The next day, you're back at the Thomason Laboratory, working. You're down in the basement in the room where Huggy is behind the glass and restrained. You're looking in at him. He's awake and he's looking at you. You say, "So... Huggy Wuggy." 

He seems to respond by you calling his name and he makes a cooing sound. You say, "You... understand me? If you do, nod your head for yes and shake your head for no if you don't... Do you understand me?" You see him nodding for yes. You say, "You just can't speak, right?" He shakes his head for no.

The other doctors see this on surveillance and they're surprised. Dr. Ponder says, "My god. Dr. March, you weren't lying. He is calmer around the girl." Dr. Ando says, "Should we have Dr. (L/N) in there, as long as she's behind the glass?" 

Dr. Ponder sighs and says, "If the girl is what's keeping the monster calm, then I say we may as well. Less of a chance of him attacking anyone." Dr. White says, "Can you blame him? She is hot." Dr. Ponder sternly says, "Dr. White. I mean it. Keep it to yourself." Dr. White says, "S-sorry, sir." 

Right in the room, you look up at Huggy and you say, "Why do you kill, huh? Is it because you were pushed to it? Or that you were stuck in that factory for so long and left behind before?" He looks at you as if he's surprised that someone was reaching out to him. He lets out a cooing sound. It's a more gurgling sound. 

You sigh and you say, "Huggy. If I stay in here while the other doctors come to you, will you stay calm?" He looks at you... and then he smiles and nods. You say, "You will?" He nods. You say, "You won't if I don't, will you?" He shakes his head for no. You say, "I see. Just take it easy, alright? I'm not here to hurt you." He makes a sound... then he smirks and sticks his tongue out. 

You say, "Well, I see you've got a tongue, too. You really are..." He suddenly wiggles his tongue your way and you gasp. The other doctors see this on camera and Dr. Ponder says, "My god. The experiment has never acted that way towards anyone. He'll try and attack everyone else he sees. But... not Dr. (L/N)." 

You hear Huggy panting a bit as he does this and you realize it. He admires you a lot. He suddenly breaks from the restraints with all of his mite and you gasp. You look around and you look at Huggy. The doctors see this and Dr. Ando says, "Shit! He broke from the restraints! Dr. (L/N)! Get out of there, now!" 

Huggy darts towards the window and he sits on his knees as he looks at you. He looks you up and down and he grins and pants. His tongue is lolling out and he leans in. He licks the window and you say, "Oh... my god." He sighs and he keeps licking the window and checking you out.

The other doctors run in and Dr. March grabs you. Huggy lets out a slight questioning screech. Dr. March says, "Come on, Dr. (L/N). Get upstairs. Johanson and Ando will take care of him." She takes you away. 

Suddenly, Huggy looks angry and he lets out a loud ear-piercing screech. The doctors back away as Huggy beats on the window, cracking it. Dr. White says, "Oh fuck." Dr. Ponder yells, "Run!!" The glass breaks and the other doctors run out of there.

Huggy steps out of the now shattered window and he stands up. The alarm goes off and a red right flashes. He looks around and he looks straight ahead where you all left. He thinks about you and he screeches. He gets to a vent and rips the door off with force. He crawls up in there and he crawls his way through the vents to look for you... and possibly try to rip anyone else apart.

You and Dr. March run. You say, "Wait. What about the others?" Dr. March says, "I'm sure they're getting it taken care of. Right now, I need to take you somewhere s..." You suddenly hear the alarm going off. Dr. March says, "Oh god no." You say, "What?" She says, "He's loose!" 

You hear something in the vents above you and you gasp and look up. Dr. March grabs you and says, "Come with me, dear." You run with her. You hear screeching in the vents and you say, "He's in those vents. I know it." She says, "Well, I know it isn't one of the guys. Those sounds are much too heavy to be one of them and only Experiment 1-1-7-0 makes that ear-piercing screech. Come on." You follow her.

Right where the other doctors are, Dr. Ponder says, "Gentlemen. We have to split up. Ando and Johanson, have the restraints ready when he comes near. I'll get the sedative." They nod and they run off. Dr. White and Dr. Stevens follow Dr. Ponder. 

They get to a hallway on the right and they stop and look straight ahead at something written on the wall. They approach it. Dr. Stevens says, "The hell is this?" It reads, "Give me the girl, and you all live." Dr. White says, "Who's the girl? Oh wait... Hot new doctor. But who the fuck wrote this?" 

Dr. Ando says, "I think it's obvious, Dr. White... Huggy Wuggy did." Dr. Ponder says, "The experiment has strength and intelligence along with it. He can read and write. But for now, we can't worry about that. We have to get him down and make sure the young lady is safe." They agree and they walk off.

You and Dr. March end up finding the writing on the wall that the men did. You read this and you say, "Oh my god." Dr. March says, "I'm convinced now. The experiment wants more to do with you than we all thought. He seems to be... How do I say this?" You look at her. She sighs and says, "It appears that Experiment 1-1-7-0 has fallen in love with you, Dr. (L/N). That's why he has no intention on attacking YOU." 

You blush and you say, "I thought he was behaving kind of oddly around me. What, with wiggling his tongue at me and panting. Licking the glass, as well." Dr. March looks around. Nothing is heard down the hallway or the in the ventilation system. 

She says, "He has no intention on attacking you, Dr. (L/N). I know he doesn't. He likes you that much. I would normally suggest you stay behind the glass, but things have changed up a bit... Be next to Dr. Johanson and Dr. Ando when they bring you into the observatory where Huggy gets locked in." 

You look at her. She sighs and says, "Right before you came into work, the doctors and I had a talk earlier this morning." You say, "What about? Does this have something to do with me being in the room Huggy is in?" 

She says, "Yes. If he does come near you, he won't kill you. If he wanted to, he would've tried to the moment you were down there. You're the first person he's spared. He hasn't hurt children, but you're the first adult he won't do that to." 

You say, "Wait. He spares children, you say? I get it. He knows he's a top character from the Playtime franchise. He knows his original purpose was to give kids hugs, hence the name Huggy Wuggy. I remember all of these as a child. Kissy's meant to give kisses. Poppy's meant being just a real girl. Mommy Long Legs stretches and has a purpose for being the mother figure. And... Yeah." She says, "Yes. I know. I remember Poppy really well. I had her." You follow Dr. March.
