(Monday, school)

"Attention Students of Sunyhills. As you know we're struck but the earthquake two weeks ago and it has postponed our Homecoming game and dance. But with the help of the community, the game and dance will be held this Friday! That is all and have a great rest of your day!"

Everyone cheers as the bell rings signaling th end of fifth block.

We all pile out of my Ceramics, and head into the hallways.

Lunch finally! I feel like I haven't ate in forever.

As I'm walking to my locker, I feel someone tap my shoulder.

I the around to see Aaron and Riley.

"Hi Lucy." Aaron says with a polite smile.

"Aaron, your back." I say returning the smile.

"So are you." He says.

"What happened? " I ask.

"I guess some kid framed me." He shrugs, as I nod.

I look at Riley who is looking down at her feet.

Aaron then grabs her hand, pulls her forward.

"Hi Lucy." She says quietly.

"Hey." I say confused.

She then looks up.

"I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for the way I treated you when I was with Loren."

I give her a skeptical look, but then nod.

"Its okay Riley." I say giving her an assuring nod.

She smiles.

"Well thank you, and I'd like to say I'm glad to see you back in school." She says as Aaron pulls her into a hug.

To be honest they are quite cute together.

"Thank you. It's good to be back." I say.

"We should get to lunch, it was nice seeing you Lucy." Riley says as they begin to walk away.

I give them a smile before Aaron's speaks.

"Hey, maybe we should all hang out sometime?" He suggests.

"Yeah maybe." I say turning into my locker.

"No definitely not."

I look to see Bentley leaned in my locker.

I laugh.

"Oh shut up." I say pushing him off my locker.

"What did that prick and Riley want?" He asks taking my book bag.

"Riley apologised for the way she used to act." I say putting my books in my locker.

He grunts.

I roll my eyes place my book bag in my locker, then we head off to lunch.

▫ ▫ ▫

"We have to go shopping for dresses!" Dana claps as I bite into my burger.

"Can't I just wear jeans?" Karlie Says laying in her arms.

"No." Us girls say in unison.

She groans.

"I don't know what kind of dress I want." I say wiping my mouth.

"Well whatever you chose I know I'll love it." Bentley says kissing my cheeks.

"You guys are like totally goals. Like I ship you." Says Greyson in a girl voice making everyone laugh.

"Ladies, my mom has friend who actually designs dresses, her and my mom were talking and she said she would love to make our dresses." Kendra says with a grin.

"Oh my god really?" Dana says all giddy.

"Mmmh. She said if we want we have fill out this questionaire so she can get glimpse of what we like." She says with a smile.

"Whats her name? I want to like her up." Karlie Ann asks taking out her phone.

"Sareena Klaus Michaelson, she's absolutely fabulous." Kendra says sipping her water.

As Karlie Ann looks through her phone, we hear a scream from across the room.

Everyone looks.

"You've got to be kidding me!" Loren screams holding a paper in her hand.

She then looks up from the paper, makes eye contact with me and stalks over.

"You!" She screams.

"I?" I say confused, and Greyson and Ashton laugh.

"You think you can just come into my school and act like you own it!" She shouts with her finger in my face.

Bentley growls at her tone but i place my hand on his, and stand up.

"First of all get your finger out of my face. Second I all I don't know what your talking about." I say moving her finger out of my face.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about Lucy. Homecoming is my night. I'm supposed to win Homecoming Queen. Why would you run?" She says shoving a paper in my face.

I take the paper from her and scan it.

"I didn't put my name on here. Its my first day back." I say as Bentley takes the paper from me.

"Bullshit." Loren says folding her arms.

"I'm on there?" Kendra says suprised.

"Unfortunately." Loren says rolling her eyes.

"I will gladly back out. I don't want to be homecoming queen." I say folding my arms.

"Its already too late to back out, I already tried to get you out."

This bitch.

"Okay well if that's all you needed, I'd like to continue my lunch." I say beginning to sit down.

Loren scoffs then I hear her heels click away out if the cafeteria.

"Why don't you want to be homecoming queen?" Dana asks eating a fry.

"I don't know, I don't think it's my thing." I says taking one more bite of my burger before setting it down and pushing away.

"I can't believe I was nominated. I dont like anyone in our grade, and i didnt think they liked me." Kendra says smiling and nodding her head.

The rest of Lunch continues, we talk about our plans for homecoming and other random things.

After lunch, we head to gym, and finally Bentley attends and actually participates.

Our new unit is football, two hand touch.

All the boys love it, because it's such a guy sport while on the other hand we girls hate it.

I only gate it because the guys don't pass the ball, and forget we're on their tean. But whatever.

Kendra, Karlie Ann and myself sit on the grass and watch.

Surprisingly Bentleys really good. He should have joined the team.

Class goes on and finally the final bell rings.

I'm so pooped.

"You look exhausted and you didn't even participate." Bentleys says slinging his arm around me.

He didn't change out of his gym clothes, since we're going home anyway.

"I know." I groan as we walk to his car.

"So what do you wanna do later?" He asks leaning over his car.

"Well first your going to take a shower, because you smell like a wet dog." I say with a wink.

"Then I'm going to fill out the questionaire for my homecoming dress with girls."

"So do I have to make an appointment to see my girlfriend?" He asks slipping into the driver's seat.

"Probably." I say with a grin.

"Your such a goof." He says putting his seatbelt in, I do the same.

"Yeah I know, but I'm your goof." I say tapping his shoulder.

"Damn right you are." He says whipping out of the school parking lot.

Since HL is coming to an end, most of the upcoming chapters are just like fillers.

I have few things I'd like to say...

1) You guys have been sending awesome covers, and I love them. I will be accepting covers until the last chapter of HL is completed. After that you still may submit covers but i will not be posting them in HL.

2)I'm still deciding if I want to do a sequeal to HL. But while I'm still deciding I might do another book. Maybe like a Rant, Rates, or Maybe even a Book of Questions for yous to answer. Let me know what you think!

3) it's kinda late to be saying this, but i was going through comments of previous chapters, and I seen some negative comments. If you don't like my writing style, my grammar errors, and so on stop reading. It's that simple.
