So, recently I hear that in the HTTYD books Camicazi has the hugest crush on Hiccup. So I decided to make this one shot.

Oh, Hiccup and Astrid are married. Zephyr and Nuffink are around three and one. I just love the idea of Zephyr with her tiny pigtails and a one year old waddling around with a mop of blonde hair. Hiccup does not have a beard in the one shot. Hiccup and Astrid look as they do at the end of HTTYD 3 but Hiccup doesn't have a beard and is still a noodle. Because I love noodle Hiccup.

It was a beautiful spring night and the Haddocks were all inside eating dinner together instead of at the Great Hall. Astrid had made-surprisingly-good soup! It had chicken broth with carrots, chicken, celery, and bread squares. The carrots and celery were fresh from Fishleg's garden, the bread was freshly bakes and Astrid managed not to burn it. And the chicken... no idea where it came from. 

Hiccup wiped his mouth with his napkin and smiled at his strikingly beautiful who was helping their  18 month son, Nuffink, eat his soup. Astrid wiped some carrot that laid on Nuffink's chin with a small smile. Nuffink giggled and clapped his hands. 

Hiccup looked at their three year old daughter, Zephyr, and saw that she was having trouble keeping the broth on her spoon. Hiccup chuckled quietly and reached out to help her. He grasped the spoon in his hand and tipped it into her mouth. 

"Hold it a little higher so it doesn't spill." Hiccup helped. zephyr flashed him a toothy grin and continued to eat. Hiccup looked back at his wife to see her smiling at him. He smiled back and decided he should start a conversation. He clapped his hands together. "So, what was your high and low today, girls?" He asked his daughter and wife.

"Uh..." Astrid tapped her finger on her chin. "Well, my high was that I took Zephyr and Martha to play in the meadow today while Fishleg's watched Nuffink. And my low was that I didn't get to see you all day." 

"Aww. That's cute." Hiccup said with a light laugh. "What about you, Zeffie?" 

"Um, My high was I played with Marfa today and my low was I fell and got a boo boo on my knee." Zephyr said. Martha is Ruffnut and Fishleg's three year old daughter. 

"Is it all better now?" Hiccup asked with a small smile as he watched Zephyr's frown turn into a smile.

"Yup! Mama helped me!" Zephyr exclaimed, bouncing in her seat. Hiccup smiled at his wife, who was smiling at Zephyr. 

"What about you?" Astrid said, collecting my bowl and setting them in the bucket of warm water along with Nuffink's. 

"Well my low is that I had a very stressful day of chiefting and I need cuddles," He poked Zephyr's stomach making her giggle. "but my high is that I'm here with my two favorite girls and favorite boy." He stood up and kissed Astrid. She wrapped her arms around his neck and deepened the kiss. Hiccup pulled away just to mutter against her lips, "I love you." 

And her to reply, "I love you too." Before pressing her lips to his again.

"Ewww!" They broke apart and turned to their daughter to see her covering her face with her hands and her tongue sticking out. Astrid walked over to Zephyr and picked her out of the chair and kissed the top of her head. 

"What? Mama and Daddy aren't allowed to kiss?" She joked and kissed Zephyr all over the face.

"No." Zephyr giggled. Astrid set her down with a laugh and the little girl ran into the living room. Astrid picked Nuffink out of the high chair and set him on the floor. He waddled into the living room after his sister. Hiccup and Astrid followed their children to see them running in circles. Hiccup laughed and sat on the couch while Astrid sat on a chair opposite of him.  

Astrid smiled warmly as Nuffink waddled over to her in his yellow onesie and opened his arms, curling and uncurling his fingers. "Mama." he said, reaching for her. Astrid picked Nuffink up and rested him against her chest. Nuffink laid his head on her shoulder,stuck his thumb in his mouth, and closed his eyes. 

Zephyr hopped onto Hiccup's lap and snuggled against her father. Hiccup smiled and wrapped his arms around her and pulled a fur blanket over them.

An hour has passed and Nuffink and Zephyr were both sleeping. The Chief and Chieftess talked quietly until Hiccup stood with Zephyr in his arms. "Let's put them to bed so we can go to bed." he sent her a wink and she nodded. 

After they put the kids to bed they also went to bed.

Hiccup woke up the next morning, got dressed, and headed to the Great Hall to deal with everyone's problems after kissing his wife on the head. He entered the Great Hall and sat down in his chair and tapped his fingers on the armrest. Soon, the line began to form.

"Chief Hiccup!" A villager said. "He said that the lamb is his because it was born on his land but it was my sheep that it came out of! So it is my sheep!"

"No, it is mine! Born on my land makes it my sheep!" The other villager said.

"Okay, okay!" Hiccup said and the two angry vikings quieted down. "Either you split the sheep, give it to someone else, or give it to my family and me." 

"We could split it when it's older." One viking said and the other shook his hand. They walked out of the Great Hall. Two other vikings came in, man and woman, glaring at each other.

"We want to be separated." The woman said. Hiccup's eyes widened.

"Um," He coughed into his fist. "Are you sure?"

"Yes." The woman said.

"No." The man said.

"What is exactly the problem?" Hiccup asked. 

"Relationship issues. We don't agree on anything." The man looked at Hiccup with, I don't want to loose her, written on his face. Hiccup's eyes softened. 

"My wife and I don't agree on many things either but that doesn't stop us from loving each other." Hiccup told the arguing couple in front of him. 

"We never said we don't love each other anymore." The woman said. 

"Here is what I recommend," Hiccup said. "My wife is great with these kind of things. She fixed my cousin and his wife's relationship. Meet up with Astrid today and she'll tell her what to do. In the mean time try not to tear each other's faces off." 

"Alright. Let's go Alberta." The man said and they walked out of the Great Hall.

Line break---

Around noon,  Eret son of Eret came into the Great Hall. Hiccup straightened in his chair. "Eret? What is it?"

"Boat is anchored at the docs." Eret replied. Hiccup nodded and stood up. 

"Can you take over?" Hiccup asked.

"Yes, Chief." Eret said and sat down while Hiccup ran out towards the docs. On the way there Fishlegs spotted him and called over.

"Aye, Hiccup! Ruffnut and Astrid are with the kids playing Ring Around The Roses with the kids in the academy then they're going to go 'hunt for trolls'." Fishlegs informed Hiccup.

"Thanks Fishlegs." Hiccup smiled at his friend and continued to the docs. He stood next to the docs as a woman around his age, 24, stepped out of the ship. She had long dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, and freckles splayed across her nose. She had blue hoop earrings, a red tunic, blue leggings, boots, blue arm warmers, and a white fur hood. (Hope I got the description right. I just looked it up on google.) 

Hiccup took a closer look at the woman. She looked very familiar like he's seen her somewhere. Then flashbacks start to hit him in the face. Him and a little girl playing with tiny swords out in the field on Berk. Him and a little girl playing tag around the village. Him and a little girl drawing at his kitchen table. Camicazi...  That's her name. He used to call her Cami. 

Camicazi lived on Berk until they were eight and she had to move away with her parents. They were best friends before that but once she moved they didn't talk ever again. She was his best friend before Toothless and Astrid but now his dragon and wife will always be his best friends.  He may even maybe used to have a crush on Camicazi when he was five.

But that all changed when he was seven.

One afternoon, he was playing tag with Camicazi, and he ran into someone. They both fell over. Hiccup stood and helped the little girl up. 

"I'm so sorry!" Hiccup said apologetically. The blonde brushed herself up and looked up at Hiccup. She smiled.

"It's fine!" She said then stuck out her hand. "Astrid Hofferson." Hiccup shook her hand and jolts of electricity sparked up his arm. His feelings for Camicazi vanished just. like. that. He knew he would like this Astrid girl for a long time.

"Hiccup Haddock." Hiccup said and withdrew his hand.

"The Chief's son?" Astrid asked.

"Yeah." Hiccup shrugged and saw Cami running towards him. "I got to go!"

"Bye!" Astrid called and ran to her parents. 

Camicazi stopped by him as he watched Astrid run to her parents. "Who's that?" She asked.

"A girl named Astrid. But don't worry, I still like you." Hiccup felt bad for lying. She smiled then tagged him.

"Your it!" Then they ran. 

Camicazi walked off the doc and looked around and nodded, hands on her hips. "Huh, Berk really did burn down." She looked at Hiccup and smiled before walking over to him. Hiccup just stared wondering why she was here. Camicazi smirked and waved a hand in his face. "Aye, Hiccup? Remember me?" Hiccup shook his head and blinked.

"Uh, yeah." He said. Camicazi's smirk turned into a smile as she wrapped her arms around him, hugging him tight. Hiccup took a minute but wrapped his arms around her and placed his hand on her upper back. She pulled away.

"I missed you!" Then punched his shoulder, right where Astrid left a bruise. ( XD I had too. ) Hiccup rubbed his shoulder.

"You could have terror mailed..." He said.

"Huh?" Was her reply.

"Terror Mail? You write a note and have a terrible terror deliver it." Hiccup said. 

"A dragon? Deliver my mail?" She raised an eyebrow. Hiccup nodded.

"I've had them deliver my mail for six years but not anymore because the dragons had to leave and that was really sad and my best friend had to leave and it was sad..." Hiccup looked up and saw hurt in her eyes but right when it was there it was gone. "Sorry, I'm rambling." 

"Eh, It's fine." Camicazi waved her hand in the air. She looked him up and down. "You're still a noodle." 

"And you still speak without thinking first." Hiccup said. Camicazi shrugged and looked around. "What are you doing here, anyway?" 

"Oh, I heard that your dad died and you became chief and that Berk burned down." She said nonchalantly even though the comment about his father sent a pang through his heart. "So, what did you call this place?"

"New Berk." Hiccup told her. "Do you want a tour?" 

"Yeah. Sure. Why not?" She said as they began walking. 

"How long will you be staying?" Hiccup asked her as they moved to the village. 

"I'll leave tomorrow. I just thought I'd come by and see how you're doing." She shrugged and they kept walking. She pointed at a small shed. "What's that?" 

"That's where we keep all the armor and weapons." Hiccup said and they walked in. There were windows so they could see. "Oh, and you can sleep in the living room at my place."

"Thanks. Wow.." Camicazi looked at all the armor. "who made these?"

"Me." Hiccup replied. Camicazi spun around to face her.

"You?" 

"Yup." Hiccup and Camicazi walked out and Hiccup entered the Great Hall. "The Great Hall." Camicazi didn't take notice that there was two Chief chairs at the front instead of one. 

"A lot bigger than the one back at Berk." She commented and Hiccup nodded as they walked outside and into the forge. Gobber was working on a sword.

"Oh hey, Cami." Gobber said then looked back up. "Cami?!"

"Hey, Gobber!" She waved. "We need to go finished the tour now." She grabbed Hiccup's hand and Gobber laughed at Hiccup's expression then she pulled him out and Hiccup wiggled his hand free. Again a flash of hurt on her face but as soon as it was there it was gone. 

Line Break---

They were just about done with the tour when they passed the academy, or what was supposed to be the academy but is now a play area, and Camicazi stopped and looked inside. Hiccup stood next to her by the opening and watched what was inside.

Ruffnut, Martha, Nuffink, and Astrid all sat in a circle but one spot was open. Zephyr walked around the circle of people, tapping their heads while she does so. She tapped Astrid's head and giggled her three year old giggle.

"Goose!" She laughed and started running around the circle but Astrid caught up and wrapped her arms around their daughter and spun her around in the air. Astrid turned her around in her arms and kissed her forehead. "Mama! You got me!"

"Yes I did!" She hugged Zephyr. "I love you."

"I love you too, Mama!" Zephyr kissed Astrid's cheek and Nuffink waddled over to them and pulled on Astrid's skirt. 

"Mama!" Nuffink said and reached his arms up. Astrid set Zephyr down and picked up Nuffink.

"I love you too, Nuffink!" She exclaimed and Nuffink laughed then snuggled up to his mom's chest. "He's tired. We're going to get some dinner then head home."

"Alright. It was fun." Ruffnut said as she picked up Martha and walked out of the academy. Zephyr giggled and ran out of the academy. Astrid sighed and speed walked out of the academy. 

"Hi, Hiccup!" She said. "Bye, Hiccup!" She said as she passed him. Hiccup laughed and waved. 

"Who was that?" Camicazi asked.

"Astrid." He said and shrugged, trying to not make it obvious they were together because he didn't want anything to turn awkward. He remembers the last thing he said to Camicazi when she had to leave even though it was a lie.

flashback-

Camicazi hugged her eight year old best friend and kissed his cheek. "Bye, Hiccup."

"Bye, Cami." he said then looked at her tear filled eyes. He knew it was a lie because ever since his encounter with Astrid a year ago he's had a crush on the Hofferson girl. "we will find each other one day and we will marry." After all, he was just a kid and he lied to make her feel better. She smiled.

"You bet." Then she boarded the boat and took off.

end of flashback-

"Astrid?" Camicazi asked and Hiccup nodded. "She's a mom? Never thought I'd see a day when a Hofferson like her got married and had kids."

"You haven't known her for as long as her husband has." He replied but was silently thanking the gods that she hadn't noticed Zephyr's auburn hair and Nuffink's green eyes. "Lets go get dinner." 

"Alright."
