread that the thing that he was stabbed by was a syringe that had the two words that were going to make him faint, Titan Serum and then he was left to fall on his butt on the cold floor. The only thing that was strange was that mysteriously he wasn't transforming as he thought he was going to.

Raphael : " You probably wonder as to why you aren't transforming, let me clear that up for you. There's a possibility that a person that was injected with Titan Serum to not transform, but only in the presence of the Founding Titan who has complete dominion over the physical and mental aspects of the subjects of Ymir, so tell me what do you know about it? ", he said to him sternly.

Titus :" W-What does this have to do with me!!? ", he asked him in fear and gasped seeing the teen's eye color change from the normal red to one that he wasn't expecting...

(A/n : Just like that, but replace Uri Reiss with Raphael. Also, remember when I said in the first chapter that the Reiss family and the Braegon (Raphael's mother family) family were back then one, now you know why)

Bright Purple.

Raphael : " Seems that you know this eyes, but do you wish to know something? You and Fae were abusing towards the wrong hybrid.", he said to him.

Titus : " W-Wh-What did you do to her!!!?", he asked him, making the teen to shrug slightly and get his hand in his pocket, making Titus to gasp at what he was seeing.

His wife was shrunk down to the size of an insect, her arms and legs were tied up with strings that from the small woman's perspective were basically the size of ropes.

Raphael : "She's shrunk, tied and unconscious, that's all there's to it.", he stated nonchalantly and placed Fae back to his shirt pocket and had then looked at the shrunken scientist.

Raphael : "To be honest, I have her to be unconscious for some time since she doesn't need to hear what I'm going to say to you, because it's you who I want to talk about, not her ", he stated, looking down at the scientist.

Titus : "M-Me? What could you possibly want to do with me!?", he said to him, shouting up towards the enormous teen, making the latter to sigh.

Raphael : "First of all, there's no need to shout, I may have shrunk you, but this doesn't mean that your voice got any decibels lower than usual.

Secondly, it's pretty self evident that you and your wife had talked to Niles, the commander of the Military Police about getting the custody of either me or my brother, why's that?

Is there any deeper secret as to why you'd want either me or my brother dead this badly?", he inquired.

Titus : "It's none of your business. You're just a kid that let your hybrid nature get to your head and think that you're in any place to make demands of me.", he hissed.

Raphael : "*sighs* It seems to me that I might have been a tiny bit too lenient with you.

Very well then, although I wanted to have a small conversation with you, I might have to resolve to more strict methods.", he said to him and pointed out his finger to him.

Titus : What do you mean more str.... Ack!!!", he said to him, but had fallen to his knees in pain shortly afterwards.

Raphael : "It's as I told you, even if you have even a single drop of Ymir's blood in your veins, I have full control over which means, if I want to make you kneel, I can make you kneel.

If I want to break you, I can break you in more ways than you can possibly fathom.", he explained to him.

Titus : "T-Then why aren't you searching deep into my brain about the reasons why I did this instead of torturing me pointlessly!?", he said to him, but had knelt further downwards, feeling as if his body was like a filled balloon about to pop due to being squeezed from all sides.

Raphael : "That's simple. You had electrocuted me and even though that voltage wasn't enough to kill me because of my mostly Titan physiology, it was more than enough to thoroughly fry a normal human's nervous system on top of any second and potentially third degree burns they would sustain.

Think what I'm doing to you now as an eye for an eye, something that'll grow harsher if you don't answer my question.", he stated.

Titus : "F-Fine I will, just make it stop!!!", he begged to him and wheezed, holding his chest in pain, feeling the pain subside as steam was leaving his body.

Raphael : "*curls his finger* I've kept my side of the deal, now I hope you'll keep yours and tell me", he ordered.

Titus : " This land, the island named as Paradis is the hideout of two Titans, the Attack Titan that belongs to your brother, the Founding Titan, that belongs to the royal family within the walls and the whereabouts of the other two, the Amazon Titan and the Promethean Titan.

I was sent here as a spy of Marley in order to find out the place where the Founding Titan is located at and call for backup if proven necessary in order to retrieve it for Marley.", he explained to him.

Raphael : "For Marley?", he inquired, an eyebrow was risen in a questioning manner, but was still in the edge about the information Titus was giving him, reading the man's mind whilst he let him explain as an insurance that he wasn't lying his way out of it.

Titus : "Marley is a country across the ocean, even though it's less advanced than it's adversaries its technology is still advanced enough compared to your vastly outdated one.

Its military, although advanced relies heavily on the power of the Titans for the most part to the point that when the wielders of the Founding, Attack, Amazon and Promethean Titans had escaped Marley's control, seeking refuge here, Marley's control over the Titans had diminished greatly.", he explained to him.

Raphael : "Intriguing... how long will it be until Marley mobilises its military force against us? Unless its already mobilised against its 'adversaries' as you called them ", he explained to him doing air quotes for the world adversaries and smirked slightly seeing Titus visibly flinch at his words.

Raphael : "Did I guess right?", he sneered.

Titus : "You did... although its entire army won't be necessary about it. Marley had, has and will always have ears all over the place. Your days under the sun for you and your loved ones are numbered... hybrid.", he said to him.

Raphael : "I could guess that from how easily three shifters had easily passed under the Military police's radar, but I'm certain there are more that are yet to come.", he theorised.

Raphael : "That's more than enough information I needed to know, but before I go.", he said to him, snapping his fingers as Titus and his wife had turned back to their normal heights.

Titus : "*slowly opens his eyes* Where's my wife? I told you all I know.", he said to him, having the hybrid teen to point behind him at a chair, making Titus' eyes to widen.

Titus : '*In his mind* But... how? Wasn't she in his pocket?', he thought to himself and flinched, hearing a small chuckle.

Raphael : '*Telepathically*Did you really think that because I said that I could control your mind and body, I couldn't control your perception as well?

How you perceive things is still a part of yourself after all', he said to him telepathically.

Titus : "This isn't the last time you'll hear from me. Mind my words.",

Raphael : "Oh, but I know. I was counting on this, but remember... if you try to do anything like that to anyone I care about or do something to openly provoke me like that, I won't be so merciful", he explained to him, leaving the place in secrecy, seemingly fading away from Titus' perspective.

It appears that this awakening had given him more powers than expected.

A/n : Hello everyone, Son Raon here and I'd like to welcome you to the Rewritten part of Fear The Anger Of A Gentle Soul, this chapter had been rewritten and the part two of this chapter had been deleted since Raphael's encounter with Annie and the Military Police Commander Niles will be rewritten in a possible flashback into later chapters along with more explanations about some of the newly unlocked powers and abilities of Raphael.
