3rd Person POV

Slag: Are we there yet?

Ultra Magnus: No.

Slag: Are we there yet?

Ultra Magnus: No.

Slag: Are we there yet?

Ultra Magnus: No.

Slag: Are we-

Yang: Slag. Come down and sit with me for a bit.

Slag: Alright.

Team RWBY, JNPR, Qrow, Oscar and the Dinobots are riding with Arcee, Jack, and Ultra Magnus in Ultra Magnus' ship towards Atlas. Jaune manages to climb up onto the console.

Jaune: If I may, Sir?

Ultra Magnus: We're not there yet, soldier.

Jaune: Oh, I know that, but where exactly are we headed?

Ultra Magnus presses a button and a screen pops up with four blinking signals.

Ultra Magnus: Each of these signals reveals the location our fellow Autobots on this planet, they've all managed to converge on this continent.

Jaune: Can Decepticons recieve these same signals, Sir?

Ultra Magnus: No. Thankfully, they do not, or else Megatron would've scrapped them all a long time ago.

Jaune: So, this Megatron, sounds like really bad news.

Ultra Magnus: The Tyrannical leader of the Decepticons. He and Optimus used to be close friends, but Megatron wanted power and that eventually split them apart and he went on to create the Decepticons, war broke out from there and- *signals start beeping* Well, we're getting close to two signals, better strap yourselves in.

The humans and the Dinokids huddle up next to a wall while Ultra Magnus flies in towards the signals.

The signals in question are coming from Bulkhead and Wheeljack.

Bulkhead: Munitions planted.

Wheeljack: Time to light this firecracker.

*distant screech*

Miko: Company. *points to sky*

A shape appears on the horizon.

Wheeljack: Megatron?

Bulkhead: Nah, bigger.

Suddenly, the figure flies up so the moon is silhouetted behind it.

Bulkhead: I don't remember that move in Buckethead's repitoire.

The giant beast readies and fires a fireblast towards the three Wreckers. Bulkhead grabs Miko and all three jump out of the way of the resulting explosion.

Miko: A dragon?! Where'd the 'Cons get a dragon?!

Bulkhead/Wheeljack: What's a dragon?

Miko: Giant flying fire-breathing lizard!

The dragon in question is the Predacon Shockwave had sent in pursuit of the Autobots, it circles around before releasing another fire blast. Bulkhead transforms and gets Miko a safer distance away, while the Predacon goes after Wheeljack.

Wheeljack: *warcry* *fires blaster hands*

The Predacon is unfazed and releases another fire blast, the resulting explosion knocks Wheeljack into a large boulder. The Predacon approaches and is about to finish off Wheeljack when Bulkhead leaps in and slams his mace hand in the Predacon's face. The Predacon recovered quickly and threw another fire blast at Bulkhead, which while he didn't get hit directly the heat still singed his plating.

Miko: *approaches Bulkhead* Are you okay?

Bulkhead: Easy, I may be hot to the touch.

The Predacon, however, doesn't continue after Bulkhead, instead, it looks around until-

Wheeljack: Hey, hothead! Looking for something?

The Predacon raises it's head over Wheeljack but Wheeljack onoy smirks as they both look down to see a grenade placed under the Predacon. The grenade explodes but doesn't do a lot of damage.

Bulkhead: We're gonna need more firepower!

Wheeljack: Good thing I know where to find some!

Wheeljack breaks for the Energon Mine with the Predacon giving chase, eventually, Wheeljack doubles back by transforming into car mode and gets out of the mine, once outside he transforms back into robot mode.

Wheeljack: *readies detonator* And the walls came tumbling down. *presses detenator button*

*EXPLOSION*

The entire mine is levelled, the Autobots take a quick breather-

Miko: Whoo hoo! Snuff the tragic dragon.

Suddenly, the collapsed mine starts to move and the Predacon is seen pulling itself free and roars to the sky largely unscathed.

Miko: We're toast.

The Predacon flies into the air and goes into an attacking dive, when suddenly, Grimlock lands on the Predacon and smashes it into the ground.

Miko: What was that?!

Bulkhead: I don't know but we better get out of here while we can.

Ultra Magnus' ship appears and flies low while dropping it's bottom hatch to the ground, the two Autobots see a small human with a red cape.

Ruby: Come on!

The two Autobots book it towards the ship as Grimlock is thrown into the leftover mine. The Predacon spots Wheeljack and starts running after him, but is suddenly held back.

Grimlock: Ah! No you don't!

Grimlock has grabbed the Predacon by the tail and starts spinning it around in circles and then slams it into the ground. Ruby then calls out as Bulkhead and Wheeljack board the ship.

Ruby: Grimlock! Return to the ship, now!

Grimlock sees the ship taking off and sprints towards it and jumps as hard as he can and lands on top of the ship.

Bulkhead and Wheeljack at first oiinted their blasters until they saw friendly faces.

Miko: Jack!

Bulkhead: Arcee!

Wheeljack: Thanks for the save.

Arcee: Thank the Commander.

Ultra Magnus: Soldiers.

Wheeljack: *surprised* You?

Bulkhead: Ultra Magnus? Wow, it's an honor.

Ultra Magnus: "It's an honor, Sir."

*THUD*

*series of knocks on top*

Ultra Magnus opens the top hatch and Grimlock drops in and all three Wreckers are impressed now that they've seen Grimlock up close.

Ruby: Grimlock!

Ruby uses her Semblance to get up onto Grimlock's right shoulder and hug the side of his face.

Slag: Why does Grimlock get to have all the fun?

Yang: Be patient, you just might just get a shot too.

The Wreckers look down and see the large group of humans onboard.

Bulkhead: Uhh?

Arcee: Long story. Any ideas what's nipping at our tailpipes.

Everyone looks at the rearview screen.

Miko: We think it's a Robo-Dragon.

Ren: Or a Cybertronian reptile.

Ultra Magnus: Everyone, strap in!

All the Dinokids go into their robot forms and grab their humans for the bumpy ride. Ultra Magnus dodges two fire blasts from the Predacon then does an aerial maneuver to get behind the Predacon. The Predacon endures several blaster shots and manages to lead Ultra Magnus into the clouds, where the Predacon doubles back and surprises the Autobots, forcing Ultra Magnus to dive towards a canyon to avoid the fire blast. The Predacon then lands on top of the ship.

Slag: My turn.

Slag hands Yang off to Grimlock and opens the top hatch and surprises the Predacon by headbutting it in the abdomen, allowing Slag to get on top of the ship.

Grimlock: Keep it steady Magnus!

Slag: Get off my ship!

The Predacon roars before Slag punches it twice, the Predacon retaliates by biting Slag's arm, but Slag responded by transforming into Dinobot mode and jabbing the Predacon with his horns. The Predacon rises on it back legs and slams onto the top of Slag's head and bites down onto his neck, Slag roars in pain as he tries to keep his footing but is slipping off the ship.

Yang: Slag needs help!

Ultra Magnus: Hang on!

Ultra Magnus flies the ship towards a low overhang in the canyon, Ultra Magnus slams the Predacon into it by flying close to the overhang and knocks it off, and the Predacon crashes into the the canyon floor while the overhang breaks off and lands on it, allowing our heroes to escape.

Slag: *breathing heavy* Get good, Noob.

Slag climbs back into the ship.

Yang: Slag!

Yang rushes up and checks on him, Arcee then takes a look at the bite mark.

Arcee: He'll be okay. No major damage. He'll just have a scar. If we can find Ratchet he patch him up.

Yang: *relieved sigh* Thank god.

Snarl: No worries. Slag's as tough as they come.

This did put Yang at ease as the ship flies towards the final two Autobot signals.

Back at Altas' military outpost a couple of miles from Megatron's fortress, Winter answers her scroll.

Winter: *groans in annoyance* What is it now, Lord Megatron.

Ratchet: Liutenant Schnee.

Winter: Ratchet?! Are the kids with you?

Ratchet: Not all of them. Listen we don't have much time. I have taken dangerous, yet calculated, risk in contacting you. *camera switches to onbaord the Harbinger* Hopefully, the Decepticons are not monitoring their comms as closely as they are ours. I am sending you my coordinates-

Bumblebee: *series of beeps*

Ratchet: What?

Ratchet hangs up, then heads outside with Bumblebee, they see Ultra Magnus' ship land in front of the Harbinger. The main hatch drops down and Arcee, Bulkhead, and Wheeljack diembark first along, with Miko and Jack.

Miko: Raf!

Miko runs forward and bear higs Rafael.

Ratchet: You're all alive.

Arcee: Thanks to some new and old friends.

The Dinobots and their human partners disembark next and all are surprised.

Ratchet: Where did you all come from?

Ruby: That's a bit of a long story.

Blake: But we're all here to help.

Yang: Whether you like it or not.

Ratchet: *recognizes last bot* Ultra Magnus?!

Ultra Magnus: Doctor.

Miko: Okay, someone's gotta say it. These Dinobots and Hunters are awesome! Where did you guys come from?

Grimlock: Dinobots, once normal humans, but captured by Shockwave and given these forms and powers. We escape, and now we destroy all Decepticons!

Bulkhead: Works for me.

Back at Darkmount, the Predacon has returned empty handed and Starscream wasted no time pointing out it's failure.

Starscream: What a grave disappointment this must be for you, Master. And to make matters worse, the beast cannot speak, so it can't tell us why it failed. Poor, mute, mindless creature.

Predacon: *growls*

Back at the Harbinger, Team RWBY and JNPR are getting to know the other Autobots and vice versa.

Bumblebee: *series of beeps*

Grimlock: Why be stealthy when you strong enough to destroy anything.

Wheeljack: I'm liking these guys already.

Nora: Just wait until they bust out their Dino-modes in open combat.

Weiss: Then you'll be really glad to have them on your side.

Miko: You bots can turn into Dinosaurs?! Awesome!

Swoop: *cocky* We are aren't we?

Weiss: *giggles* Subtle, Swoop.

Bumblebee then shows off his new paintjob, which impressed the others.

Bulkhead: New paint job looks good, Bee.

Arcee: At least you had something to work with, if I swtched my colors, I'd be pink.

Slash: I like pink.

Arcee: I don't.

Meanwhile, Ratchet is filling Ultra Magnus in on their situation at the downed ship.

Ratchet: The communications link needs further calibration to be compatible with Autobots systems. The Ground-bridge, however, is fully operational.

Miko: Gee, that would've come in handy when robo-dragon was trying to barbeque us.

Ultra Magnus: ...The natives of this planet, do they all have the same disregard for the chain of command?

Ratchet: No, mostly just Miko.

Suddenly, ship engines are heard and everyone looks up to see an Atlas airship moving towards their position. Naturally, the Dinobots all point their blasters at it until the Autobots stop them.

Arcee: Whoa! Whoa! It's alright!

Bulkhead: It's Winter! She's with us!

Weiss: Winter?

The airship lands and Winter disembarks, she suddenly stops in her tracks when she sees Weiss.

Winter: Weiss?

Weiss: Winter!

Weiss runs forwards and hugs Winter, and surprisingly, Winter hugs back.

Bulkhead: Uhh.

Yang: Sisters.

Bulkhead: Oh.

Winter: How did you get here?

Weiss: With help from my friends and family.

Snarl and Swoop approach, Swoop was a lot more friendly, but Snarl was clearly still holding a grudge after their last encounter. Winter approached the two with a genuine humble expression.

Winter: What I said was, wrong. I have no excuse, I'm sorry. I should've treated you both like family from the start.

Swoop: Okay, all's forgiven. Right, Snarl?

Snarl: *grunts* Alright, fine.

Winter: I am actually glad you all are here.

Arcee: Unfortunately, the only Autobot signals Ultra Magnus detected are standing right here.

Bulkhead: So the kid's unaccounted for.

Sludge: Who?

Ratchet: Smokescreen, he bridged out unaccompanied only Optimus knows where, and Optimus stayed behind to destroy the Ground-bridge and ensure our escape.

Winter: *approaches group* I watched the base go down. No one, or thing, walked out of there. Even if Prime survived, I'm not sure we can wait around for him anymore, not while Megatron is holding all the major kingdom's hostage.

Ruby: How is he doing that? I thought his fortress was not too far from Atlas?

Winter: It is, but Megatron's fortress is armed with large fusion cannons and he's pointed all them at the four major kingdoms around the world.

Blake: *worried* Oh no.

Yang: What can we do?

Grimlock: We no wait for this Optimus Prime. We attack fortress, now! *slams fists together*

Ultra Magnus: That is a suicide mission and will absolutely get everyone killed.

Ratchet: Not only is the fortress enormous, we remain vastly outnumbered. The fortress is crawling with Decepticons, as well as the main Insecticon hive.

Ultra Magnus: Not to mention the beast we dealt with and Megatron himself will be there. But I might have a plan.

Wheeljack: Who put shoulderpads in charge?

Ratchet: Ultra Magnus is the only logical choice. He was trained by Optimus. And served as his commanding officer throughout the war for Cybertron.

Slag: Hmph! Dinobots only take orders from Grimlock!

Ultra Magnus: Grimlock, I know you have more experience when it comes to this planet, but if we don't work together now the entire human race including your friends and family will perish.

Grimlock: *struggles to think* You plan, me Grimlock execute.

Ultra Magnus: Fair enough. *holds out hand*

Grimlock accepts the hand shake.

Ultra Magnus: Now, if there are no further objections, Autobots, please follow me.

Wheeljack: *annoyed* Aye, aye, Cap'n.

Ultra Magnus leads the Autobots aboard his ship and unveils his weapons cache.

Ultra Magnus: Soldiers, take your pick.

Wheeljack: Now you're soeaking my language, Sir.

Meanwhile, Smokescreen has managed to steal the Forge of Solus Prime from the Decepticons and brought it back to Optimus, but Optimus is telling Smokescreen that he must become the new Prime but Smokscreen struggles with this new revelation. Will he choose to walk the path of Primes? Will the remaining Autobots be able to cripple Darkmount? Find out as the journey continues....
