Hiccup and Astrid were peacefully sleeping with Astrid against his side and her hand on his chest. She was suddenly woken up by their two children, Zephyr and Nuffink, running into their room. Nuffink climbed up onto the bed and snuggled his way into his mother's arms while Zephyr shook Hiccup's shoulder.

"Daddy!" Zephyr shouted.

"Mommy?" Nuffink whispered in Astrid's ear. Astrid slowly opened her eyes and smiled at her little four year old boy. She reached her hand up and stroked his blonde hair.

"Yes, Nuff?" She said. He reached up and put his hand on her cheek. He was such a mama's boy.

"I'm hungry." He said with a lopsided grin, similar to Hiccup's. Astrid smiled and sat up. She looked at her still sleeping Hiccup then at her seven year old daughter who was prodding his arm.

"Hey, Zephyr, let your dad sleep. He had a long night okay?" She told her daughter. Zephyr smiled and walked over to Astrid and wrapped her arms around her legs, hugging her.

"Okay, Mommy. Can I have some breakfast?" Zephyr didn't wait for and answer and skipped out the door. Astrid chuckled. She smiled as Nuffink took her hand in his and together they walked out of the room.

They walked into the kitchen to see Zephyr trying to reach for a plate. She grabbed one but then accidentally dropped it causing it to break.

"Zephyr!" Astrid scolded her daughter. Zephyr covered her mouth with her hands and tears filled her eyes.

"Mommy, I'm sorry!" She ran up to her room. Astrid sighed and picked up the broken plate and placed it in the counter.

"Nuffink, stay downstairs." Astrid told he son then she walked up the stairs and to her daughters bedroom. She lightly knocked on the door then pushed it open to reveal Zephyr sitting on the ground by her bed with her arms around her knees crying. Astrid frowned and sat next to her.

"Zeph..." Astrid trailer off and out an arm on her daughters shaking back.

"You're mad at me." Zephyr whispered. Astrid shook her head and pulled the little girl on to her lap and rocked her.

"No, no" She stroked her hair. "I'm not mad. Sorry I freaked out. I'm sorry."

"I forgive you, Mommy. I love you." Zephyr hugged Astrid.

"I love you too." She hugged back then pulled away.  "So, eat breakfast here? Or at the Great Hall with Emerald?" Emerald was Fishlegs and Ruffnut's three year old daughter and Zephyr's best friend.

"Great Hall." Zephyr said, standing up and running out of the room and down stairs to find her brother. Astrid chuckled and walked out of the room. She opened the door to her and Hiccup's room to check on him to see him sitting on the edge of the bed strapping on his prosthetic.

"Morning, Babe." She said softly, leaning against the door frame. Hiccup looked up and smiled at his wife lovingly.

"Morning." He stood and walked over to her. She took his hand in hers interlacing their fingers and walked down the steps to meet their kids in the kitchen.
     Once they reached the kitchen Hiccup wrapped his arms around Astrid's waist and pressed his lips to hers. Astrid wrapped her arms around his neck and deepened the kiss.

Zephyr walked into the kitchen from the living room to see her parents making out. She made a face and went back to the living room. She smirked. "Nuff!"

"Yeah?" He looked up from his toys and to his sister.

"Mommy and Daddy are kissing!" She whispered. Nuffink made a face and walked into the kitchen with his sister. Zephyr made a signal and he giggled quietly.

"Ew!" They both shouted while laughing. Hiccup and Astrid jumped apart and turned to their kids. Astrid placed her hands on her hips.

"Mommy and Daddy can't kiss?" She asked with a smile on her face.

"Nope!" Nuffink shouted and ran out the door when he said his friend Jack. Astrid turned to her husband.

"He is a little ball of energy." Astrid laughed as they walked out the door, Zephyr in Hiccup's right arm, and Astrid's hand laced with his left hand.

"Tell me about it." Hiccup replied. Astrid and Zephyr  sat down at a table while Hiccup went to get some food. She looked around for her son and saw him eating with Jack's family.
      Zephyr was busy drawing in her notebook she got from Hiccup a year ago and Astrid was watching her daughter draw detailed drawings. Astrid looked up as she heard someone clear their throat.

"Um, hi. We're new here and we're wondering if we could sit here?" A woman with blonde hair in three long braids and green eyes asked. She gestured to a man with brown hair and blue eyes and a two year old girl with green eyes and brown hair. Astrid smiled at the family.

"Of course!" Astrid stuck out her hand after they sat down. "I'm Astrid."

"Layla. This is my husband Ferbious and our daughter Kyleen." Layla said.

"So where do you three come from?" Astrid asked curiously.

"We originally Cole from the Nordic Tribe but the Princess was going to become ruler and we can't stand her. So we left." Ferbious explained.

"Emmaline? And Lozack?" Astrid questioned. Layla nodded.

"Uh yeah, how do you know?" Layla eyed Astrid skeptically.

"They visited once. She kissed my boyfriend at the time. Now my husband." She said. They nodded and started eating. "When did u get here?"

"Last night. The Chief showed us around." Layla said with a smile. "He was very kind."

So that's why he was out so late, Astrid thought.

"Yeah, he is." Astrid said with a smile.

"You're close to him?" Layla asked, taking a bite of her breakfast.

"You could say that." Astrid looked around and saw Hiccup walking towards them with three plates of food. He sat next to Zephyr who was next to Astrid. He handed his wife her plate and set Zephyr's in front of her.

"Zeph, time to eat." Hiccup said. She held up a wait a minute finger as she shaded in a clear space in her drawing. She flipped to a new page to start drawing again when Astrid plucked the book out of her hand while Hiccup took the pencil out of her other hand.

"Hey!" Zephyr said.

"Eat your food. Then you can have it back." Astrid told her daughter. Hiccup smiled at Astrid in which she returned. He turned his attention to the family in front of them.

"Hey, guys!" The Chief of New Berk said.

"Hey Chief!" They replied.

"Please call me Hiccup. Everyone does. This is my wife Astrid and daughter Zephyr." Hiccup introduced.

"That's why you're close to him! Makes sense!" Layla exclaimed. Astrid nodded.

"So is Zephyr your only child?" Ferbious asked. They royal couple shook their heads.

"No, actually-" Astrid was cut off by a loud crash. They slowly turned around to see Nuffink and Jack standing by a tipped over table of food. Hiccup and Astrid facepalmed.

"You're the scolding type Astrid. Go work your magic." Hiccup said and turned back to his food. Astrid rolled her eyes stood and walked over to Nuffink.  The little boy gulped at the sight of his angered mother.

"Why the Thor would you do that?" Astrid asked, a lot harsher than she meant to. Nuffink hugged himself.

"I was dared to. I'm sorry Mama. I won't do it again." He said, eyes filling with tears. Astrid sighed because she forgave her four year old boy.

"Who dared you?" Astrid asked. Nuffink pointed at the... Jorgensen table. "Meanlout?" Meanlout was Snotlout and his wife's seven year old.

"Yeah." Nuffink nodded. Astrid stormed over to the Jorgensen table and glared at Snotlout.

Meanwhile Hiccup watched the whole thing. "Yeah. Blonde little boy? That's our son, Nuffink. Zeph is five and Nuff is four." The family nodded. Astrid continued to glare at Snotlout.

"What!?" Snotlout asked. Everyone stopped what they were doing to see what they commotion was.

"Your son dared my son to do that!" She jabbed her finger at the tipped over table. She set a hand on Nuffink's blonde head who was hugging her leg.

"So!?" Snotlout shot back, standing up from his chair and curled his hands into fists. Astrid did the same. "Are you accusing my son? Cause I am sure as Hel that he never told anyone to do that!"

"My son does not lie if that is what you are implying!" Astrid shouted.

"My son doesn't lie either!" Snotlout shouted.

"All Jorgensons lie! Not one of them is modest or humble." Astrid said menacingly. Snotlout advanced towards her but she didn't back down. Hiccup slowly stood as he saw his cousin advance towards his wife with his hands in fists and him glaring at her.

"At least my son isn't a Hofferson or a Haddock." Snotlout said just as menacing.

"You little-" Astrid was cut off by Snotlout.

"Don't finish that sentence or you'll regret it." He said, teeth clenched.

"-*insert whatever word here*." Astrid spat. Snotlout shoves Astrid to the ground hard then kicked her in the side where she had broken a rib by the same person in combat a month ago. Astrid gasped as his foot made contact with her rib.
       Hiccup's eyes widened and he stormed over to Snotlout. He glared at his cousin. "Out." Hiccup said.

"What?" Snotlout said.

"I said out. We'll talk later." Snotlout left the Great Hall. Hiccup knelt by his wife who was wincing in pain from her rib. "Come here. Let's get you to Gothi." He helped Astrid stand.

"Thanks." She whispered.

"Anything for you." He turned to the crowd. "Mom?"

"Yeah?" He heard.

"Kids!" Hiccup shouted back.

"Got it!" Valka shouted. Hiccup and Astrid walked to Gothi's.

"Do you think they're broken again?" Hiccup asked.

"No. I just think he may have bruised them but that's it." She turned and stood in front of Hiccup. She wrapped her arms around his middle and laid her head in his chest. Hiccup wrapped his arms around her and laid his head on top of hers.

"You still want to go to Gothi's or just wrap it up at home?" Hiccup asked as he rubbed her back.

"Home." she mumbled. "I wanna go sailing. Okay?"

"Whatever you say. Go wrap up your ribs and I'll grab the kids and get the boat ready."

"Okay." She pressed her lips to his and then walked towards their house.

LINE BREAK—-

Astrid walked to the docs and saw her family already in the boat. She hopped in and helped Hiccup set up the sails. Soon after they were out into the sea.

They were pretty far out into the sea and Hiccup and Astrid were sitting on the boat floor, Astrid snuggled against his side, and their kids running around them. Once they were even farther out Astrid had to adjust the sails and Hiccup had to pull a lever. Nuffink ran over to Hiccup.

"Daddy! Daddy!" He shouted, jumping up and down.

"Yeah?" Hiccup smiled and picked up his son.

"I wanna pull the lever!"

"Alright. They walked over to the front of the boat and pushed the lever down. Astrid ties the rope around a pole and Zephyr skipped to the side of the boat. Zephyr looked out into the sparkling blue ocean and saw a fish swim by. She giggled and waved at it.

   Astrid walked over to Hiccup noticing his distracted face and took Nuffink from him. She looked where Hiccup was currently looking and she saw a lot of fog and mist. Then the mist clear and.... oh my gods.

There on a rock, was Toothless, the Lightfury, and three babies. Zephyr stood next to Astrid. Toothless flew down and landed on the front of the boat. His eyes were in slits, he didn't remember them.

"Hey, Bud." Hiccup started. Toothless' eyes darted from Astrid's to Hiccups. "You remember me?" Zephyr his behind Astrid and Nuffink hid underneath her cloak. Toothless started moving towards Hiccup. Zephyr whimpered and Nuffink buries his face in her shoulder.

"It's okay. It's okay." Astrid tried to comfort her children. She put a hand on Nuffink's head and one held on to Zephyr's leg. Hiccup reached his arm out and turned his head away. Astrid watched as Toothless' eyes widened in recognition and knocked Hiccup over. Hiccup laughed.

"I'm glad to see you too, Bud!" He said. He tried to sit up but Toothless kept mocking him down.  Astrid laughed in relief as Toothless jumped around in excitement.

"How's the tail holding up? Need some oil? Some fine tinkering?" Hiccup said trying to keep Toothless' face away from his but failed causing Toothless to kick him. Astrid pulled Zephyr from behind her to next to her and Nuffink turned his head.

"He's not going to eat your father." She told them. Hiccup sat up and motioned for his kids to come up to Toothless. Zephyr's eyes were as wide as plates and Nuffink's just stared. Astrid shoves then forward a little.

"It's alright." She said.

"Put your hand out like this." Hiccup stretched his arms out to them and placed their hands on his. "That's it. Now let him come to you." The two Haddock kids reached their arms out to the dragon. Nuffink covered his eyes with his hand and Zephyr just stared scared for her life. Then, Toothless moved forward and placed her head in their hands. Nuffink's eyes widened and his hand dropped. Zephyr smiled Astrid's smile, her blue eyes shining. Hiccup stood and whispered to Toothless',
"Wanna go on a flight?" Toothless nodded enthusiastically. He turned back to his kids. "Wanna go on a flight?"

Astrid watched from a far, a little teary eyed, and a small sad smile on her face. She couldn't help but feel a little jealous. I mean who wouldn't? You haven't seen your dragon in ten years and then your husbands just shows up but yours doesn't? Can you really blame her?

"I do! I do!" Nuffink shouted and jumped up and down.

"Okay. Zeph?" Hiccup asked. Zephyr shook her head, noticing her mother's saddened face.

"I'm staying with Mommy." She said and grabbed Astrid's hand. Hiccup looked at his wife and frowned at her faraway look.

"Astrid?" She didn't answer. "Astrid?" She shook her head and looked at him. "Are you okay if I take Nuff on a flight?" Astrid have him a forced smile.

"No of course not! Have fun!" She said. Hiccup walked over to her and pecked her lips.

"If she let you, you could ride the Lightfury?" Hiccup proposed. Astrid shook her head, yess filling her eyes.

"No, you and Nuffink go have fun. Zephyr and I will just, uhh" She looked around. "Count fishes in the water. B-because, never mind." She started walking away but Hiccup grabbed her arm.

"Astrid, talk to me." He said.

"Because, I would rather be riding my dragon too but I can't so go have fun okay?" She snapped, a tear falling out of her eye. Hiccup's eyebrows furrowed.

"You want to ride with Nuffink and me?" He asked.

"No. Someone needs to watch Zephyr." She said. "N-now please go before I feel worse." Hiccup kissed her cheek before walking back over to Toothless and Nuffink.

"Come on, Zephyr. What do you wanna do?" She asked her daughter.

"I want to-" Zephyr was cut off by a squawk. Astrid's eyes widened in recognition. She looked to the sky and saw a figure flying towards the boat. Hiccup watched the dragon fly to the boat and land on the back of the boat. Astrid covered her mouth with her hands as her eyes filling with tears again.

"Stormfly?" Astrid said, her voice cracking. Stormfly squawked and nuzzled Astrid. Astrid hugged her dragon and Zephyr and Nuffink looked at her with wonder. Hiccup walked over and hugged Stormfly, resting a hand on his wife's back. They pulled away. "I-I missed you girl!"

"Mommy?" Zephyr asked.

"Yes?" Astrid smiled.

"Can I ride your dragon with you?" Astrid's smile widened.

"Yeah! Of course!" She looked to see Hiccup and Nuffink already gone. She helped Zephyr on and then hopped on behind her. "Stormfly, up!" Stormfly took to the sky and they laughed. They flew by Hiccup a few minutes later and she motioned with her head and he smirked at her. He flew above them and dropped Nuffink behind her. He heals on to her shoulders. Hiccup flew beneath them and came back up beside them.

  Zephyr looked at Astrid and she nodded. Zephyr stood and with her parents help hopped on to Toothless in front of Hiccup.
She looked at Nuffink and smiled at him. He wrapped his arms around her neck and they took off flying.

The Haddock family continued flying on their dragons all day, never wanting the day to end.

I'm thinking on doing a one shot where Hiccup from the past comes and they need to figure out how to bring him back. (Between HTTYD 2 and HTTYD : so they'd wear the same stuff as in the third movie) and then like a month later Astrid from the past and pretty much the same thing happened.

Anyway I take requests.
