Things just couldn't go any better for me right now.

It's been two weeks since our trip and everything is going good for me and everyone else.

Dana tried out for the schools varsity soccer team, and made it. And she cut her hair and now she's hotter than ever.

Skipper (No longer on her period) has gone back to her normal, bubbly self.

Kendra, get this. Got a job, working saturday mornings at the diner.

Blake and Ashton, even though it's mid season got spots on the football team, and we've been unstoppable since they joined.

Homecoming is next week and everyone is so excited.

As for Karlie Ann, she has been talking to a few boys latelys. Wink. Wink.

And yes I say boys, with an 'S'. Shes been on a few dates so far, but i think she's really into a guy on the football team, named Sean. He's really muscular, but he is like overly confident. We've went to a couple of the games and all he talks about is the damn game. I mean he doesn't seem like Karlie Ann's type, but and I quote Karlie Ann, "he'll have to do until I find my second chance mate."

Nothing's changed for Greyson and Bentley, they are still busy with pack stuff, but i see them in school, and every friday we all hang out.

And as for me, nothing's much has changed, started a new book, called 'The List' by Siobhan Vivian. And that's about it.

Oh! And I've been cleared for my concussion and Dana's cousins drove her car over, so now we don't have to drive together.

Not that I minded.

Anyways, I'm currently getting dressed in my room.

It took me forever to find an outfit, but i finally decided on one.

Dana already left, probably to meet up with Greyson before, Lord knows what they do.

I go down stairs and about to walk out the door when I hear laughter from the kitchen.

I walk to what's going on to see my mom sitting at the table along with Josh, aka Dr. Hunter.

Josh has been coming around lately, he's really funny and a grey cook!

At first I was on guard when he started to just pop up at my house, but i see how he makes my my mom smile, and they way he looks at her, I know he's a keeper.

"Morning there Luce!" He booms. Oh and another thing he's really loud.

"Hi Josh, hi Mom."

"Hi honey, you off to school?" My mom asks pouring more coffe.

"Yuppers."

"Hey, has Bentley asked you to homecoming yet?" Josh asks smiling.

"No, not yet. He's got a week left before I go solo."

"Noo, I bet he's thinking of something special." My mom says.

"Maybe, well I'll catch you guys later." I say walking out the door.

I start up Dill and begin my long journey to school.

Finally lunch. I've been through 5 painfully long classes and I'm starving.

I'm walking to my locker, when someone pushes my into a locker making everything drop from my hands.

"Maybe you should stay out of my way." Spits a familiar voice.

I look up to see Loren and Riley smirking at me. I go to speak when another familiar voice cuts me off.

"Maybe you should stay on your knees. That's all your good for anyways."

My girl Karlie Ann.

"Uh maybe you should mind your business." Riley says crossing her arms.

Karlie Ann steps in front of me mocking Rileys stance.

"Uh maybe you should keep walking, or maybe I'll give a real reason to use all that make up."

Then Aaron out off nowhere steps behind Riley and ooulls her back.

"As much as me and every other guy would love to see you guys rolling around on the floor, Mr. Doyle is coming.

"This isn't over losers." Loren says turning, with Aaron and Riley right behind her.

I bend down to pick up my things.

"Thanks Karlie." I say standing up.

"I'm just waiting for one day. One day where I can knock her teeth out."

"You and me both."
I place my things in my locker and me and Karlie Ann head to lunch.

We both get chicken wraps and a Gatorade and sit our table.

"I heard you guys almost fought Whoren and Riley!" Greyson said raising his eyebrows.

"Key word, Almost." I say biting into my wrap.

"That would have been hilarious if you did." Blake chimes in.

"Have you guys seen Bentley?, I haven't seen him all day." I say looking around the cafeteria.

"I think he stayed hime, had some Alpha duties to take care of" Ashton replied.

"Hey did you guys hear we have new kids here? They are twins." Kendra says before drinking her water.

"Have you seen them yet?" Dana asks.

Kendra shakes her head.

"No, Jordan said we saw them walking with Mr. Doyle."

Everyone groans.

"Jordan, the one who told you I was making out with my cousin?" Greyson says.

"That's the one. " Kendra says pointing at him.

"Camilla is not my cousin!"Greyson shouts.

Dana makes a gagging sound.

"I can't believe you liked her." Dana says shaking her head.

"Well maybe, if you came sooner I wouldn't have." Greyson says pulling Dana closer making her smile.

"Awh, how cute one big happy family." We all whip our heads to see none other than Camilla standing before us.

"Camilla what are you doing here?" Karlie Ann asks with a blank stare.

"Youre not happy to see me Karlie? I thought we were best friends?" Camilla asks sarcastically.

"Yeah so did i." Karlie Ann staring back at Camilla.

"Oh Cami! Over here!" We look to see Loren standing waving.

"Cami?" Blake asks with a chuckle.

"Yeah, me and Loren have came quite close." Camillia says with an attitude.

"Figures, bitches tend to stick together." Kendra says nonchalantly, then Ashton gives her a look.

Camilla lets out a chuckle.

"If I were you I'd pipe down Doll face, next I'll do more than give you a black eye."

Ashton bolted up, but Karlie Ann stepped in front of him.

"Camilla I think you should go." She says looking slightly hurt from what she was saying.

Camilla gives a blank stare then turns and goes to Loren who give her air kisses, and talk loudly about dumb things like nail chipping and new lip gloss.

I look at Ashton who is shaking.

"Kendra, I think you should get him out of here." Blake says seriously.

Kendra nods and gets up.

At first Ashton doesn't budge when she plus him, but then she looks him in the eye and puts her hand on his face, which seems to calm him.

He nods, and walks out while slipping his arm around Kendra shoulder.

"Well, that wasn't good." Dana says eating an apple.

I look back at Lorens table to see Camilla and Loren both staring at me with devilish grins.

Well, shit. My enemies have teamed up.

Lucy(1:00pm): hey, hope everything's okay. Didnt see you in school 😳

Lucy(3:00pm): Bentley, call me when you get a chance. I miss you

Lucy(5:30pm): can at least let me know if youre okay?

Bentley(7:04pm): I'm fine

"Mom, I'm going to Bentleys." I shout slipping on my moccasins.

"Why don't you change?" She calls back.

"I'll be fine." I say jogging to Dill.

I make my 20 minute drive to Bentleys in silence.

There are clouds above his 'pack' houses and everything looks dark and gloomy. Plus its pouring.

I run to his house and knock.

Greyson opens the door and he to looks sad.

"Who is it?" A voice sobs. I recognize it to Veronicas, Bentleys mom.

"Its Lucy."

Veronica sobs some more.

"Is everything okay? Wheres Bentley?" I ask starting panic.

Oh no what if something happened to him? Please, who ever is listening please don't let something bad hapoened to him.

I pray silently in my head.

"Get in the truck, I'll take you to him." Greyson says walking past me.

I follow him and get into the truck.

The whole ride is audit which is unusual being with Greyson. He's always cracking jokes. So it must be bad if he's gone mute.

We drive in the woods for a five minutes or so, until we get to an open lake a cute little cabin house.

"He's in there?" I ask putting my hood up.

Wait hood?

I look down to see that I'm in my tiger onesie, my hair is braided into two pigtails, I have my moccasins and my glasses on. I probably look like a thirteen year old.

Why the he'll do I care what I'm wearing?

My Bentley could not be okay and I'm worried about my damn appeance. Get over your self Lucy.

Grey son nods and I jog the door of the Cabin, which is opened.

I step in to see sort of a man cave destroyed. Glass is everywhere, furniture torn to pieces everything ruined.

"Shit!" I hear a voice that could only be Bentleys shout.

I jog up the stairs to see that the upstairs is destroyed aswell.

I see Bentley walking of a room holding his knuckles in a towel.

I just stare at him. He looks like he's been crying, his eyes all red and puffy and his neck blotchy.

He walks right past me and into another room, which is not destroyed.

I follow him and watch as he paces back and forth.

Not bearing this silence I step in front of him and put my hand in the middle of his chest.

"Bentley" I say looking into his eyes.

He stares into my eyes which are one changing from Brown to pitch black.

Karlie Ann told me this means he's coming in and out of control with his wolf.

Then out of nowhere he falls to his knees and begins to cry.

I kneel down and hug him as tight as I could a few tears falling down my face aswell.

"I cant. I cant. I wont." He repeats into my shoulder.

"What? What?" I whisper lifting his face up.

"I can't lose you Lucy. I wont. I can't lose any more people I love. I won't be able to." He cries as I wipe his tears.

I shush him, and bring him back in.

Lose me? He'll never lose me.
