Ruby POV

I am fighting off Harriet as we fall down to the floor below. She punches me in the face, then I try to stop her next one by grabbing her right wrist, but she punches me with her left fist. I then kick her in the stomach, but she uses her Semblance to bounce off the wall and tackle me into the wall behind me. I try desperately to hold off her attack but I fear she has just gone crazy. Harriet is about to throw another right cross, when her arm is grabbed, I look up and see Grimlock holding her arm and swiftly punch Harriet in the side and then kicks her off me. Grimlock then grabs me and turns to place his body between me and the floor. We crash through the floor and land hard.

I slowly came to with my ears ringing and my eyesight blurred from the sudden jolt of the crash landing. My vision returns first as I look around and see what looks like the aircraft hangar with several Manta's. I hold my ears as they ring and come back into focus, I hear some faint groaning, and I look down at the floor and see Grimlock's Aura flash across his body, indicating that his Aura is broken.

Ruby: *groans* Grimlock? Grimlock? Baby, wake up.

Grimlock finally open his eyes and sees me.

Grimlock: Mom.... okay?

Ruby: Yes. I'm okay, thanks to you.

I get up on my knees and try to help him sit up, I can tell he's broken a rib, and he's bleeding from his mouth again, but otherwise looks unharmed. I look around and see a nearby Manta.

Ruby: Come on, let's get out of here.

Just as I get Grimlock to his feet, I am hit by something and sent tumbling across the ground.

Harriet: You're not going anywhere.

I get up and look at Grimlock struggling to his feet, I quickly stand up and draw my weapon.

Harriet: Why do you continue to fight against us, we're trying to save Atlas.

Ruby: By sacrificing everyone in Mantle just to delay the inevitable. Salem will follow you no matter where you go.

Harriet: .....Well, if it's any consolation, you won't be alive to see it.

Harriet rushes me and I just about block her first attack when Grimlock tackles her away from me.

Ruby: Grimlock!

Harriet manages to gain the upper hand and roll Grimlock off her and pin his head under her foot, she then picks him up and throws him across the ground.

Grimlock POV

Grimlock see Harriet, me deflect and grab Harriet's arm then throwing her across the floor, she rolls to recover. Me grab a piece of debris and slam it on Harriet's head. She recovers tries a right cross, me duck under and punch her in side, she recoiled into a backhand, me duck again and clothesline her to the ground.

Ruby: Hang on, I'm-

Suddenly, Elm and Vine show up and Elm actually tossed a grenade at Mom's feet, it explodes and knocks her to the ground breaking her Aura.

3rd Person POV

Seeing this, Grimlock starts getting angry and goes on the attack, back handing Harriet. He then he tackles Elm and rolls to recover, Elm got back to her feet and tried to sidekick Grimlock, but he simply grappled her leg with his left arm, then brought his right elbow up and slammed it down onto Elm's knee. Elm yelled in pain and collapsed to her knee, before Grimlock grabs her head and slams his left knee into her nose. Vine tried to use his Aura arms to extend and try to grab Grimlock, but he turned and grabbed the Aura arm and pulled hard to bring Vine in close, Grimlock then grabbed Vine by the throat and punched him across his face, he then manipulated Vine into a underarm headlock. By this point Harriet had recovered and raced in towards Grimlock but Grimlock simply side kicked her in the head sending crashing backwards to the ground. Grimlock then pulled Vine around until he lifted him in the air and front kicked him in the head sending Vine over Ruby and tumbling across the floor.

Ruby just started coming to and looked around, her ears were ringing, she held them closed and opened her mouth as her groans could only just be heard through the ringing in the background. The sound returns to normal and Ruby turns her head to the sound of fighting and sees Grimlock now taking a beating from the Ace Ops, all three are coming from every direction in a hit and run style until Harriet grabs Grimlock and flips him over her shoulders, Grimlock rolls on his back and lands on his feet, but Harriet ran up and roundhouse kicked Grimlock in the face, finally drawing blood.

Ruby: GRIMLOCK!

Harriet continued her assault on Grimlock and punched him several more times.

Harriet: Why won't you just give up!

Marrow: Har, he's had enough.

Harriet: RAAH!

Harriet simply combined her Semblance with a powerful right cross, sending Grimlock backwards behind Ruby. Grimlock lifted the front half of his body and spit out some blood, Ruby was quick to get up and run to him but was immediately restrained by Vine.

Harriet: Last chance, Bot. Stay down.

Grimlock: .... *with a growl* No.

Harriet: If you don't want anything bad to happen to Ruby then-

Grimlock: GRIMLOCK DESTROY YOU ALL!

Grimlock's eyes turn red with rage, even though every fiber of his body is saying no, he activates his nanomachines in his body but instead of his usual Dinobot mode, his mechnical parts grow larger, more powerful, and filled with rage.

Grimlock: *ROOOAAAR!!!*

Ruby: Grimlock?

Grimlock: *ROAR!*

Elm tried to use her rockets and fired at Grimlock's face, but Grimlock didn't seem to feel the attack. Grimlock growled and snapped his massive jaws to grab Elm and toss her into the far wall of the hangar. Vine let Ruby go to tries and defend himself, but Grimlock simply swiped his tail and smacked Vine away breaking his Aura. Grimlock then gently swung his head and knocked Harriet onto her back, he then rested a foot on her lower half and growled menacingly. Harriet was terrified by what she saw, but before Grimlock could do anything else.

Ruby: Grimlock wait! STOP!

Grimlock's eyes fixated on Ruby, May had also arrived as she was waiting at a nearby Manta.

Ruby: Please, don't kill her. We need to leave, now. Please, I need you.

Grimlock growls before looking back at Harriet and roaring in her face.

Grimlock starts to transform back in his human form when all of a sudden, he starts puking up a large pool of blood.

Ruby: Grimlock!

Ruby rushes to him and tries to hold him up.

Ruby: May, help me get him on the Manta!

May is quick to help, the two get the 11 year old boy onto the ship, once they lay him down on a bench, May runs to the cockpit and flies the Manta away from the military base.

May: What happened up there?

Ruby: Things got, complicated. The Dinobots saved us.

May: Well, where to now?

Ruby: I-I...

There is a beeping sound coming from Ruby's scroll, she picks it up and a picture of Weiss is seen on the screen.

Ruby: Weiss?

Weiss: Ruby! Are you guys okay?

Ruby: Yeah, May got us out of there in a Manta. Where are you?

Weiss: Sludge managed to lose the military and got us to the Schnee manor.

Ruby: We'll meet you there, Grimlock needs medical attention too.

Ruby hangs up and nods to May who takes off for the Schnee manor.

Back in the military base, The Ace Ops are being gathered up by the soldiers of the base and taken back to the infirmary. Ironwood had watched the battle from his office via surveillance cameras.

Winter: What could this mean, sir?

Ironwood: It would seem that the Dinobots are capable of so much more than they may even realize...

The video then shows Grimlock when he puked up blood.

Ironwood: But it appears Grimlock will soon no longer be an issue. Pick up a sample of that blood and start reverse engineering the process that made him.

Winter: Sir, are you sure about this? Grimlock has a hard enough time controlling himself, we don't know if we'll be able to control all that power.

Ironwood: We're facing the threat of Salem, I don't need to face the threat of rogue robotic dinosaurs too.

Winter: .... Yes sir.

Winter walks out of Ironwood's office, her thoughts conflicting each other in her mind, she doesn't know who's right anymore.

Winter: *to herself* What would you do, Optimus Prime?

Winter ponders that question while she heads to the hangar to grab the blood sample of Grimlock.

A little while earlier, Sludge is hiding in a large abandoned garage and waits for three Mantas to pass by.

Blake: It's been too long, we need to go back for Ruby and Grimlock.

Penny: Grimlock can handle anything the military throws at him.

Pyrrha: We need to find a safe place to lay low until we can regroup with them and get Nora medical attention.

Weiss: *thinks then sighs* I know a place.

Sludge follows Weiss' directions and makes it to the Schnee Estate. Sludge sets everyone onto the ground then transforms back into his human form, Pyrrha and Blake help Nora to the door and Weiss knocks. The doors are opened by Whitley, who looks upon Weiss and her friends with surprise.

Whitley: Oh, you've picked a fine time to--

Weiss interrupts him by pointing Myrtenastor at him, he looks at the blade in fright.

Weiss: Not. Another. Word. We're coming in.

Whitley steps aside as the group walks into the mansion.

Whitely: Things are already bad enough after what you did to father, now you want us to harbor fugutives as well? Our family has a reputation.

He crosses his arms in annoyance. Blake, having set Nora down on the floor, looks to him.

Blake: Really? That's what you're worried about? Your reputation?

Whitley: I'm just saying that we've already lost the house staff, and mother has locked herself in her room.

Weiss: Maybe you haven't figured out what's going on, but we're busy trying to save Atlas.

Snarl: ENOUGH!

Snarl steps forward and calms down before speaking again.

Snarl: Two of our friends are hurt, let us stay here to heal and we'll be out of you stupid hair for good.

Whitley: Fine. What do you expect me to do, then?

Weiss then points to the staircase behind her.

Weiss: Go to your room.

There is a brief pause, before Whitley sighs and obeys Weiss' command.

Weiss: *sighs* This way.

Pyrrha and Blake lift Nora again while Weiss calls Ruby and tells her to meet them at the manor. After Nora is set in bed, engines from a Manta are heard outside.

The camera switches views back to the entryway, where Ruby bursts through the door with Grimlock in her arms.

Ruby: Help! Please help!

Penny responds first and looks at Grimlock coughing up more blood.

Penny: What happened?

Ruby: I don't know! Something's wrong!

Weiss: *approaches and gasps* Come on!

Penny helps Ruby carry Grimlock while May closes the door and follows to the same room where Nora is staying. Strangely, Whitley heard the commotion and peeked into the room and saw Ruby's tearfilled, distraught expression, before looking at Grimlock and his grave injuries.

Ruby and the others manage to stabilize Grimlock and they breathe for a moment.

Ruby: This is only temporary, I still have no idea what's wrong with him.

Pyrrha: And none of us are doctors.

Penny: I might have an idea, if we get Amity Tower airborne, Brains might be able to get a signal to Cybertron and alert Ratchet.

Ruby: Brains, please tell me you can do it?

Brains: Just get the Tower into the air and I'll handle the rest.

Penny: We'll go now.

Ruby pulls Penny into a tight hug.

Ruby: Thank you. *sniffles*

Penny: *returns hug* Grimlock needs you to be strong for him. Do not lose faith, like you haven't lost faith in me.

Ruby pulls away and nods, Penny then grabs Brains and walks out of the manor before flying off towards Amity.
