Ruby POV

     I am being dragged through the White Fang's secret base underneath the city, normally I would be fighting my hardest to get away but right now, I am a mess of emotions because I just watched my son, Grimlock, get shot and was left where he was shot while I was taken prisoner. I manage to look around and see everything from weapons to bombs and even mech suits all being readied for something, we finally reach a train car and one of the White Fang grunts calls out.

WF Grunt1: Sir, you need to see this!

Roman: Is it good or bad Perry, because I have had a day.

Perry: It's a little girl.

Roman: *comes out of the car* That would be bad.

Perry: We found her and another kid near the entrance. We were forced to shoot the kid she was with.

Roman: Oh well, collateral damage.

      The grunts let me go and Roman starts asking questions but I don't answer because I am too distraught over Grimlock.

Yang POV

     I just got done with my shift at guard duty and walk back to the fire and try to wake up Weiss.

Yang: Weiss, it's your....

      I trail off because I notice Ruby and Grimlock are not around the fire.

Yang: Hey, where's Ruby?

      This rouses the others and we all look around. Suddenly, Zwei comes running into the room and starts frantically barking and running in circles.

Yang: Zwei? What is it? Where's Ruby?

     At this question, Zwei turned around and rushed out of the building and I got a sickening feeling in my stomach. We all grabbed our weapons and chased after Zwei until we reach a hole in the ground. There we also found-

Yang: Ruby's scythe!

Blake: Oh no.

Weiss: *looks down hole* Do you think she fell?

Oobleck: *looks up at buildings* Fell?

Weiss: *points at hole* Down there.

Oobleck: Oh dear. *realization* Of course, of course, of course!

Blake: Doctor?

Oobleck: How could I have been so stupid?!

Yang: Doc, what are you talking about?!

Oobleck: My dear, we aren't just looking for and underground crime network. We are looking for an UNDERGROUND crime network!

Weiss: Meaning?

Oobleck: This quadrant of Vale is known for dense forests and deep caves. The people of Vale built Mountain Glenn as an attempted expansion of Vale, but without the many natural defenses this plan was doomed from the start. In a last ditch attempt for survival the people made a series of tunnels and even it's own subway system. Then they opened one cavern and Grimm started pouring through, with no way to stop them, Vale finally sealed the subway tunnel for good.

Blake: So, there's like a whole underground village down there?

Oobleck: In a manner of speaking, yes.

Yang: Then we need to get down there, now.

Swoop: Over here!

      Swoop and Zwei were pointing out a open door leading to a staircase, I just hope we aren't too late. We make it to the bottom and come to a large sealed door, Weiss tried to access the control panel but no luck and I know I won't be able to punch through. I then get an idea and look at Slag, he looks at me and I gesture my head towards the door.

Yang: Slag?

Slag: Thought you'd never ask.

      We all back away as Slag goes into triceratops mode and readies to smash through the door.

Ruby POV

     I have just been thrown across the ground by Roman Torchwick, as he laughs I look up at the location where Grimlock was shot and a sudden flood of anger surges in me. I look back at Roman as he approaches and I just want to tear him apart but before I can-

*THUD*

Roman: Perry, can you and the boys check that out? Kinda in the middle of something here.

     Perry agrees and starts to walk away but-

*THUD* *room shakes*

Roman: What is going here?!

*THUD*

     The wall finally gives and I see Slag in dino mode smash through.

Slag: Marco!

      The soldiers start firing at Slag but doing next to nothing to actually hurt him.

Slag: You're supposed to say Polo!

     As Slag smashes through the White Fang, the rest of the team comes through and I take the opportunity to run to them while Roman is distracted. I use Roman's hat to blind him and make a run for it.

Roman: Somebody kill her!

     I run faster as Roman and his goons take shots at me, I almost run into more goons but Yang knocked them out and pulled me into a hug.

Yang: Ruby!

Weiss: Are you okay?!

     Just then I remember Grimlock and use my Semblance to reach him and bring him down to the others.

Blake: Oh no.

Weiss: He's not-

Sludge: Grimlock strongest there is! Nothing can stop Grimlock!

Ruby: *sniffles* Grimlock, please wake up.

     I pull Grimlock's body into a hug and start to cry a little, until I hear-

Grimlock: *low groan*

      I quickly pull away and look as Grimlock opens his eyes.

Ruby: Grimlock? Grimlock look at me. *Grimlock looks wearily* Hey, there's my little big guy. Are you okay?

Grimlock: Ow, bullets hurt. *groans*

Ruby: Oh, thank goodness.

     I check Grimlock's shoulder where the bullet hit and only see the bullet itself smushed against his skin. I pull it off as Grimlock regains full awareness of his surroundings. I then tell everyone about the weapons I saw down here. Oobleck assures us that is impossible because the tunnel was sealed years ago. We then hear over a intercom.

Roman: Get to your places we are leaving now!

     The train starts moving, Yang then says.

Yang: Well it sounds like they're going somwhere!

Ruby: We need back up. Let me call Jaune. *no signal* Ugh, I can't get through!

Oobleck: Then there's only one thing to do.

Ruby: We're stopping that train.

3rd Person POV

     The group get on the train and knock out the guards. A soldier opens the cock pit door and tells Roman.

WF Grunt: Sir?! They made it onto tbe train.

Roman: Ugh. Then grab some cargo and get them off the train!

    Back with our heroes, the group have made to the top of the train.

Oobleck: Right, we need to get to the front of this train quickly and slow it down!

Weiss: Uh, Professor?

Oobleck: Dr.

Weiss: *points at device* What's that?

Oobleck: That, my dear, appears to be a bomb.

Ruby: We've got baddies!

Oobleck: Well, I didn't expect them to make this- *bombs powers up* easy. Time to go! Blake, detach the caboose it'll kill us all!

Blake: On it!

      Everyone manages to jump across, but Blake had to toss Sludge across. Blake herself jumped down to the train coupling and prepared to cut it, until it just decoupled itself.

Blake: Huh? It decoupled itself!

(A/N): I just said that!

Oobleck: What?!

Yang: I guess he really doesn't want us on this train.

    As Blake gets up on the next car, the detached one explodes.

Oobleck: That's not good.

Ruby: Uh, neither is this.

Blake: Another bomb?!

Snarl: What's the point of this?!

Grimlock: *mumbling* Come on Dino-kid. Think.

Oobleck: They all have bombs!

Ruby: Grimlock!

      Grimlock realizes the train car he's on has detached itself and he makes a run for the gap and jumps. Ruby manages to catch his hand and pull him up.

WF Grunt: Get the humans!

      Team RWBY gets ready for combat while the boys stay back because their dinos forms are too large for the train. As the young mothers fight, Grimlock continues to think as Swoop asks.

Swoop: Dr., we need to slow this train down somehow!

Oobleck: I'm open to suggestions!

Grimlock: Think. Think. *eyes widen* I have.. an.. idea! Sludge, can you slow the train down until we find a way to stop it?

Sludge: Get Sludge up front, yes!

Grimlock: Snarl, go dino and ready for launch. Like when you hit that baseball last week.

      Snarl nods and goes dino, Sludge gets on Snarl's tail and readies for a rough ride.

Weiss: Snarl?! What are you doing?!

Slag: Hey, it was Grim's idea!

      Snarl then reels his tail back and swings it forward with all his might, launching Sludge far in front of the train and onto the tracks.

Blake: SLUDGE!

Ruby: Grimlock, what was that for?!

Grimlock: Sludge can slow down train and buy us time to stop it.

Oobleck: That's- actually not a terrible idea.

Blake: What?!

      Sludge meanwhile has pulled his head out of the ground, he stands up and exclaims.

Sludge: I'm okay!

      Sludge turns around and gets hit by the speeding train and while glued to the front of it.

Sludge: *with a slight groan* Less okay.

      He finally pulls himself together and transforms into his apatosaurus form and use his size and weight to slow the train down.

     Back with the rest of the group, they all see Sludge trying to slow down the train. While the girls continue to fight, Snarl has returned to kid form to better balance on the car. Oobleck then yells to everyone.

Oobleck: Roman's leading Grimm to the city!

Weiss: What?!

Oobleck: It's the cars! They detach and explode creating openings for the Grimm!

Swoop: So, even if we find a way to stop the train the Grimm still have a clear path to the city?!

Oobleck: I'm afraid so youngling.

Snarl: What now?!

Grimlock: Think. Think. *sigh* Mom, you're gonna hate me for this.

Ruby: What do you mean?

Grimlock: Snarl, Swoop, stay with our mother's and help.

Snarl: Got it.

Slag: What about us?

Grimlock: We make sure Grimm don't reach city.

     Ruby's eyes widen as she realizes what Grimlock is planning.

Ruby: No. No! Grimlock, that's too risky! I thought I lost you once, I'm not going to lose you again!

Yang: Slag, you will not be putting yourself at risk like this!

Grimlock: If we don't do this, thousands of people will die!

Slag: You have to believe in us Mom.

     Ruby let's the tears fly and Grimlock can only hug his mother and finally kiss her forhead. Slag hugs Yang and the pair nod to their brothers, Grimlock and Slag then fist bump eachother and jump off the train.

Grimlock/Slag: Go Dino!

      The two brothers transform and Grimlocks states.

Grimlock: Nothing gets past us!

Slag: Grimm Quarterpocket!

     Slag takes the lead and starts smashing through the Grimm horde, Grimlock follows behinds and releases his fire breath to burn stragglers before he starts using his jaws to tear more Grimm apart.

     Back on the train Ruby and Yang pull themselves together as Oobleck exclaims.

Oobleck: We have to hurry! *indicating WBY* You three need to go below and disable those devices!

Ruby: What about us?

Oobleck: *heroic pose* We're going to stop this train.

Ruby: Yeah, I know. I said that earlier.

      Yang and the others take Swoop and Snarl with them below.

Yang: Guess this is what we trained for.

     Weiss hands Blake some dust shot clips of various elements and the group starts to move through the train, until they are stopped by Neo.

Yang: You guys go on ahead. This one's mine.

     Weiss, Blake and Snarl start to move forward and Neo is about to counter when three clones of Swoop attack Neo first allowing Weiss and the others pass. Weiss looks back and sees Swoop not going with her.

Weiss: Swoop?

Swoop: Keep going!

     Blake and Yang urge Weiss forward and onto the next car.

Yang: Keep your distance kiddo. I'll handle this.

Swoop: What and leave all the fun to you? Bite me.

     Yang smirks and launches forward and tries to take down Neo while Swoop pulls out a gun he took from the school armory and takes some shots at her as well. Weiss, Blake and Snarl meanwhile, rush through another car but start to hear a chainsaw and see a big faunus ready to stop them.

Weiss: *to Blake* You go on ahead!

      The faunus swings his chainsaw but is countered by Weiss then Blake and Snarl knock him off balance allowing Blake to move onward alone.

Faunus: Hahaha. Finally I get to kill a Schnee.

Snarl: Bring it on asshole! Ragh!

     In the next car Blake comes face to face with Roman himself.

Roman: Hello again, kitty. You know we really need to stop meeting like this. People are gonna talk.

     Blake remains silent and engages Roman, she easily overwhelms him and knocks him down to the ground and points her blade his neck. Meanwhile, Ruby, Oobleck and Zwei are running across the top of the train to reach front and help Sludge stop the train for good. Only one problem, the White Fang finally grow brains and use one of the Atlesian paladin mechs they stole and approach the trio.

Oobleck: We've got a problem!

      To resolve this, Oobleck drinks whatever is in his thermus and readies his weapon, Zwei then barks and jumps into the air and Oobleck hits him like a baseball and send Zwei into the paladin, knocking it off the train. Zwei is then encountered by another paladin but Oobleck jumps in and knocks it off the train too. Ruby joins them and they press forward until more mechs start activating.

Oobleck: You go on ahead!

Ruby: But-

Oobleck: Don't worry Ruby. It's time I teach them a lesson.

      Oobleck engages the White Fang and Zwei gets permission to go with. Yang and Swoop are not faring well against Neo. While Yang is recovering from another playful counter, Swoop tries to use his Semblance against Neo but she sees right though it and kicks the kid through several crates, knocking him out.

Yang: *grunts* Now I'm angry.

      Yang loses it and Neo just smirks and finally knocks her out too. Neo draws her blade to deal the killing blow but is stopped by a red and black clad woman, her appearance alone forces Neo to break for it and run away. The mystery woman disappears as Yang comes to, Yang then checks on Swoop and rouses him awake, thankfully his Aura took most of the damage. Weiss is being overwhelmed and Snarl is, momentarily, down for the count. Blake is about to finish Roman but is interrupted by Weiss being thrown into the car and the big faunus following.

Roman: So, what's it gonna be Blake?

     Blake doesn't answer but just curb stomps Roman in his face and knocks him out. Blake gets Weiss out of the way as the faunus strikes, the big faunus goes for another strike but is then interrupted by Snarl jumping in and smacking the big faunus from behind his head with his mace. The big faunus recovers too late and Snarl uppercuts him in the chin with all his might and sends the big guy flying back several feet. Weiss regained consciousness just as the faunus hit the ground and unwittingly smiles at Snarl's achievement. Yang and Swoop soon join the group and Weiss embraces her two children as Yang and Blake try to get into the cockpit.

Weiss: I am so proud of both you. You've been so brave. Very good job.

Yang: Ugh, bad news. We can't get in, the door's sealed shut. We can't stop the train.

Weiss: *sarcastic* Oh, awesome.

     Ruby reaches the front of the train just as the rest of the group climbs up, Ruby tried to ask what happened, but Blake was only focused on one goal.

Blake: Sludge?! Sludge, you can stop now!

Sludge: *with much effort* Can't.... Stop!

Blake: Please, we can't stop the train! Get out of there or you'll be crushed! Please, Sludge!

Sludge: Can't... Stop! *pushes harder* Too... Many.... Lives!

     Ruby then notices the sealed door coming on them fast, she looks at Weiss and nods. Weiss nods back and uses a glyph to create a shell of ice.

Blake: SLU-!

      Blake doesn't get to complete here sentence before being frozen. The train then smashes into the sealed door as well as Sludge causing that part of the tunnel to collapse. The girls start to come to, their ears are ringing, their sight is blurred. Soon, though the world starts to clear up and the team sees their in downtown Vale. Ruby then looks around and sees the damage the crash did and tries to stand. Blake meanwhile, took longer to get her senses back because her faunus senses are, well more sensitive, she looks at the wreckage and her face turns to horror as she remembered the crash and her son.

Blake: *tears forming* SLUDGE!

      She desperately tries to get up and starts digging into the pile of rubble. At hearing this, Weiss too started looking around franticly for her two babies and joined Blake digging through the rubble. Yang and Ruby joined in as bullheads started showing up.

Glynda: What happened down here?!
