3rd Person POV

All our heroes have finally converged on the farm fields outside Atlas, the Dinobots and Godzilla are keeping the Grimm and Decepticons at bay while Ruby talks with the other adults.

Ruby: Quick question though, Autobots. Where's Optimus?

The Autobots grew sorrowful or disheartened expressions on their faces, Arcee simply closed her eyes and turned away, Ratchet then explained.

Ratchet: Optimus had to fuse the All Spark with the Matrix of Leadership to defeat Unicron, and in order for new life to appear on Cybertron, Optimus was forced to sacrifice himself and the Matrix of Leadership for the greater good.

Winter: ... I'm so sorry, Autobots. There will be a time to grieve for all those we've lost, but it is not now.

Ruby: Right, we have five objectives. 1: Hold the line against the Grimm here. 2: Take out Salem's inner circle before taking her down. 3: Find Oscar. 4: Take down this giant whale Grimm. 5: Defeat the Decepticons. All are key to ending this conflict.

Ultra Magnus: What did you have in mind?

Ruby: Winter and the Ace Ops, along with Qrow, Robyn and the Autobots remain here and hold back Salem's forces.

Winter: Understood.

Wheeljack: Sounds like fun.

Ruby: The Dinobots will help the rest of us make an incursion into the whale. After that we split up from there. (Yang)--

Yang/(Yang): Yes?

Ruby: *sigh* Team Godzilla will take down the whale from the inside. When you're ready to destroy the whale, radio everyone to get clear of it.

(Yang): Sounds simple enough.

Ruby: Destroy anything or anyone that willingly stands in your way. Grimlock will lead the Dinobots and find out more about the Decepticons plans.

Grimlock roars as he tears apart three Megoliaths with one bite of his massive jaws.

Ruby: Team JNPR will find Oscar and, if you can, the Lamp.

Jaune: We'll find him.

Ruby: And that just leaves Team RWBY to destroy Salem herself.

Robyn: How? Ironwood told us she's immortal.

Ruby: My silver eyes can hurt her.

Bulkhead: How?

Ruby: Watch.

Ruby walks up to Grimlock and he lets her climb onto his head as (Y/n) returns to his human form and stands next to his mom's. Ruby then closed her eyes and thought about all the happy memories of her and her friends and with the Dinokids, and how she desperately wants to protect them and make more memories. Grimlock was about to defend against a group of Teryx's, when Ruby opens her eyes and lets her silver eyed powers loose with her signature warcry.

The entire area becomes enveloped in bright silver light, everyone had to cover their eyes to block out the brightness. And just as quickly as it appeared, the light vanished. Weiss looked first and as soon as she did, she was in awe.

Weiss: Wow!

All the Grimm currently on the field, minus Monstra, had turned to stone. Everyone soon saw what Ruby had done and were both impressed and shocked at the power she possessed.

Ruby: Dinobots! Attack!

Grimlock: *Loud Growl*

(Yang), (Y/n) and (Blake) hopped onto Slag's back with Yang, Team JNPR and the rest of Team RWBY climb onto their respective Dinobots and follow Ruby's lead towards the Monstra. Grimlock comes under fire from Infernocus, Ruby fires her rifle, which doesn't do much damage, except for taking out one of it's eyes. This allowed Grimlock to release his fire breath on Infernocus as he continued his charge, Grimlock closed the distance, grabbed Infernocus in his mouth and spun around and slammed the 'Con on the ground, forcing it to split apart. Each of the remaining Dinobots trampled the Infernocons into flattened scrap metal. Grimlock led the Dinobots to the side of the Monstra, he then roared at Slag, he responded by charging into the Monstra and manages to tear a large hole into the Grimm's flesh and into one of the hallways inside.

(Yang): Alright, team Godzilla. Let's find what makes this thing tick.

(Y/n): This thing has a clock inside it?

(Yang): What? N-No. Just find the heart of this giant whale.

(Y/n): Ohhhhh.

(Blake): *to Ruby* Be careful. I hope your plan works.

Ruby: Thank you. Good luck.

(Blake): We've got the easy part. You have to take down the ultimate evil.

Ruby: True. *chuckles* Let's get this done before Winter and the Autobots become overwhelmed again. Grimlock, find whoever's commanding the 'Cons and destroy them.

Grimlock: *soft growl*

Jaune: Grim? Can you point us in Oscar's direction?

Grimlock takes a look around and sniffs the various hallways, until he points down the hallway furthest to the left and gestures down it.

Jaune: That way?

Grimlock: *low growl*

Jaune: Good enough for me.

(Yang): We're heading down that way first, we'll go with you until then.

Grimlock then gently presses his nose against Ruby, she gave a comforting smile before pressing her forehead against his metal snout.

Ruby: I know. I'm scared too, but we must rise above that fear to protect our home.

Grimlock: *soft growl*

Ruby: I love you, my Dino-King.

The rest of the family groups reassure each other before Grimlock lifts his head and lets out a growl to the Dinobots and start following Grimlock's lead down another hall.

Ruby: *to others* Ready?

Weiss: We're with you, Ruby.

Blake nods and readies her sword, Yang then nods as well while hitting her prosthetic fist into her palm, Ruby then readies her scythe and leads the group towards the throne room.

(Yang) and Jaune lead their groups through the hall when they come up to an intersection.

Jaune: Where to now?

Pyrrha: (Y/n)? How good is your nose?

(Y/n): No can do, I'm not a T-rex.

Ren: Hang on. Let me try something.

Ren steps out in front of the group and closes his eyes. The view around him dims and the sounds become muffled, Ren's Aura shines around him until he gets something.

Ren: *points* This way.

Pyrrha: Are you sure?

Ren: Yes. I think my Semblance is evolving and I'm able to detect people's Aura's and feelings.

Jaune: That's really cool.

(Y/n): Can you tell what I'm feeling?

Ren: ... You're a mix of excited and concern.

(Y/n): *in awe* Wow. Awesome.

(Blake): This is great and all but where is the heart of this thing?

Nora: Hmm... *looks up* If I had to guess, follow these black veins overhead. They've gotta lead to the heart eventually.

(Yang) and (Blake) looked at Nora surprised, before thinking that through and coming to the same conclusion.

(Yang): Yeah, I guess that makes sense.

(Blake): From the way the "blood" is pumping, we need to go this way.

(Blake) indicates the opposite way that Ren pointed.

Jaune: Looks like this is where we part ways.

(Y/n): Good luck, friends!

Nora: You too.

Team JNPR head down the hall headed towards Oscar, while team Godzilla followed the black overhead veins towards the heart of the beast, hopefully.

Back outside...

Winter: Field Medics! Get the wounded clear of the battlefield!

Marrow: Sir!

Winter looks at Marrow who points out the Monstra's movement as it releases more black liquid that makes more Grimm, and the Decepticons are not down for the count yet either.

Harriet: Got a whole lotta fight coming our way!

Winter: We have buy Ruby's team time to end Salem for good!

Smokescreen: How?

Bumblebee: We hold this line, no matter the cost.

Bulkhead: I can roll with that.

Winter: For Remnant!

Atlesian Soldiers: Hoo yah!

The soldiers ready their weapons while a line of specialized soldiers deploy Hard-Light shields in front of them. The soldiers and the Autobots aim their weapons downrange and...

Winter: Fire!

The army open fires on the incoming horde, Ratchet had built himself a repeating blaster just for this occassion and fires on the larger Grimm while the rest of the Autobots aim at the Decepticons. The Grimm horde hit the shield wall causing their progress to slow and give the army more time to continue shooting at them.

The view changes to the Manta's and Airships firing on the flying Grimm, then to Penny flying around the battlefield taking shots at various Grimm while trying to shake two Decepticons. One Decepticon fires two rockets at Penny. The view switches to Penny's robot eyes where a warning pops up telling her "Incoming Missile". Penny activates something on her legs that deploys flares behind her, and cause the missile to hit them instead of her. Penny then endures a couple of blaster shots before deploying flaps on her back to instantly slow her down and let the 'Cons race past her. She then uses her lasers to hit their engines causing them to crash into a group of Grimm.

Back inside the Monstra, Team JNPR are racing down a hall following Ren's lead, the group turn a corner and come across a familiar, and unpleasant, figure.

Jaune: Hazel.

Hazel: You made a big mistake by coming here.

Pyrrha: Look, all we just want Oscar back.

Hazel: The child is not going anywhere, he must suffer for what he did.

Nora: Is this what Gretchen would've wanted, absolute destruction of the entire planet?

Hazel: Salem can't be beaten, so what's the point?

Pyrrha: Because we still believe, by siding with her, you've already given up the fight and dishonor your sister's memory.

Hazel: You don't think I tried to beat her? I fought her for hours and must've dealt a killing blow dozens of times, but she always came back.

Ren, Nora and even Pyrrha look at each other with worry for team RWBY's chances, Jaune though was not intimidated.

Jaune: Are you going to stand aside?

Hazel simply growls as he tears off his shirt and stabs various Dust crystals into his shoulders. The Dust courses through his veins before he lets out a monstrous roar.

Meanwhile, Ruby thought it strange that her team haven't encountered much resistance, but disturbing or not, the four girls reach a membrane door that Ruby slices open before entering the throne room. The team ready their weapons and spot Salem seemingly waiting for them.

Salem: I'll admit, I did not think you'd make the decision to confront me directly. Foolish children.

Ruby: Maybe, but you still haven't learned from your original mistake even after thousands of years, so who's the bigger fool?

Salem: You think the gods cared about us? They don't care about anything but themselves.

Ruby: Honestly, I don't give a damn about the gods. But you threaten my family and you've earned my fury.

Salem: Then by all means...

Salem summons two swords from out of thin air.

Salem: Come and meet your doom.

Yang: *warcry*

Blake leaps up and comes down with her heavy cleaver, to which Salem uses her sword to deflect her blow and send her somersaulting across the floor. Weiss then used a white glyph to summon several ice spikes and launch them at Salem, to which she defects with a magic circle, before leaning right to dodge Yang's shotgun blasts. Yang then tried to punch Salem, but she also managed to sidestep this attack then blasted Yang with some magic across the floor. Salem reacts in time to block Blake's pistol shots with one of her blades. Weiss then summoned her Arma Gigas and both jumped back into battle.

(Y/n), (Yang) and (Blake) are still following the black veins.

(Yang): Whew. Why do whales have to be so big?

(Blake): It feels like we're just going in circles.

(Y/n): We need to keep looking.

Outside on the battlefield, Qrow is slicing through Grimm after Grimm with ease, until he feels a menacing presence approaching. He dodges a strike from a figure, the figure is revealed to be Tyrian as he readies his weapons and chuckles maniacally.

Tyrian: You miss me?

Qrow: Like a rash I can't get rid of.

Tyrian laughes as he and Qrow charge each other and clash their weapons together.

Finally, Grimlock leads the Dinobots into a very large, seemingly empty, room.

Slash: What now?

Grimlock sniffs around and growls as he smells nearby 'Cons and...

Cinder: You dimwits finally made it.

Sludge: Cinder bad.

Cinder: Oh, how I would love to tear you all to pieces, but unfortunately for you, I am needed elsewhere.

Suddenly, several vehicles bearing the Decepticon symbol appear out of the shadows.

Cinder: Thanks to the Prime of Life, Quintessa, I've managed to prepare a proper playmate for you to get squashed by. Enjoy.

Cinder uses her Maiden Powers and flies out of the Monstra. The Dinobots attention is drawn back to the several vehicles.

Snarl: Look at this Mutha- *hit in the head by debris*

Swoop: Mean robots suck.

The giant Decepticon known as Devestator makes the Dinobots look tiny in comparison.

Devestator: *ROARS*

Despite this challenge, the Dinobots don't seem the least bit intimidated, well most of them anyways.

Slag: Now this is gonna be fun.

Grimlock: *Roars*

(A/N): Oh boy, here we go! The pieces are in place and the ultimate fight for survival is about to begin. Hope you guys are ready.
