Normal POV:

Nyki was showing the twins some spells with her wand.  

"Ok, now watch this!  Aguamenti!!!" Nyki chanted and a jet of water shot out and hit Tuff in the face.

"That's so cool!" Tuff shouted, ignoring the water dripping down his face.  "Hey, Amber.  Can we get cool magic sticks as well?"

"No." Amber said immediately.  "Who knows what you and Ruff will do if you had wands."

"We could use that cool fire spell that magic girl used on Snotlout." Tuff exclaimed.

"Oh, Thor, no!" Snotlout shouted.

"We won't do anything bad." Ruff tried to reason.  "Maybe use the fire spell and the water spell.  But that's it, I promise."

"No." Amber said.

"But--"

"NO." she raised her voice.  "Besides, Nyki and I have to duel now."

"Cool!  Will you be using a magic stick as well?" Fishlegs asked, forgetting that it's called a wand.

"Maybe."

Nyki appeared and she had her wand out along with a thornblade sheathed at her hip.

"I'm ready!" she exclaimed.  "You Riders can be the judges on this."

Hiccup nodded and motioned for the Riders to follow him and sit on some bleachers at the side of the training room.

"You can start in three, two---" Snotlout began and was cut off by Amber nocking an arrow and shooting it at Nyki.  It happened so fast the Riders didn't have time to register what happened.  Nyki saw it coming, because she had seen Amber pause for a split second to aim.

"Arresto Momentum!!!" she shouted and the arrow stopped flying and hovered in mid air, stopping an inch away from her shoulder.  The Riders gaped at her fast reflexes.  Ruff and Tuff found their pom-poms and started cheering again.  "Depulso!"  The arrow flew in Amber's direction.  She snatched it out of mid air and tucked it back in her quiver.  Astrid's jaw fell open.  "Carpe Retractum!!" Nyki chanted and some invisible force pulled Amber's bow away from her.  It clattered to the ground several feet away from her.

"Aww, I was hoping you wouldn't use that one." Amber said, annoyance evident on her face.  She didn't bother to take her quiver off, and instead took out her wand.  "Diminuendo!"  Nyki's thornblade shrunk to the size suitable for a doll.

"That was my favorite!" she complained.  "Expelliarm---"

A portal appeared between the dueling girls, causing Nyki to stop casting her spell.  The Riders all came down to see what was going on.

"That wasn't there before." Snotlout remarked.

"Oh, thank you so much for telling me!" Amber said sarcastically.  "And here I thought I was the only one who could see the portal!"

"Amber, enough with the sarcasm." Astrid said.  "What's that?"

"Well, my dear Astrid," Ruff began.

"It appears to be a portal." Tuff concluded.  "A swirling, purple and blue portal."

"You don't say?" Hiccup said dryly.

"Ahhh!!! There's something coming out of it!" Fishlegs shouted.

A pale figure emerged from the portal.  Amber's pupils turned into dragon-like slits and she growled under her breath.  Nyki readied her wand.  "Not him, anyone but him, please.  Don't let it be him." she muttered.

"Hey, it's Commander Metal Arm!  Hello!!" Snotlout exclaimed.  "That's so--"

"Not cool." Nyki finished.

"And don't interact with the enemy." Amber added.

"I wasn't gonna say that." Snotlout said.  "I was gonna say that's so cool that he appeared out of a portal."

"How could you say that?" she asked.  "He must die because he killed them.  Avada Kedavra!!!"  Green light shot out of her wand and the pale orc fell to the ground, dead.

"Protego Diabolis!" Nyki shouted and the corpse burst into flames and disintegrated.  "Amber, you need to stop using the killing curse.  It's bad for your sanity."

"The sanity that I lost a long time ago.  But because I used said killing curse, our problem is now solved." Amber said happily and drew her twin daggers and throwing them at Nyki.

"Didn't she use hunting knives last time?" Snotlout asked.

"Oh, she has at least ten knives concealed on her body." Nyki said, casting a shield charm which caused the knives to bounce away.  "Plus a sword at her hip and her bow and arrows."

"TEN?!" Tuff asked.

"And a sword?" Ruff asked.  She looked and saw the sword Nyki was talking about.  A long Deathsong Iron blade with intricate flame designs on the blade.

"Sometimes, it goes up to fifteen.  Depends on how she's feeling actually." Nyki said and took out the knife in her boot.  She ran towards Amber and sliced downwards, only to have her spin away and grab her bow.  She nocked an arrow and it shot towards Nyki, who dodged it.  It impaled in the wall next to Snotlout's face.

"Protego Diabolica!" Nyki chanted and was surrounded by a ring of flame.  "Hold on, let me take a picture of that first." she said and took a picture of Snotlout's terrified expression with the arrow next to his ear.

"Take this!" Nyki shot out an object from her arm projectile launcher.

Amber caught it and immediately dropped it onto a soft cushion, as it turned out to be filled with Slitherwing venom.  "Are you trying to kill me?" she asked.  "Everte Statum!"  Nyki was thrown backwards.  Amber ran towards her, dropping into a roll to avoid the knife being flung at her head and came up holding another knife to Nyki's neck.

"Ok, stop, you win." Nyki said.  "Well, this has been fun.  Bye Dragon Riders!" she waved and disappeared.

"Where'd she go?" Fishlegs asked.

"She apparated somewhere else." Amber said.  "Snotlout, can you get me that ball that Nyki shot at me?"

Snotlout picked it up.  "What is it?"

"It's filled with Slitherwing venom.  The casing is very fragile.  Be careful."

"That venom can kill you within hours!" Fishlegs exclaimed.

"Yes." Amber nodded and carefully poured the venom into a vial.  She proceeded to dip her arrows in the poison.

"Smart." Astrid commented.

"Do you have the cure?" Fishlegs asked, clearly concerned for her well being.

"Yes, sap, angel fern root, and of course, the venom." Amber said, mixing up the cure and putting it away on a high shelf.  "Do not touch unless you want to spend the rest of your life with only one arm.  Yes, that was for you, Tuff, and your sister."

"What should we do now?" Snotlout asked.

"You could stop talking." Amber said with a straight face.

"Ooh, she got you there." Ruff snickered.

"How about let's play hide and go---" Amber got cut off by the person we all hate most.

"Why hello there, Dragon Riders and Ms. Amber!" Johann said enthusiastically.

Amber nocked an arrow and pointed it at Johann's forehead, causing him to back up into the twins, who pushed him forwards.  "Don't think I won't kill you, traitor.  It would be my pleasure." she growled, pulling the bowstring more taut.  (These references need to stop appearing.) 

"You wound me, when have I ever betrayed you?" Johann asked.

"I'm not gonna answer that.  I'm going to go keep training." Amber said and walked away to the archery/knife throwing section.  

"Master Hiccup, are those Night Fury ears on your head?" Johann asked curiously.

"Umm.  Yes, my cousin is a night fury.  Ask Amber how that happened.  I'm sure she'd love to tell you." Snotlout said sarcastically.

"Master Snotlout, your hand is on fire." Johann said nervously.

"Wow, how did I not notice that?" Snotlout rolled his eyes.

"Ms. Amber!" Johann called just as Amber picked up a throwing knife.

"What?" she whirled around and threw the knife at Johann.  It grazed his ear and stuck in a spider dummy behind him.

"If you would kindly stop throwing weapons around at people, I would be very thankful." Johann said.

"If you think I'm going to do that just so you could attack us, you're mistaken!" Amber turned back to shoot at the targets.

"Why is Master Hiccup a Night Fury hybrid?"

"So you know about hybrids?"

"I saw that girl who looked like a Light Fury.  I thought Light Furies were only a myth!"

"Light Furies are real, I've seen them before." Amber said and shot another arrow which hit dead center.  "And that was my friend, Lizz."

"Can I--"

"Can you leave?"  she asked.

"Why is Master Snotlout not screaming even though his hand is on fire?"

"Why are you asking questions that you know I won't answer?" she turned back around.  "Look, I don't what you're playing at, but you need to leave before I cut off one of your limbs or something."

"You won't do that!" Johann exclaimed.  "Would you?  Would she cut off your limbs?" he asked Astrid.

"I dunno.  She hasn't done that to any of us, but we're not traitors like she said." Astrid shrugged.  "You could go find out and then tell us!"

"Ms. Amber, can you please---" Johann got cut off by four dinosaurs running in.

"Blue!  Echo, Delta and Charlie!" Amber put away her weapons and hugged the dinosaurs, who didn't bite her head off.  "Look, it's the traitor!" she pointed to Johann, who backed up nervously.  "You still like to play fetch the traitor, right?" In response, the raptors took off after a screaming Johann.

"Welp, that solves the problem!" Tuff said enthusiastically.

"Indeed it does." Fishlegs nodded.

For those of you who don't know who Commander Metal Arm is, that's what Snotlout calls Azog the Defiler in this book.  Azog is the main antagonist in The Hobbit trilogy.

I also mentioned the four raptors of Jurassic World.  RIP, Echo, Delta and Charlie.  You will be missed.
