(Time Skip because nothing really happens later in the night.)

The next morning we see the sun rising high in the sky, the birds chirping and Lisa Loud sleeping on a bed that was threatening to break. It was then that the room door opened and Lana came in to the room. Lana expected her to be awake, but instead found her asleep. At first, she thought of just walking away and going to her job at the mechanics, writing a note to tell her that she left. Instead, she went to try and wake her up since she didn't have to leave until later in the day.

At first, Lana tried to call her name so she could wake her up. But Lisa didn't wake up from that. Then Lana did the next best thing, she jumped onto Lisa's stomach and her abs (whatever way works). Because Lana was a little bulky herself and she weighed a lot more than she was young, her jumping on Lisa caused her to jump up quickly from her slumber. That also meant that Lana fell off of her and rolled to the floor.

"Lana, what are you doing launching yourself onto me?" Lisa asked as she got up from the bed. Lana was rubbing the side of her head as she got up from falling on the floor.

"I was trying to wake you up." Lana replied. Lana had dusted herself off "Believe it or not, the only way I was able to wake you up was by jumping on you because you wouldn't wake up when I tried to call your name. You must've really been tired." Lana had finished as Lisa started to stretch so her body can wake up. This resulted in some of her clothes still on her body slightly ripping apart. Lisa noticed this and covered her body with her muscular arms.

"Lana, please get me some new clothes that I can fit, I'll burst out of these ones pretty soon." Lisa claimed as Lana stared in awe at Lisa's new body. After a few seconds, Lisa realized Lana was staring at her new body and snapped her fingers, which caused Lana to snap out of her trance and back to reality.

"Yeah Lisa, just try to stay inside the house without breaking anything until I come back okay?" Lana asked as she got ready to leave the house with some money to buy her clothes with. Lisa nodded with approval as she got the blanket from the bed and wrapped it around her like a cloak.

"What size are you now? Do you even know?" Lana asked as she took out her wallet to count how much cash she has on her. Lisa looked at herself, then flexed her left bicep with her right arm still covering the front of the blanket covering her chest. Her bicep rose to impossible proportions.

"I'd say a 3XL at best ...Unless I grow some more or shrink at all back to my size at least." Lisa finished as she lowered her arm and went downstairs with Lana following suit. Just then a knock was on the front door. Both noticed it as Lana motioned Lisa into the bathroom.

"Stay in here while I find out who is at the front door. We can't have anyone find out that you now turned into a legit female version of the Hulk." Lana proclaimed as Lisa hid in the bathroom. She nodded of approval again as Lana closed the bathroom door and ran to the front door to open it.

She opened it and saw a man who looked to be the same age as her. He was an average muscular build, and had one some identical clothes that Lana had on. In fact, they looked like twins except that the man had a signature blue cap instead of Lana's signature red one. And it seemed that both knew each other very well.

"Lana, it's so good to see you again. It's been a few months." The man said while going over to Lana to give her a hug.

Lana gave a sigh of relief as she returned the hug. "It's good to see you again too, Leif. I might need your help with something." Then they broke the hug and Lana had invited him inside the house. Leif gradually accepted and they went inside the house with Lana carefully looking outside one last time and closing the front door.

"What happened to your couch Lana?" Leif asked as he saw the couch that Lisa accidentally broke. Lana had a look of worry on her face.

"Maybe I should show you who broke my couch on accident instead of telling you. Lisa, you can come out now!" Lana yelled the last part as Leif didn't expect to see a huge muscular green girl with a blanket covering her chest. His reaction of awe was something similar to Lana's reaction earlier in the day. Lisa saw the reaction that he gave and turned her face away while blushing a little bit.

"How did she get so big and buff?" Leif exclaimed as he saw Lisa in a new way.

"I'll explain how it happened." Lisa began.

(one story later)

"So that's what happened." Leif now answered in a state of shock and depression from the part of nobody helping her.

"Yeah and we need your help. Can you stay here with Lisa and make sure no one sees her while I go clothes shopping for her?" Lana asked with a hint of worriness in her voice.

"Yeah, I'll watch her. We can't have anybody see her right now in this form." Leif replied with confidence. Lisa thanked him and went up to hug him softly as so not to crush him. Leif returned the hug as Lana smiled with a tear coming out of her eye.

After their moment, Lana left to go clothes shopping, leaving her younger sister with her twin brother.
