Johann is apparently a skilled thief

So something happens in this chapter, which in my opinion, is really bad.  Not like why did you do this its horrible and you're gonna pay for it kind of bad, or maybe it sort of is.  But it's more of seriously, I can't deal with this right now kind of bad.

Also, it's another part of the chapter with the traitor's POV because it's important to the plot line.

And Amber Rivers is her full name, BTW.

The name came to me in a dream where Regina from Once Upon a Time locked Amber in a closet and called her "Ms. Rivers".  My dreams are so weird, idk anymore...but if it helps me come up with names for my OC, then I'm cool with it.

anyways, onto the chapter!

bold =  my thoughts on trade----traitor Johann

------------------------------------------------

Johann's POV:

Another item to add to the list Why Amber Rivers must be dealt with, which is the fact that I lost a bet to her and now I have no more money.

So far, the list consists of:

- she took my throwing knives

-her wingless dragons like to play Fetch the Traitor

-I am not a traitor (<-----LIES)

-she made macarons successfully and now I have no more money

-she wouldn't tell me how to become a hybrid

-she locked me in the freezers in this ice cream place, Dairy Queen

-she froze me in Bewilderbeast ice

-she shot arrows at my legs and arms

-she killed me and resurrected me, which is not a fun experience

-she won't tell me where to find Light Furies.  (it's not like I'll sell them to Drago or anything...)

So that's the list so far, and I think that there will be more to add to it soon.

I'm currently hiding in the attic, which has the weirdest things in it, like a box labelled Dragon Eye Lenses, boxes labelled Stuff I took from CHB, stuff from TH/LOTR andRaptor Squad necessities and random discarded weapons.  There were also random mannequins with different suits of armor on them.  One was blue, and had a matching helmet in the shape of a Nadder head, an orange one with a large cape, and matching green ones, though one was more feminine than the other.

(basically, Astrid's Snotlout's and the twins' armor from HTTYD 3.  Even though I haven't watched the movie yet, I've seen their armor in promo pics and wanted to include them)

Wait, the box that was labelled Dragon Eye Lenses.  Could it be the key to yours truly being the richest man on earth?

I grabbed the box, taking care to not make any sounds, and opened it.  I peered inside and found a single lens.  It was a basic Dragon Eye Lens, though the metal frame was a dark color and the glass in the middle was a pale, red color.  Wow, disappointing, it's probably broken beyond repair.  Might as well take it and see if I can find the dragon eye around this place.

I rummaged around in the box that had the letters CHB written on it, and found a hat, a necklace of clay beads and a regular bow and arrow set.  Thank god the arrows weren't the weird, barbed and probably poisoned ones that Amber uses.

Well, nothing useful in this box.  Though maybe I could use the necklace as leverage against her.

Next box!!!!!!!  Wow, I sound so excited, like a kid getting what they wanted for Snoggletog.

In the Raptor Squad necessities box, I found dead rats and what looked like a bone.  Nope, let's put that away.

I placed the box of dead rats away and turned to the last box, which was the biggest and was really heavy when I tried lifting it.

I managed to pull the box off the shelf.  Thankfully, it was on the bottommost layer and didn't make a huge sound when it slid off and hit the floor of the attic.  Inside, I found more sets of armor, though they appeared to be built for people of higher rank, like myself and Drago, (LIESSSS, Johann, you filthy liar, you're not a high ranking person) and there were also a wide variety of different weapons.  And by that I mean there were at least twenty different blades inside that box.

I dug around, hoping to find something that I could use as leverage, like the necklace from the CHB box.  I found a box that said things for the guy who denied my friends help and it was locked, but had the key dangling at the side.  Inside the box, I found a pile of white, shimmery stones.  Oh, well.  That's not useful.  Another thing I found was another set of bow and arrows.  It wasn't Amber's, but I had the feeling that this has some sort of meaning to the crazy hybrid girl, so I took it.

After a good two hours of digging around the attic, I left with a clay bead necklace, a bow and arrow set, a crest with a bird on it, a white horn broken in half, and an obsidian arrowhead necklace.  Oh, and the dragon eye lens was tucked away in a pouch, hidden in my clothes.

Now to not let them notice me.  After the few months of sneaking around Amber's house, I've gotten good at going around unnoticed.

I decided that I should see whether the items I took hold any significant meaning to Amber so I left the clay bead necklace on the dining table.  I hid inside the pantry and watched through the clear glass door.

Normal POV:

"Guys?" Amber called.  She was standing at the kitchen table, holding the necklace.  "Which one of you went up to the attic?"

"It wasn't me!" Tuff shouted.

"We were downstairs the whole day, lecturing Snotlout on why he shouldn't hog all the macarons and only leave one." Astrid said.

"They were good!" Snotlout defended himself.

"I know they're good, but right now, I need to know why my CHB necklace is on the table." Amber said, her anger showing slightly.

"CHB?" Hiccup wondered.

"Camp Half Blood.  For people of special descent."

"So you're one of those people?" Fishlegs asked.

"Sure, but who went up to my attic?" she asked.

"The only time we went up there was to hide from the dinosaurs who bets, the guy with the curly hair who is also pyrokinetic, and the owner of the black rock Snotlout was playing with." Ruff said. (basically the Raptor squad, Leo Valdez, and Kili)

"Wait, they chased you around the house?" Amber asked, her anger forgotten in a moment.

"Yeah." Ruff nodded.

"Umm, Amber," Obsidian popped up with Smaug beside him.  "We're being watched."

"Wow, that reference..." Amber laughed before sobering up.  "Being watched by who?"

"We're being watched?" Snotlout panicked.  "Oh, no, is it the wimpy traitor guy?"

"I think so." Smaug said a little too happily.  "I stole this shiny metal ring thingy from him!!"  He nudged a Dragon Eye lens forwards.

Inside the pantry, Johann fumbled around his pouch in shock before realizing that the lens the weird grey and beige creature nudged was the dragon eye lens he took from the attic.

"I'm gonna kill Johann...." Amber muttered and stalked away to the attic.

"Where are you going?" Hiccup asked.

"To the attic to see if that traitor took anything else!  My stuff isn't even safe in my own house anymore!"

The gang watched on in silence, while staring at the Dragon Eye lens the Sword Stealer/Niffler was playing with.

"I wonder what she has in her attic that's so precious to her." Tuff mused.

"Well, remember the time you took her weapons and she left you chained up above a pit of lava?" Ruff asked.

"Please don't bring that up..." Tuff muttered.  "And it was only a small knife, barely the size of my hand."

"Well, those were only weapons." Astrid pointed out.

"Yeah, and I'm willing to bet that she's going to scream and shout about her things being taken again." Snotlout said.

"How do you know?" Fishlegs asked.

"Well, we just wait until she drops something in surprise." Hiccup began, having seen Amber break down in her craft room while wrapping presents before.

"Yep, and then we wait approximately three seconds." Snotlout continued.

A loud thud was heard from upstairs.

"Three, two, one..." Astrid counted down to herself.

"If this works, I'm gonna--" Fishlegs was cut off be a loud scream of rage.

"WHO IN THEIR RIGHT STATE OF MIND WOULD TAKE THAT??"  was heard and was followed by several loud crashes.  "No.............he took it....why?"

"Is she ok?" Hiccup asked.  "We should go check on her."

"Make sure she doesn't have any weapons, cousin." Snotlout said as Hiccup followed the shouts and yelling to the attic.  The gang followed Hiccup, though they stood a bit further back because they didn't want to face Amber's wrath.

Hiccup opened the attic door, which revealed a set of stairs.

"So, who's going up there first?" he asked nervously.
