1.1 - Broken Spells & Broken Hearts
1.1 - Broken Spells & Broken Hearts
Alivia and Katherine stared at each other, entrapped in each others arms as they panted. Caroline still laid unconscious on the floor.
"Wha-What was that?" Alivia breathed.
"I broke the spell." Katherine whispered. "True love's kiss."
"True love's kiss?" Alivia was confused.
"No way." Katherine began to smile.
Katherine kissed Alivia again, with so much force and love that it was almost to hard for Alivia to breath. Katherine was happy, another happy memory for her brain. Someone actually loved her, and not just for her looks and charms.
"Katherine." Alivia said between their mushed lips.
Katherine leant back and looked into Alivia's blue-green eyes again. They were glowing, Katherine was estatic.
Alivia's lips were slightly swollen, as we're Katherine's. "What happened to me?" Alivia asked, feeling a tear prickle her eye.
A groan was heard and both girls looked to see Caroline waking. Katherine's eyes turned blood red as her fangs peaked out from her mouth as she snarled.
"Katherine, don't." Alivia put a reassuring have on Katherine's hip, pulling her back.
Katherine looked at Alivia worried. She passed by the vampire and up to Caroline, who was dazed but clear on who was standing in front of her.
"Alivia, oh my god..." Caroline got up almost instantly and reached for her but Alivia flinched and backed away. It pained Caroline's heart.
"Why did you do that to me? You had no right to make my brain and my heart force to love you. That's not healthy. You can't just force people to love you, Caroline." Alivia's voice began to shake, slowly the confidence dissappearing.
"I was desperate. I'm so in love with you. You didn't love me back and I went crazy." Caroline said, pleaded for you to take her hand.
"That's no excuse. You can't just play with my feelings to get your way. I can't believe you. You were my friend Caroline." Alivia felt a tear fall and she wiped it carelessly.
"I want you to stay away from me. I don't want to talk to you, be near you or I swear to god I'll put a restraining order on you. You need time away from me to control your emotions and how you are around me." Alivia declared, backing away from Caroline.
"No Alivia, please!" Caroline went to go forward but was stopped by an invisible wall.
Bonnie came from behind a wall, a tearful and sympathetic face. Caroline looked at her in betrayal.
"Bonnie, how could you?" Caroline said as she smashed against the wall.
"She's right, you need to control yourself and stay away from Alivia." Bonnie twisted her hand and Caroline fell to the ground.
"Where are you going to put her?" Alivia said. Katherine had her grip around her waist.
"The cave where we put Katherine. I'm sorry, Caroline, but it needs to be done." Bonnie said.
"No!" Caroline vamped out, fangs bare at Bonnie and the others.
Bonnie flicked her hand and the both of them were out of sight, leaving Katherine and Alivia alone.
Alivia turned to Katherine, a smile just waiting to appear. "I'm so sorry for ignoring you and leaving you in the dust."
Katherine shook her head and rubbed Alivia's arms with her hands. "it wasn't your fault, it was mine for not seeing what Caroline did sooner."
Alivia brought Katherine close and enclosed their lips together, making the brunette smile with content.

Caroline woke on the dirt floor. She scrambled to stand, seeing the exit in front of her. She sped but was pushed back by the speel that Bonnie had placed over it.
"What the hell?" Caroline groaned, catching Bonnie's sad look.
"I'm sorry, Care, but this is for your own good." Bonnie began walking away, knowing the protection spell was going to block her off for a while.
"How long will I be in here?!"
"I don't know. I'll be back. I'm sorry." Bonnie turned away away nd walked up the stairs away did out of the deep hole.
Caroline silk down the wall and cried. She couldn't stop crying. The girl she loved hated her and her best friends locked her into a cave. She felt so betrayed and lonely. All she wanted was for someone to love her.
She knew before it happened that it would be a bad idea. But her feelings clouded her judgement. Alivia was just she perfect in her eyes that she wanted to have her.
Who knows if Alivia would ever forgive her, because now that's all Caroline wanted.

Katherine held Alivia as she sleep soundlessly in her arms. Katherine rubbed the human's back and caressed her hair.
Bonnie appeared silently, making the vampire snap into reality.
"It's done. She should be okay for a few weeks." Bonnie said. Katheirne nodded.
"Thank you, Bonnie." Katherine said.
"I did it for Alivia. Not for the satisfaction of you getting her back." Bonnie spat, turning away and leaving.
Bonnie had to lock her friend up, so Katherine understood the rage towards her. Though that rage could've been set off by the many things she'd done to them in the past.
Alivia rustled awake to see Katherine still sitting there. She smile and sat up properly. "Why did you stay? I'm fine by myself."
"I just got you back, trying to get rid of my already?" Katherine teased as she placed her palm on Alivia's cheek, resurfacing memories from the cottage.
Alivia smiled. "Never." Katherine leant forward and pressed their lips together.
Alivia rested her hands on Katherine legs as Katherine held the back of Alivia's neck to keep her steady. Katherine leant Alivia back into the bed and straddled her.
They rested their foreheads together, breathing deeply. Katherine was in love, without a doubt. Alivia was in love. But were they confident enough to say it to each other?
