Hiccups POV-

"Really? You think you and I should?" Astrid cuts me off.

"Well, I wanted to know how you felt about it. I mean, I'm ready."

I sighed.

"I need you. By my side, right now. It's just, it's been so crazy with my father dying and learning how to be chief."

I kiss Astrids sweet smelling hair and pull her closer.

"I mean, i'm the chief. I can take as many days off as you need."

Astrid smiles. "That sounds perfect. When?"

"I expect to see you walking down the aisle by the end of this week. No later."

Astrid gasps and gives me a short kiss, snuggling into me.

"I can't wait."
