3rd Person POV

Weiss: You can't be serious? You want to fight that thing?

Ruby: We've fought giant monsters before, this is just a tiny old lady... with one very big robot.

Cordovin: You little spider-roaches thought you could creep your way into Atlas?! Well, let's just see how your resolve stands against the might of the Atlesian Military.

Cordovin activates a missile launcher on the arm cannon and fires one at the airship. While it initially missed, the missile track the airship, but just before it hits, it explodes before just behind the airship. Cordovin looks at the shore and see Ruby with Crescent Rose in hand and smoke coming out of the muzzle.

Cordovin: SO BE IT!

Cordovin readies the mech's arm cannon and aims at the shore.

Weiss: Dive!

Maria complies and flies the ship towards the group, the mech fires and Weiss hops out just in time to use her glyphs to creates a gigantic ice barrier. The airship lands behind the wall and Snarl and Swoop hop out.

Ruby: Okay, we need a plan.

Jaune: Well, we could give her more targets to hit, that mech is not designed for small enemies.

Grimlock: No.

Ruby: Grim?

Grimlock: Dinobots will fight giant robot. Humans stay out of fight and find weakness.

Arcee: I can help the Dinobots with this robot too.

Grimlock: Good.

Ruby: Hmm.... I don't like putting you in harm's way, but you guys might just be our best chance to beat this thing. Okay, Oscar, Jack stay on the airship. Maria keep the airship out of harm's way, that's our ticket to Atlas.

Slag: Alright, I finally get to smash something.

Grimpock: Slag and Sludge no fight robot.

Slag: What?

Sludge: Why?

Grimlock: Go find your mother's, might be in trouble.

Slag: You can't be serious?!

Grimlock: That is order!

Sludge: Okie dokie.

Slag: Just get some hits in for us too.

Ruby: Okay ready?

As Cordovin waits and watches, the airship takes off to her right, the humans to the right, the Bots on either side of the wall take aim, then Swoop in robot mode jumps up and transforms into Dinobot mode and flies towards the giant mech. Slag and Sludge use the chaos to get away and head towards the relay station.

Cordovin fires a lot of missiles at the Dinobots, and while Swoop expertly dodges by doing rolls and other aerial manuevers, the Bots shoot at the missiles and blow them up in midair. Swoop then fires his own missiles and hits the mech but the explosions don't do a lot to it, so she ignored him and raised the mech's other hand and created a barrier to block the shots of the other bots.

Cordovin: *laughs* Surely, you knew Atlas founded hard-light dust technology, or do lesser kingdoms lack the proper education.

Grimlock: Puny machine can't stop Dinobots!

Jaune: Great, shields.

Qrow: We'll need to find whatever's generating them.

Ruby: *over comm* You know, in video games, the weak point is usually on the back of the giant boss!

Weiss: *over comm* Ruby, this isn't a game!

Cordovin: You are ants! Lower than ants!

Swoop lands on the back of the mech and tries to slash at it with his claws, with little effect.

Swoop: We need to get up close and personal until the shields are down!

Snarl: Easier said than done, show off! None of us can fly!

Pyrrha: *over comm* No but Slash can get close to flying.

Slash: Me?!

Arcee: Don't worry, I'll go with you but you've gotta use your speed to get us onto that thing.

Pyrrha: *over comm* You can do it, sweety. I believe in you, just be brave.

Slash: *deep breath* Okay.

Slash grabs and carries Arcee and readies to run.

Weiss: *over comm* Swoop, get the mech to turn it's back to shore!

Swoop uses his Semblance and creates five clones of himself and they all fire their machine guns at Cordovin's mech, causing her to turn around. As soon as the mech shows it's back, Slash activates her Semblance to max power and runs so fast everything looks like it's in slow motion. Slash lands and latches onto the mech, Arcee hangs on too, and the pair climb around as the rest of the Dinobots distract the mech.

Arcee: Wait. *listens* Hear that?

Slash listens and under the panel they're hanging on to, there is a humming sound, the two use their blades to get under the panel and use all their might to pry it open. Once they do, they see a whirring machine with a label "AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY. SHIELD GENERATOR" written on top of it.

Slash: Well, okay then.

The two bots activate their guns and fire at the generator, disabling the mech's shields. Cordovin watches as the shield generator drops to zero.

Cordovin: No, no, no, no!

Grimlock: Pour it on!

All the Dinobots remaining fire their blasters and hit the mech with everything they've got. Swoop flies to the back of the mech and catches Slash and Arcee and take them back to shore.

Cordovin manages to pull the mech together and aims the arm cannon then fires several missiles at the cliff face. The Bots shield themselves, one missile hit the ground in front of Slash and Arcee, sending them back several feet and apparently knocked out.

Jack: Arcee!

Pyrrha: Slash!

Another two missiles hit Snarl also sending him back and just barely conscious.

Swoop/Weiss: Snarl!

Slam isn't hit directly but the missile breaks up the ground beneath him and gives way causing him to fall into the ocean.

Nora: Slam!

Grimlock manages to shoot two missiles down but then takes three to the chest sending him back and slamming him through several trees.

Ruby: Grim!

Cordovin: This is what happens when you think you know better than those rightfully in charge!

Oscar sees the situation and climbs to the cockpit.

Oscar: We've gotta do something!

Maria then flicks some switches and flies to the mech. Just as Cordovin is about to finish Grimlock with it arm cannon, Maria fires a missile at the mech, but Cordovin surprisingly caught it and turned angrily at the airship.

Cordovin: Calavera.

Cordovin throws the missile back at the airship and manages to hit it, causing the airship to shake and rattle.

Elsewhere....

Blake and Adam's battle has moved to a natural land bridge in front of a waterfall. Adam went on a rant while getting the upper hand on Blake and knocking her to the ground, even when Yang showed up, she could only hold him off for so long.

Yang and Adam exchange blows again, Yang lands a series of punches and kicks on Adam, but he manages to send her back when she punches his sword. Yang gets knocked next to Blake and the two share a glance, Adam notices and growls, then readies his Semblance once more.

Blake: YANG!!

Adam yells as he let's his Semblance loose on Yang. When the smoke clears, Yang is still standing, though her prosthetic arm had some small scratches in it, and her foot just barely hangs off the edge of the bridge. Yang lowers her arm and glares at Adam.

Yang: Leave. Us. Alone. This is your last chance.

Adam: *sees Yang shaking* Do you really believe that? Or are you just trying to scare me away so you won't have to die trying to defend her.

Yang prepares to fight him again despite her hand trembling. Suddenly, Blake takes Yang's hand with het own.

Blake: She's not protecting me, Adam. And I'm not protecting her.

Adam glares.

Blake: We're protecting each other.

Suddenly, a rumbling almost thunder like sound is heard by the trio, Yang then sees a cloud of dust behind Adam. Adam noticed Yang and turned around only to see Slag and Sludge's Dinobot modes charging toward them. Slag manages to jump and transform as he leaps over Adam, he lands in between Adam and his family members while Sludge stood behind ready to rumble.

Slag: This won't be much of a fight, but I'll still enjoy taking my revenge on you.

Sludge: Mean Faunus leave Mommy alone!

Adam, surprisingly, chuckles at the two Dinobots before him, this confused Blake and Yang.

Adam: I had a feeling one or both of you might be here....

Suddenly, Slag is hit with a blaster to the chest and sent beyond the bridge, and Sludge is tackled by an Insecticon on the other side of the bridge. The 'Con that shot Slag transforms and lands on the edge of the bridge.

Adam: I offered Megatron a deal, if I gave him the location of your "precious" Dinobots, then he'd see to it that they don't interrupt my killing of you two. So he sent Soundwave and Hardshell to deal with these two, the others won't be far behind.

The two Huntresses glare at Adam as the Dinobots recover.

Meanwhile... back at the giant mech fight, a large squad of Decepticons land near Grimlock, much to the horror of Ruby.

Ruby: Grimlock! Grimlock, get up, please!

Cordovin: What is all this?!

Swoop takes the opportunity to shoot at Cordovin's mech, she quickly retaliated as the airship crashed. Team JNPR go and check on the downed airship. As Cordovin's mech swings it's arms at Swoop.

Cordovin: You irritating insect!

Suddenly, Cordovin feels her footing becoming unbalanced. The humans look over the cliff and see Slam lifting the mech's giant foot.

Nora: Yeah, that's my boy!

Slam: *exerted grunts*

Weiss: Of course, Snarl! Can you stand sweety?

Snarl: I heard him. Out of my way!

Snarl stands and just before he charges forward he says-

Snarl: Time to knock you down a few pegs!

Snarl charges and leaps his hardest at the mech and slams into Cordovin's mech, hard. So much force that it knocked the mech over onto it's back. Ruby is still focused on Grimlock, who is just getting to his feet and looks at the Decepticons pointing their blasters at him.

Grimlock: *GROWLS*

Ruby: Uh-oh.

Qrow: What is it?

Grimlock: Grimlock, MAD! *ROARS*

Grimlock flies into a rage and transforms into his Dinobot form and proceeds takes out every single one of the 50 Decepticons that were standing before him.

Arcee has managed to regain consciouness and sees Grimlock taking out Decepticons, she then sees a plume of smoke.

Arcee: Jack!

She transforms and reaches the crashed airship at the same time Team JNPR arrive. Just then Oscar and Jack are seen helping Maria out of the airship.

Jaune: Are you all okay?

Oscar: Yeah, we are.

Jack: But the ship is pretty well busted, we're not flying anywhere.

Nora: Now what do we do? We can't just go steal another one.

Grimlock roars in the distance.

Jack: Looks like Grim has his claws full.

Jaune: It's best we stay out of his way, he has to be really mad to transform into his Dinobot form.

Ren: That's not the only problem we've got.

Slam, Snarl and Swoop clamber onto the top of the cliff and collapse to the ground exhausted. Pyrrha and Jaune see to Slash, while Nora sees to Slam and Weiss to Snarl and Swoop. Ruby is helping Grimlock as best as she can by sniping at the Decepticons.

Back at the land bridge, Slag gets back up to look at his shorter opponent.

Slag: One chance tiny, *unsheathes axes* walk away if you want to live.

Soundwave doesn't say anything and just readies for combat.

Slag: This should be interesting.

Sludge on the other hand stands and faces his opponent.

Hardshell: *shreeks*

Hardshell charges forward and the two giants simply grapple each other and try to push the other to gain control.

Slag charges forward and swings his axes with Soundwave dodging out of the way at the last second, the axe blade just barely misses Soundwave's face visor. Soundwave then goes into blocking the next three axe strikes, the last one he manages to disarm Slag from one of his axes, then uses a cable in his chest and swipes Slag away. Slag regains his footing at the edge of the cliff, Slag then looks back at Soundwave who's holding his disarmed axe.

Slag: *growls* Raaaaaah!

Soundwave throws the axe at Slag, which he deflects and then jumps and goes into a overhead strike. Soundwave though caught him with one of his cables and slamed Slag into the ground, Soundwave then used another cable and spun the points like a drill and aimed at Slag's head. Slag grabbed the spinning cable, then gets an idea and uses it on the cable holding him down. This surprised and hurt Soundwave, causing him to stumble backwards. Slag gets up and leaps at Soundwave and headbutts him. When Soundwave regains his footing, he looks at Slag as his visor shatters.

Slag: There I go again, shattering expectations.

Blake and Yang are not having an easy time, either, Blake has been knocked off the bridge and hangs onto the rocks under it. Yang is tanking or blocking hit after hit as Adam rambles.

Adam: Your Aura's bound to be running low.

Yang pants and gets back to her feet, Adam continues his attacks. Blake is trying to get back to the bridge.

Adam: Hit me already!

Yang dodges the next two swings.

Adam: What does she even see in you?!

Adam rushes forward and overpowers Yang as she tried to block but is struck with Adam's Semblance and sent across the ground.

Adam: You're just a coward like her!

Adam activates his Semblance and goes into his strike, but at the last second Yang's eyes turn red. The attack hits Yang, and creates a cloud of dust. When it settles Yang has caught Adam's sword with her prosthetic arm, much to Adam's surprise. Her hair burns bright, she activates her Semblance.

Yang: Gotcha....

Yang then punches Adam with all her might, disarming Adam and completely depleting his Aura. Adam stands up again and reaches for his weapon but realizes he doesn't have it. Yang is still holding onto it.

Yang: I may not be faster.... *her own Aura depletes* but I'm smarter.

Yang then throws Wilt over the bridge. Adam tries to grab it but Blake was waiting leaps up, uppercutting Adam in the jaw. Adam stumbles back and steps over Blake's broken katana pieces. They both see this and rush for the broken piece, but Blake reaches it first, Yang has picked up the other broken piece and both Huntresses stab Adam through his chest.

Adam: Oh...

The girls pull out the blades and watch as Adam stumbles over to the edfe and fall off the bridge as he finally dies. The two try to catch their breath but then hear the sound of fights and each look at their respective sons fighting.

Sludge is overpowering Hardshell, he manages to dislocate his arms, then grabs Hardshell by his shoulders, he then lifts him and starts pulling, and with one mighty roar, he tears Hardshell in half.

Slag was having a lot more trouble and was barely standing against Soundwave, in part because his drone, Laserbeak, has been attacking Slag as well. Sludge recovered from his fight and ran towards Soundwave, he throws several punches only for Soundwave to dodge out of the way. Blake grabbed her broken Katana blade piece, ran up amd jammed it into Soundwave's knee joint, temporarily stopping him from moving. Slag transformed into Dinobot mode and slammed into Soundwave and threw him off the cliff. Yang shot at Laserbeak and Sludge simply slapped it away.

The group finally collapse exhausted from the fights. Blake and Yang opened the invitation for a group hug, and happily both boys, who have transformed back into children, accepted the group hug.

Blake: I promise, I won't leave any of you again. I promise.

Yang: I believe you.

Then suddenly, the sound of an ship engine is heard above them, and they all look up.

Back on shoreside cliff, all the Decepticons lay dead and destroyed, Grimlock calms down and transforms back into his child form and drops to the ground exhausted.

Ruby: Grimlock!

Ruby runs to Grimlock, kneels down and lifts his head into her arms. Grimlock weakly opens his eyes. Before he could say anything, Cordovin's mech recovers and towers over the exhausted group.

Cordovin: Surrender and accept your punishment. Last chance.

Just then, an eerily familiar sound is heard almost like-

The mech is hit with a blueish fire like energy beam.

Jaune: What was that!

The mech was half destroyed and the group heard a familiar voice on their comm link.

(Yang): Looks like you guys could use a gigantic helping hand.

Yang: *over comm* Hey, who's using my voice?

(Yang): No, you're using my voice.

Yang: I was here first!

Ruby: Seriously.... awesome.

(A/N): And, CUT! Great take, get a good break we're not done yet.
