✴Lucys POV✴

My eyes slowly open, and I see that I'm in Bentleys room in his kingsize bed.

His room is cluttered with flowers, balloons and Get Well cards.

I got to rub my face, when I feel something in my arm.
In my arm is an IV.

I go to sit up, when a surge of pain coming from my ribs rises.

I let out a whimper and with in the speed of lightening Bentley is at my side, in just basketball shorts, his hair is wet and a tooth brush in his mouth.

I smile, because he look kinda goody with tooth past on his chin.

"Lucy." He says softly taking the Toth brush out his mouth and pulling me into a soft hug.

I whimper as he touches my ribs.

"Sorry, I forgot." He says sitting beside me.

"What happened?" I ask laying back down.

"Well what do you remeber?" He asks taking my hand.

"Everything up until the part Elias tried to kill you." I say a little choked up.

"Well i dont k ow if you know, you are half Guardian." He says with a smile.

"Impossible, only males can be Guardians." I say.

"False. You are the first female Guardian in the history of all Guardianship, and you saved us." He says kissing my hand.

"I did?" I ask confused.

"How?"

"All of us were weakened, and tired, and Elias and the others were about to kill us, but something must have sparked in you because your powers came. You gave us all strength to fight. I killed Elias, Karlie Ann killed Nadia and everyone else disappeared." He says looking at my hand.

"Like poof? Disappeared?" I say.

Bentley smiles.

"Yeah, like poof. Your powers killed all evil with in your diameter."

"Well shit." I say with a smirk.

"Looks like i didn't need no Prince charming, I saved all your asses." I say earning a laugh from Bentley.

"How do you know so much about this?" I asked.

"While you were out I read about it." He says getting up and walking to his walk in closet.

"How long was I out for?" I ask sitting up.

"Two weeks." He calls.

"Two weeks? I missed homecoming? Oh my god, my mom." I say putting my hands to my head.

"Homecoming was rescheduled, and your mom knows everything." He says coming back.

He now has on beige joggers and a flannel.

"And she did you know, neuter you?" I say with a smile.

"Neutered? No. But I did revieve a pack of peas thrown at me and multiple smacks from hard cover books from my mom." He says with a sarcastic smile.

I laugh.

"And it wasn't even my fault." He says throwing his hands up.

"I know, and I'm sorry I left." I say grabbing his arm to roll up his sleeves.

"It's okay." He says pushing a strand of hair behind my ear.

"But your home, and that's all that matters." He says smiling.

"Wait so why was prom rescheduled?" I ask tilting my head.

"We had an earthquake." He says standing up.

"I slept through an earthquake?" I say amazed.

"Well you were unconscious so.." He grins.

I roll my eyes.

"Do you think you can stand?" Bentley asks taking my hand.

"I think so." I say standing.

I go to walk, but mynlegs feel like jello and I begin to fall but Bentley catches me.

"Well i would say take a shower but you might crack your head open." He says.

"I'm in desperate need of a nice bubble bath and a book." I say standing up again.

"Want me to give you one?" He asks.

"And let you look at the goods. No." I say and he laughs really loud.

Then the door bursts open and in comes Karlie Ann and Kendra.

"Oh my god Lucy!" Kendra says pushing Karlie Ann and running over to me.

Kendra engulfs me in a hug.

"Watch her ribs." Bentley says nervously.

Kendra flicks his arm.

"I'm so glad your awake, I've missed you." Kendra says kissing my cheek.

"I've missed you too." I laugh.

"What about me?" Karlie Ann says walking over to us.
Kendra lets go of me, and I give Karlie Ann a stare.

Her eyes go big, and she turns nervous.

"Lucy, I'm sorry. It's all my fault. I shouldn't have left." She says.

I take two steps towards her, holding onto Kendra.

"If your going to hit me, I completely understand, but not my face please." She says closing her eyes.

I laugh and pull her into a hug.

She hugs me back.

"Where's Aidan?" I whisper in her ear.

"I'll give you al the dets, later." She says pulling away and giving me a wink.

"Lucy, we've really missed you and all but you smell." Kendra says plugging her nose.

"Gee, thanks." I say rolling my eyes.

"I offered to give her a bath, but she said no." Bentley says putting his hands up.

"And look at her goods? I don't thinks so buddy." Kendra says raising her eyebrow.

I let out a laugh.

"That's exactly what I said." I say.

Kendra then shoo, Bentley out the room and Karlie Ann helps me to the bathroom.

"What do you feel like wearing?" Kendra asks turning on the bathwater.

"Just give me one of Bentleys t-shirts and a pair of leggings" I say, sitting on the ledge of the tub.

Kendra nods, then walks out shutting the door.

"Alrighty." Karlie Ann says grabbing a towel and placing it on the ledge.

"Do you need help getting in the tub?" Karlie Ann asks.

I shake my head no.

"Alright then, we'll be out there. I'm leaving the door open call us if you need help." She says before backing out.

I carefully take my clothes off and fold them.

Before I step into my bath, I catch a glimos of myself in the mirror.

I have a giant bruise on my rib cage, disclosing on my wrist, and a few cuts.

I look like I've been through hell.

I mean i kinda did.

I step into the bath, and sigh as my body begins to relax.

I can't believe I'm a half Guardian. I wonder what else I can do.

I'm sure I'll find out soon enough.
