3rd Person POV

A large fleet of Mantas arrive in Mantle, one lands near the crowd of citizens that Nora, Weiss, Marrow, Slam, Snarl and the Happy Huntresses are defending. The side door opens, and deploys a ramp. Inside are two Atlas Soldiers.

Soldier: Get in! Get in!

Civilians begins boarding the Manta in single file while Slam and Snarl fend off some more Grimm and Nora guards the ramp. There is a loud bang, and a bright green streak flies across the sky.

Three Mantas lands at the Town Square near Slag and Sludge, who are guarding a very large group of civilians. The doors open and the ramps deploy.

Sludge: Please, get on! Hurry!

Slag stops several Ursai from getting close while Sludge manages to keep the flying Grimm at bay.

Another Manta lands in an intersection near Blake, Yang and Elm. Blake runs into the Manta, while Yang beckons the nearby citizens toward the ramp. Rumbling is then heard and the Grimm sirens start blaring. Three Megoliaths turn the corner and head toward the Manta, worrying Yang and Blake. Elm stands between the Megoliaths and the Manta, holding her hammer.

Elm: I've got this!

She roots herself with her Semblance and transforms her hammer into a rocket launcher. With a smirk, she takes aim and fires a pair of rockets, her Semblance keeping her stable. The rockets kill the Megoliaths, and the citizens aboard the Manta cheer. Elm turns and looks at them, appearing somewhat surprised. She then smiles and gives an "OK" sign with her hand. There is a loud bang, and the bright green streak from earlier soars across the sky.

Ruby and Harriet are standing with some civilians, and Ruby is using her communicator.

Ruby: Alright, we just need to get everyone to the nearest airpad.

Harriet: The closest LZ is....

Harriet points down the street. Suddenly, the ground begins shaking with a loud thumping noise. A man-hole cover clatters with each thump. In the direction Harriet pointed, a car is flung across the intersection. Harriet gestures towards the intersection.

Harriet: There.

An Alpha Megoliath walks out from around the corner and turns to face our heroes. It utters a roar before charging down the street. However, the green streak from earlier flies behind it, and then a large green laser swoops across the street in front of it, striking it's tusk. This causes it to tilt it's head and stop it's charge. The civilians around Ruby and Harriet run away, screaming, and Penny flies down and stand next to Ruby. Harriet and Penny nod to each other and then hurry forward to fight the Alpha Megoliath.

Ruby closes her eyes and concentrates, partially blocking out the sounds around her. However, the Alpha Megoliath's roar breaks her concentration, and she opens her eyes wide, looking at the fight in front of her. Penny is shooting at it with her weapons in gun mode, while Harriet speeds around it. Ruby glances down where she used to hold the Relic of Knowledge on her belt, she then uses her Semblance to get onto a nearby rooftop, where she fruitlessly fires her sniper rifle at the Alpha Megoliath.

The Alpha Megoliath is suddenly hit with very powerful red blaster lasers.

Harriet: What was that?!

Ruby looks up and sees Grimlock riding a dying Giant Nevermore.

Ruby: *hard laugh* Show off!

Grimlock hops off and lets the Nevermore corpse crash into the Alpha Megoliath, forcing it to stumble and crash into a building. Grimlock rolls as he lands, rises to his feet quickly and shoots two Saybers. He then stands at his full height and front kicks a Teryx, then turns to his left and fires his blaster at three Beowolves and kills them. He then looks right and grabs an Ursa by the head and shoots it in the chest, he then hurls it behind him to use as a shield and rolls before shooting at a Megoliath, making it stop and stumble in place. Grimlock then hops over the massive Grimm while grabbing it's head with his free hand and forcing it's head into a inescapable chokehold while shooting at three more Teryxes, he then flips the Megoliath in his arm and breaks it's neck as Grimlock flips it's body over his shoulder. All the while, Ruby has the biggest grin on her face. Until, the Alpha Megoliath hits Grimlock in the chest, only managing to force Grimlock to skid back several meters till he's just in front of Ruby and the others. Grimlock growls as the Alpha Megoliath charges, strangely though, Grimlock only holsters his blaster to his back, but Ruby knew what was coming.

Harriet: What is he doing?

Ruby: Back off a little, guys.

Penny: *curious* Why?

Grimlock: *Growls loudly*

Grimlock: *ROARS*

Penny: Nevermind.

Ruby: Get him, son!

Grimlock charges at the Alpha Megoliath, the two collide creating a shockwave that knocks everyone close by on their rears. Grimlock manages to get his head and shoulders under the Alpha Megoliath and lifts hard to flip it onto it's back behind him. Grimlock then roars before grabbing it's hind leg and pulling hard to slide it across the ground, Grimlock the puts one foot on the Alpha Megoliath's shoulder and bites down on it's neck, he pulls hard and rips it's head off and tosses it away, he then roars as the corpse turns to ash.

Ruby: Whoo Hoo! *laughing*

Grimlock reverts back to his robot form as the lights in Mantle return to their normal color, and the Grimm sirens stop blaring. The citizens appear and joins Ruby as she cheers for Grimlock.

Guy with dog ears: H-He saved us.

Woman in crowd: Yeah, maybe these alien robots aren't all that bad.

Grimlock looks at Ruby and nods, Ruby returns the nod and he runs to the next area Ratchet tells him to go.

Yang: *over communicator* Just sent the ship up.

Nora: *over communicator* Ditto!

Ratchet: *over communicator* The Dinobots have all sent theirs as well.

Jaune: *over communicator* Same here.

Penny: *uses communicator* Ms. Hill, the southern outskirts are clear.

Elsewhere in Mantle, Robyn is standing with Joanna and several civilians, listening to Penny on her communicator.

Penny: It should be safe to start evacuations.

Robyn: Great work, Penny. Over and out.

Robyn then turns to Joanna.

Robyn: Make sure you get these people to safety. I'm gonna sweep for stragglers.

Joanna nods and the two go their seperate ways. Robyn heads down a nearby alleyway, alone, and Tyrian watches from a roof, chuckling. He jumps down into the alley behind her, she turns around with her weapon drawn and aimed at him.

Tyrian: *playfully* Robyn Hill. For such a little bird, you make quite the impact around here!

She fires a fire crossbow bolt at his head, which he leans and twists to the right to avoid. He turns to face her again and walks towards her.

Tyrian: *aggressively* Bringing hope and a smile wherever you go!

She fires another bolt, but he catches it between his middle and index fingers.

Tyrian: *with a growl* I find it.... *sadly* upsetting.

He turns bolt in his hand so he's holding it and then breaks it in half with his thumb. With a flick of his wrist, he throws the bolt away while simultaneously deploying his blades. Laughing maniaclly, he charges towards Robyn, deflecting two more crossbow bolts with his blades. Just as he approaches her, a fish hook flies out from somewhere, and he knocks it away and hops backwards, landing on his tail to prop him up. He looks in the direction the hook came from.

Tyrian: Huh?

He then looks at Robyn, and Qrow and Clover drop down behind her.

Robyn: Sorry Callows. I really wanted to pummel you on my own, but the General insisted I share.

Qrow and Clover walk forward to stand beside Robyn, with Qrow drawing his weapon and Clover resting his fishing pole on his shoulder. Qrow tilts his sword's blade down to put it into gun mode.

Clover: Well, you're not the only one with a grudge.

While Clover speaks, Qrow aims his gun at Tyrian.

Qrow: You'll both have to get in line.

Tyrian glares at them and growls.

A Manta fies towards the Amity Communications Tower, which now has Gravity Dust at it's base rather than Wind Dust. Soon afterwards, Watts is walking through one of Amity's hallways. Supplies and ladders still line the walls, and there are cables hanging from the ceiling. A poster is also seen on the wall that says "Caution: Volatile Dust On-Site". He reaches the arena and looks around.

Watts: Hmm.... this will certainly do. Though I wouldn't exactly call this finished.

Some metal doors suddenly shut at every entrance to the arena, and Ironwood's voice echos through the Colosseum.

Ironwood: Arthur Watts....

The arena lights and the light in the commentator's booth turns on, and Watts looks pver his shoulder at tye booth and Ironwood is holding a microphone.

Ironwood: Welcome.

Watts walks across the arena towards the booth, staring up at him.

Watts: It wasn't finished.... it was bait.

Ironwood tosses the microphone aside and leaps out of the booth and lands in the arena in a kneel. He then stands up.

Watts: You know, James, this place has always been a technological marvel.

Watts tosses his bag out of the arena, and the two approach each other.

Watts: Truly. Even before you did, all of this.

They begin walking in a circle, keeping their eyes on each other.

Watts: The different types of Dust, the biome system, and of corse, everything that goes into controlling them.

Watts raises his right hand and wiggles his fingers. With a high-pitched noise, his rings begin glowing cyan, and ge slams his hand on the floor. The arena emits a low ping noise. Four of the biome randomizer screens appear, and the four panels that do not have screens above them begin receding. As Watts straightens up, a gunshot is heard, and he blocks it with a hard light shield projected from his rings. Ironwood is seen aiming his white revolver, Due Process, at him.

Ironwood: You always were a pain in the ass.

The biome randomizer screen finally stops spinning through the options. All four stop on a purple icon depicting levitating platforms. The remaining four panels begin receding, and Watts looks around. Ironwood shoots again as Watts begins running. Ironwood continues firing at Watts, who leaps of the panel into the biome below. Gravity biomes begin rising up in the four sections that had the biome randomizer screens. Ironwood looks around as these biomes begin to rise up. Finally, he sees Watts standing on a levitating platform on the fourth and final biome that he looks at.

Watts: At the risk of sounding cliche, James....

Watts draws his revolver, spins the chamber and aims it at Ironwood.

Watts: I won't be going down without a fight.

Back with Grimlock, Ratchet calls him on his communicator.

Ratchet: Grimlock. I'm detecting something headed towards the wall.

Grimlock: Me Grimlock check it out.

Grimlock races back to the wall, and climbs to the top of it.

Ratchet: What do you see?

Grimlock: *uses communicator* Dinobots. Rally to Grimlock. Now.

Slash: What is it, brother?

Grimlock: Get here now.

Sludge: We Dinobots coming, Grimlock.

In the Autobot base, Ratchet is looking at the energy signature of the incoming force, when...

Ratchet: By the All Spark!

Wheelie: What?

Ratchet: This is an all too familiar energy signature. Dark Energon.

Back on the battlefield just outside Mantle, the rest of the Dinobots arrive and stand next to Grimlock.

Slag: What is all this?

Suddenly, a Ground Bridge opens and Ratchet walks through.

Ratchet: It is the work of the Destroyer Unicron. Opposite to Primus, the creator of Cybertron.

Grimlock: Doc Bot?

Ratchet: Megatron tried to use the Blood of Unicron, or Dark Energon, to raise an army of the undead.

Swoop: But Megatron is dead.

Ratchet: True, but I fear because Megatron once had Dark Energon flowing through his body before his demise, I fear Unicron has resurrected his body and created another army of the undead andd destroy this planet.

Grimlock: Get back to base.

Ratchet: *activates blades* No, I am standing with you. You all might need a medic when this is over. *nods to Grimlock*

Grimlock: *nods back* Dinobots! Let none get past us!

Far back in the army of the undead, a revived Megatron can only watch as Unicron controls his new improved body.

Megatron: Grimlock?! Still alive?!

Unicron: You know this primitive life form?

Megatron: Indeed, a beastial warrior under the Prime's command. I thought he had perished in battle. *thinks* How fortunate I was wrong. Grimlock is probably the most powerful warrior I've ever seen. He may very well be the greater instrument of destruction which you seek.

Unicron: We shall see.

Unicron flies down, transforms and lands in between his army and the Dinobots.

Grimlock: *growls* Megatron.

Unicron(through Megatron's body): Warrior, I call upon you to serve your master.

Grimlock: Grimlock no slave! Me Grimlock KING! *ROARS*

Grimlock unleashes his fiery breath onto (Unicron) then swings his tail slamming it into (Unicron's) chest, sending him several meters away. (Unicron) recovers and is angered that Grimlock would so willingly reject him.

(Unicron): Slaughter them!

Grimlock: *ROARS*

The Dinobots and the undead army charge at each other, but the battle will long and bloody.
