Your heart pounds a bit in your chest. The sight of four pretty cool cars still frighten you. "What's is that?" The green car asks in surprise and shock. "What's is she" the blue one corrects. There a hint of some disgust and confusion. You don't know if running away and hiding would do. So you just stand there while four of the race cars state right back at you. "I'm sorry if I scare you," you began. Knowing that seeing me, a human. Would probably be super weird. Just for how it was when you met Sheriff and the others. "But I mean no harm. I'm just trying to get away... from the authorities" you said hoping they would understand. Or at last leave you alone.

"Authorities? We are trying to get away from them too!" The orange one claims. But the purple/grey one ticks him with his wheel. You wave a hand. "I won't tell anyone" you almost smile. You can tell that they aren't bad. Sure probably illegal racing . But you don't care. If you had to be honest, they look kinda cool. The lights and design. Perfect to the last detail.

"Alright" the grey car said. "If you're gonna ride with us you should known our names, the blue is DJ, that's Snot Rod, the green is Wingo" he introduces his friends.

"And I'm Boost"

You nod to that. Knowing their names will be easier for you to address them. "My name is Y/n" you said. Proudly placing your hands on your hips. It felt good that they were friendly towards you. Maybe because if they really wanted the. They could just run you over.

"Well hop on. We can drop you off somewhere saver" Wingo said. You approach him. You could hold on by the high backside of him "And watch the paint" Wingo comments as you sit down. After you settled down the car shook when the engine turned on. Making your body vibrate all over. Now that felt good-

"I'm not to heavy for you?" You ask to be sure as you held on. "Pff not even close. Besides I'm really strong" Wingo laughs with a slight hint of ego. You fel flattered either way. "Also rather strong annoying" DJ smirks. Which made you chuckle. Finding it funny. The four cars began to drive. Slowly speeding up. Each light shining brightly from underneath the car.

After a while we reached the city. And they stopped near an ally. Where you could get off savely. Hopping off Wingo carefully you fix your messed up hair. The wind had done you dirty. But nevertheless you were happy. "I really appreciate for the help and giving me a lift" you said.

"You're welcome doll" Wingo winks at you.

"Sure"

"Of course"

Then Boost came a little closer. "Just watch your back, wouldn't want to help you break free as well" he jokes. His expression showing wisdom yet playfulness.

You nod as you bow down to kiss the top of his hood. Which made his eyes widen slightly for a short two seconds. Before smiling and taking the lead as he drove away. The other followed. You watched them drive away in style. Leaving you on your own now.

You turn around as you needed to be careful again. Near the city meant many cars, planes and boats. Or whatever. Just vehicles. The sound of music fills your ears are you walk around in the shadows of the buildings. Not everyone would be as nice as the ones you see as friends here. Surely any car would freak out if they spot you. Because you're a human. Something that shouldn't exist. But didn't Doc tell you something about that humans used to be here?

You forgot. God you missed Radiator Springs. No worries because you will find your way sooner or later. For now you move both hand to your neck as you pull at the shock collar. Realising that you were still wearing it, you decided it had to go. Now. With strength and a lot of cursing you managed to break a pin. Which led to the collar dropping to the ground. With anger and having flashbacks you stomp your foot down on it. Making sure that it was broken and never could be used on you again.
