" Attention! His Imperial Majesty Sultan Ahmed Khan!" agha on doors yelled as everyone gathered in chambers of Sultan Ahmed to welcome him.

I saw my father came together with him and I couldn't wait but ran into his hug, but I knew I will have to wait to see him alone.

Sultan greeted with his family and came back with magnificent news about Ottoman's victory after many years.

At that moment, Meleksima, which was standing next to me putted her hand on her stomach. I was confused why is she doing this as we didn't know if Sultan can know for that.

At another moment, she became very pale and just collapsed. I went down to check how is she and everyone did the same.

Osman took her in his arms and putted her to lay down on bed in those chambers.

" Call the doctors." Sultan Ahmed yelled as everyone gathered around Meleksima which fainted, and she didn't look like she is fine.

" Father, we must save her quickly." Osman said as he sat next to Meleksima and he was pretty afraid.

" Osman, why is there such a worry about an ordinary concubine?" Humasah Sultana asked him as she had no idea what is happening.

" She is pregnant." Osman said and took Meleksima's hand, but at that moment he realised he told that in front of Sultan.

Everyone looked at Sultan Ahmed and we were all afraid of his reaction on this pregnancy, as it was forbidden.

" Hunkarim, we know it is forbidden, but..." Kosem started to tell, but Ahmed signalised her to stop talking.

" It is fine, I was already thinking about this. My princes should be able to have their own heirs." Ahmed said and smiled which made everyone feel a lot better now.

Nurse came into the chambers really quickly and came to Meleksima. She was checking her for some time, and then she turned to Sultan.

" She was poisoned, we will do our best to save her." nurse said and I couldn't believe how did this happen. Who would poison Meleksima? Who would have anything against her?

" Haci-aga, check chambers of all of those who are here now. Someone obviously did it on purpose. No one will leave those chambers until we find who did this to my son's favourite." Ahmed said angrily to Haci who went to search around the Palace.

" Huma, I hope you aren't involved in this. You are the only one who comes to my mind that would do this." Kosem said and looked at me. Sultan Ahmed, Humasah Sultana looked confusedly at Kosem, and then at me.

" Why would I do something to her, Sultana? Why do you blame me for everything that I do since I came to Harem?" I asked her on purpose while everyone was listening to us. Osman looked at both of us in a weird way.

" You are the only one who would have something against Meleksima, so I suppose this is what you have done." Kosem said not caring that everyone else is listening to us.

" I never had anything against her, Sultana. I don't know what have I done wrong for you to think I am lime this." I said to her and looked at the ground.

" Kosem, what are you talking about?" Sultan Ahmed asked her as he walked closer towards us. I was ashamed that he, Humasah and my father had to listen to this.

" Hunkarim, Kosem Sultana behaves like this since first day Huma came to Harem. She always thinks Huma has done something wrong. I tried to speak with Kosem Sultana, but she didn't change her opinion." Humasah Sultana said to her nephew Sultan Ahmed and he just nodded to her.

" I understand. That will change, Kosem." Ahmed said and looked at Kosem seriously.

" Now everyone is making you against me, Ahmed. Huma has bad influence on Osman, and obviously she wanted to get rid of his favourite." Kosem highered her tone to Ahmed.

" Valide, what you are speaking is wrong. Huma would never do that." Osman said and Ahmed just signalised to him that it is fine.

" I wanted also to tell this to you Hunkarim, but I have to tell you this way. I think it would be suitable if Huma marries with our son Şehzade Mehmed." Kosem changed her tone of voice and looked at Mehmed who smiled back to her.

" Now it is not time to talk about themes like this, we have time about it. And you will change your way of behaviour, because you are first attacking her and now you want her to marry for your son. I don't understand it." Ahmed said and turned his back to Kosem as Haci-aga came inside.

" Hunkarim, we found this bottle of poison in one of chambers, unfornatley." Haci-aga said as he showed the bottle to everyone.

He stepped closer to Ahmed who ordered him to tell who's chambers the poison was found in.

" We found it on table of Huma Hatun." Haci said and looked at me. At that moment everyone turned to me and looked me in shock.

" What?" I asked as I was confused. What could poison do in my chambers?

" I told you, Hunkarim. I knew she would do this." Kosem said and felt proud when they said my name.

Someone did a trap to me. Someone wanted to get rid of me, and that is why they have done this to me.

" Huma, did you do this?" Sultan Ahmed asked me as he walked closer to me. I couldn’t even look at him and I was really afraid because I have done nothing.

" Hunkarim, Huma would never do something like this." Humasah Sultana wanted to speak, but Ahmed signalised her to stop.

" I am asking you, Huma. Did you poison Osman's favourite?" Ahmed asked me.

" I haven't, Hunkarim. Someone made a trap for me. I would never do something like this. I swear with everything I have in my life that I would never do this." I said to him as I wanted to stay calm and not to start crying right now in front of everyone.

" How can I believe you that you haven't done this?" Sultan Ahmed asked me and I could see with egde of my eye that Osman is looking at me with disgust.

" Meleksima Hatun came into my chambers few days ago. She said to me that she is pregnant. When she was leaving she took some time on my table, but I had no idea what happened. I thought she isn't feeling well." I said to him and couldn't stop the tears which were going down my eyes.

" Leave the chambers and go inside yours until I find what kind of punishment will you get. Only Osman can stay here." Sultan Ahmed said and all of us except Osman left his chambers.

Third person POV

Meleksima started waking up after the medicine they gave to her started working. She woke up as nothing bad happened before and that she just sleeped.

" Meleksima, my love, are you fine?" Osman asked as he ran to sit next to her on bed instantly when she opened her eyes. He took her hand into his.

" What happened to me, Osman?" Meleksima asked him as she looked confusedly where she is right now and what happened.

" Meleksima, someone poisoned you. Nurse did whatever she could so she saved you and our baby." Osman said as he touched her belly gently.

" Who did poison me?" Meleksima asked and she looked at both Osman and Sultan Ahmed.

" They say Huma poisoned you, they found poison in Huma's chambers." Sultan Ahmed said as he walked closer to the bed she was laying on.

" That snake, Huma..." Meleksima said angrily and Osman just looked seriously at her.

" Don't call her like that." Osman said and stood up away from the bed making Meleksima feel uncomfortable.

" Huma said you were in her chambers and that you left the poison there. Is that true?" Sultan Ahmed asked Meleksima and raised his eyebrows.

" No, I never visited her." Meleksima said and she started making weird face expressions.

" Meleksima, listen to me." Osman said to her in angry tone and went closer to her.

" You willl tell me the real truth. I know Huma would never do something like this." Osman said to her even more angrier, and Meleksima was looking at him with tears in her eyes.

" You love Huma more than me. You care for her more than you care for me and our baby." Meleksima said to Osman in disappointed tone of voice.

" Meleksima. Listen to me. You will tell me the truth what happened. I will do nothing bad to you if you tell me the truth. I won't be angry on you. But I don't want that we punish people who had no mistake because someone else couldn't stand them." Osman said to her angrily.

Ahmed just looked the discussion between Osman and Meleksima and he didn't want to mix into that, because he knew Osman would find the real truth out of her.

" I told you the truth." Meleksima looked at him angrily while tears covered her face.

" Meleksima. If you don't tell me the truth, I will send you to Old Palace when you give a birth. I know you are lying to me." Osman said to her.

" Kosem Sultana..." Meleksima said as she was sobbing tears.

" What with Kosem?" Ahmed asked confusedly and walked towards Osman and Meleksima.

" Kosem Sultana ordered me to do that and drink fake poison. She wanted us to get rid of Meleksima, I have no wrong into this Hunkarim. She threatened me that she would separate me from my child when he gets born." Meleksima said and continued to cry.

Ahmed and Osman just walked to the balcony of Sultan's chambers. They sat on Ahmed's throne there.

" Father, I knew Huma would never do something like this. Valide hates her since she came here because I asked her to go outside with me. I knew that is forbidden, but I wanted to know what world is outside of the Palace. I wanted to tell you that before you hear it from her. If you find it suitable to punish me, then you can do it." Osman said and looked anxiously at the ground. He was ashamed in front of his father, but he had courage to tell him the truth.

Ahmed just putted his hand on Osman's arm and lifted his head up.

" I think that is okay, you should just tell me if you will do it in any soon time." Ahmed said and smiled to Osman.

" I wanted to talk about you, father, about one more thing." Osman said and he seemed like he is pretty afraid to talk about this topic.

" Tell me." Ahmed said and smiled to him.

" Valide wants to marry Huma to Mehmed, because she doesn't want me to be close to her." Osman said and stopped for a second, to take a deep breath.

" But I would like to ask you if I could marry Huma." Osman said and looked at the floor afraid, because he didn't know how will Sultan Ahmed respond to this.

" You love her a lot?" Ahmed asked and smiled to his son Osman.

" I do." Osman said and smiled a bit.

" Then I allow you to marry her. May that marriage have a lot of happiness." Ahmed said and smiled.
