Oscar: Atlas is falling?

Weiss: What?!

Oscar: .... *sighs* Okay. *to group* If you're willing, Ozpin has some things to say.

Some of the members of the group look at each other unsure, but then Ruby makes a good point.

Ruby: If Atlas is falling, then we can't afford not to listen.

Oscar nods before his eyes flash as Ozpin takes the driver's seat.

Ozpin: I realize that I don't deserve your trust, but The Staff of Creation was used in a previous life to lift Atlas into the sky and without it Atlas would fall back to the ground.

Jaune looks shocked while some of the kids actually look terrified.

Ozpin: There's enough gravity dust to prevent Atlas from plummeting immediately, but still, no one will want to be around when Atlas crashes.

Glynda: What can we do?

Winter: We don't have enough ships to transport everyone in Atlas.

Ren: Not to mention that everyone in Mantle will have gathered in the crater by now.

Robyn: We have to try.

Pyrrha: How?

Suddenly, a Ground Bridge opens up next to the group.

Bumblebee: A Ground Bridge?

Wheelie: *over comms* Well, what are you dummies waiting for?! An invitation?

Grimlock: What you doing?

Wheelie: *over comms* Saving your sorry asses! What's it look like?

Ratchet: We could use the Ground Bridge to get everyone out of Atlas to somewhere safe.

Sun: Why not to Vacuo? There's a lot of Huntsmen and Huntresses that can protect the civilians.

Qrow: That's still a lot of people we're gonna be dropping in Vacuo. A lot of negativity.

Ruby: Then you guys will need to go with them and protect them.

Winter: Us? What are you gonna do?

Ruby: Someone needs to stop Cinder and this, Quintessa, from whatever they're planning.

Yang: Ruby, that's way too dangerous. Cinder is way too strong.

Ruby: Cinder must be stopped. No matter the cost.

Grimlock: Grimlock always good for a fight.

Ruby nods and Grimlock turns to the other Dinobots.

Grimlock: Get everyone to safety before heloing us.

Sludge: But, big brother.

Snarl: We can't go on without you.

Slag: Grimlock is leader, we do what he says.

The other kids look and see tears forming in Slag's eyes, but they eventually agree. Grimlock nods to everyone, before Ruby turns to Oscar.

Oscar: There's a hole beneath Atlas that goes all the way up to the vault. Should still be open.

Ruby nods before looking at her friends and family and smiling at them. Taiyang and Qrow smile back but her friends can't stop the tears.

Ruby: Look after each other.

Ruby then uses her Semblance to pick up Grimlock and fly all the way under Atlas thriugh the hole Oscar mentioned and up to the vault. The two end up hiding behind a large pillar and look at the situation.

Cinder has indeed opened the vault and Quintessa is now has the staff in her hand.

Quintessa: After several millenium, the body of Unicron will now perish forever and his soul is already lost to the stars.

Cinder: But you said that all of Unicron had to be destroyed. What's gonna happen to everyone on this planet.

Quintessa: You will all die.

Cinder: *shocked* What?

Quintessa: Destroying Unicron is the only thing that matters, sacrificing all of you is simply the cost of war.

Cinder: You can't-

Quintessa suddenly cast her version of magic to retrain Cinder then floats close and gently touches Cinder's cheek. Her eyes then turn red and Cinder becomes completely complacent.

Ruby was in shock of what was about to happen, but she put her fear aside and turned to Grinlock.

Ruby: *whispers* Okay, we need to come up with a plan to-

Grimlock ignored her, transformed into his robot form and charged out towards Quintessa.

Grimlock: *ROARS*

Quintessa: Looks like the Dinobot survived. Destroy him, my slave.

Cinder: Yes, Mistress.

Cinder turned around and blasted fire magic from her hand at Grimlock which he easily deflected with his sword. Ruby merely chuckled to herself before saying to herself.

Ruby: Or we can smash our way in. Good plan.

Ruby is quick to use her Semblance to get in front of Grimlock and grab Cinder, the flurry of rose petals ends up behind Grimlock, while he continues charging Quintessa. Ruby and Cinder rematerialize near the elevator entrance.

Cinder: Little Red managed to escape the mighty Salem.

Ruby: Salem is defeated, and you're still trying to hurt everyone?

Cinder: I answer only to the Goddess of Life.

Ruby: Not my Goddess.

Ruby fires three fire dust shots from her rifle at Cinder before spinning Crescent Rose behind her and firing tye rifle and using the recoil to launch herself forward and bringing her feet up and drop kicking Cinder. This makes Cinder stumble backwards, Ruby did a backflip to land on her feet, then swung her scythe with more fired recoil to slice at Cinder's body, sending her crashing into a rock. Cinder recovered and punched Ruby hard enough to knock her to the ground.

Grimlock, meanwhile, charges Quintessa at full speed, he then leaps into the air with his sword in a overhead arc ready to slam it down. Quintessa though used her magic to restrain him while electrically shocking him.

Grimlock: *Groans*

Quintessa: Truly, you are a miracle of basic Cybertronian science, but you would not be possible if not for me.

Grimlock: Shockwave torture Grimlock! You are nothing!

Quintessa eyes narrowed but she then grew an understanding expression and summoned several chains to hold Grimlock and she stopped her magic attack.

Quintessa: I understand. You were created to be a simple but deadly weapon of mass destruction. So...

Quintessa then slashed Grimlock's face with a small hint of magic and half of his head turns from gray to red.

Quintessa: Now you will be mine.

Back in the crater below Atlas, a Ground Bridge opens up in front of Fiona and Joanna. Initially, the two draw their weapons, until Robyn hops through.

Fiona: Robyn!

Fiona runs up to her and embraces Robyn in a hug, Joanna walks up to the pair.

Joanna: We're glad you made it, Robyn.

Robyn: It's good to see you all too, but we don't have much time. We need to start evacuating everyone through this portal.

Fiona: *pulls away* To where?

Jaune: Vacuo.

Joanna nods before helping get everyone moving out of the crater, Jaune hops back to Atlas, and tries to steady himself before rejoining his and Ruby's teammates.

Blake: Look, Ruby and Grimlock are strong, but against Cinder?

Pyrrha: They don't stand a chance.

Jaune stands there and looks down seemingly thinking.

Back down in the vault, Quintessa floats in slow circles around Grimlock while she speaks.

Quintessa: I come from a time when Cybertron was still young, I had the power to finally defeat Unicron for good, but was betrayed by the thirteen original Primes. They stole my staff and hid it here on Remnant before sealing my away.

Quintessa floats back in front of Grimlock as his eyes flash from blue to red then to purple, he grunts slightly as his mind tries to fight something.

Quintessa: I felt the life energy drain from Cybertron beacuse of the war. Eventually, I felt the planet die and there was nothing I could do to save it. But... when the planet was revived, the shifting of the plates on Cybertron, my prison was broken and I was freed. Now, with you as my weapon, and my staff, I can finally destroy any chance of Unicron ever waking up or returning to his body ever again.

Grimlock: *strained speech* Y-Yes, Quintessa.

The view changes to Cinder blasting a fire bloom at Ruby, she wasn't quick enough to didge so she spun Crescent Rose in circles to block the flames. Ruby was pushed back several feet before finally using her Semblance to move out of the way and rush at Cinder, she used her left foot to actually pin Cinder's Grimm arm before using the back end of her scythe to strike down and hit Cinder across the cheek. Cinder reached up with her free hand and brushed her cheek and saw blood, this only caused her to smirk.

Cinder: All that for a drop of blood.

Cinder then yelled and tore her Grimm arm up and flung Ruby across the ground. Ruby recovered and looked around for her weapon, but ended up having to block Cinder's next attack with her arms. Cinder stood over Ruby and punched her in the arms, chest and head multiple times, before Cinder lifted her slightly limp body and blasted her with fire across the platform, breaking Ruby's Aura. Ruby was slow to recover, but then she heard heavy footsteps, before she turned her head and saw Grimlock's robot form walking towards her.

Quintessa: Now kill her and be done with it, my monster.

Quintessa turned away placed her staff into the platform, she flies above and starts channeling her magic through the staff. The energy floes through the ground and down to the land below.

In Amity Tower, Brains and Pietro are monitoring Atlas when they get an energy alert on the computer screen.

Pietro: What's happening?

Brain: Whatever it is, this energy is channeling it's way around the planet. In three minutes the entire planet will be destroyed.

The two, plus Maria look on at the computer screens as a timer appears next to the graph of increasing energy levels.

Back in the vault chamber, Ruby saw the red on Grimlock's head and figured he may be under some sort of mind control, she managed to fight through the pain and spoke softly and sweetly towards her baby boy.

Ruby: I adore your smile...

Grimlock stops his movements and looks at Ruby closely and hears her words.

Ruby: I cherish your hugs...

Grimlock's eyes then flash between purple and red again.

Ruby: I admire your heart...

Grimlock groaned slightly as his eyes turned to blue.

Ruby: But most of all, I love that you are my son.

The red around Grimlock's head disappears as he groans again.

Grimlock: No one controls Grimlock!

Grimlock turns around and goes after Quintessa again, with rage in his heart.

Ruby manages to pull herself together and get back up onto her feet while grabbing Crescent Rose.

Cinder: You cannot defeat me. Why would you throw away your life so recklessly?

Ruby: That is a question you should ask yourself.

Ruby let's out a warcry before shooting her rifle, Cinder simply blocks the bullets with her hand as she walks towards Ruby. Cinder then backhanded Ruby's rifle away, she went to punch her, but Ruby managed to block with the staff of her rifle. Ruby then punched with her left fist, Cinder caught it with her right hand. Ruby used the opportunity to transform her rifle into scythe mode and swing up at Cinder, but Cinder managed to move back while her Grimm arm still held Ruby's fist, she then used her Maiden power to melt and break the scythe's blade off then used the blade to stab Ruby in the stomach.

Ruby: *cry of pain*

Cinder held the blade in Ruby's as she took several steps backwards. Ruby then collapsed to her knees.

Grimlock ran at Quintessa with his sword drawn. He leaped at her while she was using her magic.

Grimlock: Get off our planet!

Grimlock hit her hard and sent her flying back into the wall of the cavern. The dust cleared as Grimlock landed, and surprisingly Quintessa was fine and started pulling herself out of the wall. Grimlock growled menacingly before leaping at her again with his sword above his head ready to slam down. But Quintessa simply used her magic again to stop then slam Grimlock into the platform.

Quintessa: You traitor! Now you will die for aligning with the Destroyer!

Cinder held up Ruby's head to stare at her.

Cinder: Salem told me you were the only weakness I had. Guess she was wrong.

Cinder took a few steps back as Ruby sat there on her knees trying to fight through the pain. Cinder prepared a fire blast and shot it at Ruby. Before the smoke cleared, Cinder started laughing to herself.

But that stopped when the Smoke cleared and she saw both Ruby and Blake standing next to each other, with Blake helping Ruby stand.

Cinder: *disbelief* What?

The two suddenly disappear like shadows.

Cinder: Impossible!

Cinder looked to her left first before being called to the right.

Blake: *ahem* Gotcha.

Jaune: *in distance* Now!

Pyrrha runs from Cinder's left and used her Semblance to grab and contort a bunch of metal and send them at Cinder. Ren then ran in from Cinder's right and shot his Stormflower at the ceiling, causing a bunch of stalagmites to fall towards Cinder.

While this happened Jaune and Weiss manage to patch up and boost Ruby's Aura.

Jaune: *to Weiss* Go. I've got this.

Weiss nods and rejoins the fight. Cinder, meanwhile, had been restrained by both the falling boulders and the metal from Pyrrha's Semblance. Cinder responded by using fire from her mouth to fire at the ceiling and cause a cave in.

At this point, Blake was running towards Cinder from her front. She had to dodge roll to her right to avoid a falling boulder, then dodge left to avoid another and started running again. Another boulder was set to crush her but was blasted into pebbles by Yang punching it. Yang rolled as she landed, grabbed Blake's left arm and pulled her in a circle.

Yang: *Warcry*

Yang threw Blake hard towards Cinder, Blake rolled onto a large falling boulder and ran along it. She drew her katana and leaped at Cinder.

Blake: *Yell of exertion*

Blake managed to cut off Cinder's Grimm arm, causing her to writhe in pain.

Behind Cinder, Weiss cast the biggest red glyph she could muster.

Weiss: Light it up, Nora!

Nora stood behind the glyoh and fired a single grenade, causing the grenade to become engulfed and empowered by the fire glyph. The grenade explodes as it impacts on Cinder, causing everyone to be blown backwards. As everyone started to recover, Cinder used her powers to erupt out of the rubble in a fiery rage.

Cinder: I'll turn all of you to ash!

Jaune was very concerned and looked down at Ruby, who was starting to recover and gaining strength again.

Jaune: Come on Ruby. It's now or never.

Jaune was suddenly hit and knocked away from Ruby. Ruby managed to get up to her feet, but realized her weapon was broken, so what could she do to end Cinder?

Grimlock: *Roars in rage*

Ruby looked at Grimlock as his rage reached peak levels and he transformed into his Dinobot form and starts powering through Quintessa's magic attack. A new feeling welled up inside her as she looked from Grimlock to her friends who were all scared. Ruby didn't feel fear though, nor a need to protect, just RAGE!

Ruby: *Screams in rage* I've had enough!

Ruby's Silver eyed powers flare up again and her eyes are engulfed by a silver light, but something new happens.

Cinder watches first in anger, but that quickly turns to fear when Ruby manages to summon a large ball of silver light which transforms in a large scythe.

Ruby: Time to show you the real power of a Silver-eyed Maiden!

Cinder pushes her fear aside and flies at Ruby, Ruby also charges Cinder. Cinder prepared a fireball in each hand, Ruby yells as she brings the scythe over her head in a overhead arc. The two clash and cause a massive explosion, causing everyone to cover their eyes and faces as the light of both fire and silver maiden powers engilf the room, even knocking Quintessa and Grimlock off their feet and onto the platform.

(A/N): End music here.

The light disappears quickly and Jaune is actually the first to his feet and looks at what happened. As everyone else recovers, they all look to see Cinder turn to ash after her whole body has been cut in half. Ruby's powers flared for a few seconds until Cinder's ashes were blown away. Her silver eyed powers died down as she slumped to the ground exhausted.

Weiss: Ruby!

Weiss, Blake and Yang run towards Ruby and kneel down to her and help her up.

Ruby: *breathing heavily*

Yang: You okay, sis?

Ruby: ... Yeah. What about... Grimlock.

As if right on queue, Quintessa pulls herself out of the rubble and rises into the air again.

Quintessa: I will not allow insects to stop me!

Grimlock suddenly comes from nowhere and clamps his jaws onto Quintessa and shakes his head from side to side, then throws her body down on the ground as she screams. He presses his right feet claws on her lower half and grabs her chest with his jaws and pulls hard, the force of which tears Quintessa's body in half. Grimlock then used his fire breath while crushing Quintessa's now melting, mangled corpse. The molten metal dripped out of his mouth as his right foot stepped on Quintessa's lower half again, completely crushing it under his weight as he turned around and roared while letting loose another fire breath for extra flare.

Oscar then runs past the group and grabs the Staff and pulls it out of the ground and manages to shut it down, stopping the energy convergance.

The energy levels on the computer screen at Amity Tower stops, causing Pietro, Maria and Brains to sigh with relief.

Wheelie's voice is suddenly heard on Jaune's comm link.

Wheelie: Everyone has been evacuated only you guys are left! Hurry up!

Jaune: Right. Let's move! This place is about to blow!

Grimlock is quick to pick everyone up and actually jumps off the platform.

Weiss: What are you doing?!

Ren: Evac is up!

Grimlock transforms into his robot form and yells through his comm link.

Grimlock: Ratchet! Open Ground Bridge below me!

Ratchet looks at his handheld monitor in Vacuo and sees Grimlock's life signal beeping and falling. Knowing he did the same with Smokscreen a couple years ago, he readies coordinates.

Grimlock: Now!

Ratchet presses a button above all of the Atlesian people. The humans hang on to Grimlock as tight as they can as they fall through the portal and fall towards the sandy ground of Vacuo. The people underneath are moved out of the way by Winter's white glyph. Grimlock then braced for impact and superhero landed, creating a big cloud of sand and dust.

Taiyang, Qrow, Winter, Ghira, Illia and Sun all cover their eyes to avoid getting sand in their eyes. When the dust starts to settle, Team RWBY and JNPR and Oscar all walk into view.

Sun: Ha! Knew they'd make it!

Close family and friends to all start getting emotional and go to embrace our heroes, until the dust fully settles when Grimlock's robot form is seen by all. Grimlock stands at his full height and sees all of Atlas' initially concerned or scared looks. Ruby then uses her Semblance to whoosh up next to his head and give him a proud and loving hug. Grimlock is content with this, until clapping is heard, first from their friends and family, then the everybody soon joined in. Cheers and whistles are heard as all of Atlas and Mantle join, Ruby then whispers to Grimlock.

Ruby: You're a hero, Grimlock. I'm so very proud of you.

Grimlock: ... Grimlock already was one. You believed in me. Thank you.

Ruby hugs Grimlock again as he transforms back into his human form and hugs Ruby back.

Sludge: GRIMLOCK!

Grimlock looks up just in time to be tackled to the ground by Sludge in his signature dino-hug. All the other Dinobots join in the pile up, Ruby is then embraced by her team before Oscar approaches the group.

Oscar: Ozpin has something he wants to say.

Ruby nods and Oscar's eyes flash, allowing Ozpin to take control.

Ozpin: I... want to say thank you. All of you. You found solutions to problems I struggled with for many lifetimes. I lost hope and kept terrible secrets, I'm sorry.

Ruby: So, what happens now?

Ozpin: The gods may return to Remnant, someday. But for me, my time is over, I can already feel my spirit fading from Oscar's body.

Ruby approaches Ozpin and states.

Ruby: No need to worry. The world is in safe hands.

Ozpin: *sigh of relief* Thank you, Ms. Rose.

Ruby embraces Ozpin in a hug before he gives Oscar back control of his body. Oscar listens to some final words from Ozpin before his spirit leaves Oscar completely. He sheds a tear of both happiness and sorrow, and returns Ruby's hug. The rest of Team RWBY and JNPR join in the group hug. After the group pull away, they parents turn to their Dinokids and pull them in to much needed hugs as well.

The camera slowly pulls back as the Huntsmen and Huntresses turn to the civilians of Atlas and see to their needs. They may not be aware but their deeds here have written into the cosmos, and their names will live on in eternity.

Grimlock: *voice over* At the heart of every legend, there is truth. A few brave souls unite to save their worlds. We can be heroes in our own lives, every one of us, if we only have the courage to try.

Grimlock meets with Bumblebee and gives the little Autobot a forearm handshake.

Bumblebee: You need anything at all, we're only a Space Bridge away.

Grimlock: Likewise.

Grimlock: *voice over* Me Grimlock, and I send this message. Though we did not choose the lives we lead, or the powers we were given, it seems we are here to stay. If anyone approaches Remnant with hostile intent. Know this. We will defend ourselves, we will defend humanity, we will defend... our home.
