Elena's Pov

  My palms were sweaty as I stood in line. It was time to call out our final missions, the last bridge to cross. Being an angel wasn't easy, it took a lot of work and efforts even-

    " Students gather round!" sir Alexander called out cutting me off my thoughts, "today you will be given your final tasks and once you complete it, you will become a full fledged angel" he said.

" Now the following are to be placed in sir Antonio's group" sir Alexander brought out a scroll.

"Angelo..."

Please don't call my name, please.

"Michelle..."

please please please Please

" and finally Elena" Noooo just when I thought my luck was going to change.

After some time, sir Alexander finished placing everyone in groups, he cleared his throat " in front of you all is a scroll and in that scroll is where your tasks will be carried out, so everyone pick up your destination" I bent down like every other person and picked up the scroll and it said 'earth'

"Your tasks are pasted on the notice board for your different destinations" sir Alexander said and turned to leave, "by any chance did anyone get earth as their destination? "

I looked around and nobody raised their hands, maybe they were just as scared as I was. I decided to act brave for once and raised my hand.

Sir Antonio looked surprised " Come forward Elena", " chances of getting earth was one in a million" he mumbled, just when i decided to act brave. What if earth had the toughest mission? I stepped forward in front of sir Antonio.

Suddenly he smiled" Your mission won't be anything you can't do. You have to go to earth first".

"I thought the missions are on the notice board" I asked confused.

"No dear, yours is a special case" he answered.

What's going on?, I don't want to go to earth I just want to go to other places like the others

Everyone gave me a sympathetic look. I headed to the transport system I slowly laid down on the cloud-like bed meant for transporting angels to earth.

    "When will I get my mission sir?" I asked sir Antonio who just stepped into the room.

   "I'll communicate it to you myself." He said with a small smile.

I shut my eyes and took a deep breath

Earth here i come

      Elizabeth's pov

       I woke up and looked around, everywhere was covered in grasses and tall trees. I was busy admiring my new environment when suddenly a man called out to me " hey you!" I turned around around and pointed at myself with confusion written all over my face
     
      "Yes you" he grunted, " if ya looking for a good spot, go farther down the road and you will see a donut shop, they give good tips there" he finished. He started ransacking his torn bag "oh here it is! " he exclaimed holding up a piece of paper "here you can have it it's a coupon for the donut shop, just order what you want OK? "he said. I walked towards him and collected it and gave him a small smile. I quickly turned around and walked away
Where do I go?

       After sometime I reached a roadside and I felt a sharp sting on my arm, I saw a big cut on my forearm, it actually didn't hurt at all. Suddenly a car stopped beside me and a woman jumped out and rushed towards me.

   "Oh my God! James come here, she's badly hurt" she exclaimed and a man came down from the car.
   
     "Let's take her to the hospital" he said opening the back door.
 
      Immediately the woman took my hand and led me to the car, the drive was not long as we arrived at a place that had a red cross on it maybe it's a church, "come on darling let's get you treated" the woman said opening the car door. As we entered the building it was not what I expected, it looked quite busy and everywhere was white and light blue. The woman rushed to another woman in white and talked to her. The woman in white came towards me and led me to a room with a small bed

     "Have a seat dear" she told me and walked towards me with a small box, "this will hurt a lot but it'll make your injury heal faster" she said giving me a small smile, She rubbed a liquid over the wound and looked at me in surprise, was I supposed to feel any pain?

  I scrunched my face in pain and the woman gave me a sympathetic look immediately, "it's all done now", I gave her a warm smile which she returned.

      I went back to the room where the woman who saved me was, "let's go dear".

We arrived at the woman's house and boy, did the woman talk alot, she kept on rambling about how I was like the daughter she never had. She opened the door and yelled names I could barely understand. Immediately two identical boys came running downstairs.

     "Hey kids" she smiled at them "where is your brother?"she asked looking around "he's supposed to be babysitting you guys".

      " I'm not a missing person, you know" a deep voice said.
    
      The woman rolled her eyes" i thought you abandoned the kids and disappeared"
Can he disappear? Does he have superpowers?

       A deep voice cut through my thoughts "Mom who's she?"

      "Oh I forgot, guys guess who's staying with us?" she said grinning

"Beyonce?"

"Arianna Grande?" the two identical boys said at the same time.

    The woman rolled her eyes" no, this lovely girl here is staying with us now"
  
     "Great" the deep voiced one said.
 
     "This grumpy young man over here is Jace" she said pointing at him "while these adorable little boys are Jack and Jake" she finished, so the boy with a lighter shade of brown hair is Jack while the thicker shade is Jake
"oh and my name is Annie" the woman- Annie said "and this handsome man beside me is my husband James" as soon as she said handsome Jace made a gagging sound.
 
     "We need to get you some clothes I'm pretty sure Celine will have a few to spare" Annie said

      "Celine will have a lot to spare"Jace said chuckling a bit, I looked a bit confused who's Celine? Annie must have seen my confused face" Celine is our neighbour and she's about your age, First of all let's get you something to wear on your feet " She retreated into the house
Jace just sat down on the couch and turned on the TV, Jack and Jake ran back upstairs arguing about something

     "Here darling put these on" Annie said dropping a pair of flat something on the floor in front of me. I have only one question .
