Virus Problem.

They grouped up with Wildfire as Saber hummed.

"I can see the concern. That Virus has held the Underworld in a vice grip. But it particularly holds the area where Svarog hides out." She closed her eyes. "I've been trying to keep it at bay, but it laughs at me." Sampo sighed.

"The Virus also keeps us out. So we can't approach Svarog without the Virus attacking." Seele sighed.

"Saber's been our only plan, but..." Imbibitor Lunae scoffed as March smiled.

"Well, that changes now. We have an Outcast on our side." Bronya gave a look.

"A what?" Caelus giggled at the Dragon's face. Stelle had to intercept him so that he didn't murder the princess. March hummed as she grabbed her ear.

"Nothing. Now. Shall we?"

~

Dan Heng was left with Natasha while the rest went to the Robot's Hideout. March gulped at the towering presence.

"It looks bigger up close."

"Yeah..." Bronya gave a look as Imbibitor Lunae stepped forward.

"You guys focus on Svarog. I got Mr Rude here." March nodded as they charged forward. Sampo and March grabbed their ears as the Virus and Outcast clashed.

"I would like to ask Gepard how the hell he doesn't get annoyed."

"Agreed- ow-" Caelus, who had taken out his headphones, giggled as they neared the robot.

~

Upon getting their answers, they got out of the area. Caelus giggled.

"Go dragon go!" The others giggled as March's eyes shifted.

"Woah..." Sampo hummed as Saber paused.

"You'd think they were dancing."

"Oh they are Saber. Dancing alongside death." March chuckled as Imbibitor Lunae forced the Virus to vanish. He then took a second before joining them. March let a yelp lose as the Dragon leaned against her.

"Oh come on-" Stelle and Caelus giggled as she sighed. "Right. Back to the puppet. Come on you..." Bronya showed visible confusion as the trailblazers ran off.

"Huh-"

~

Imbibitor Lunae rested on Dan Heng's shoulders as the puppet stood still, doing much better at holding the weight of the Outcast compared to March. The others waited before he finally spoke.

"I'm here..." March paused as he shifted. "Sorta... More than before." She nodded.

"Ok. Now we need to find this Stellaron. It's not down here... it has to be up." Sampo hummed as Bronya paused.

"Stellaron? I think I know where you need to be. Though... I don't know if it's a good idea." March gave a look. "The... Silvermane Guards spread a rumor about an area that is haunted. It's supposed to be their training ground and restricted to only them. But... only Gepard goes there. Me, my mother and Gepard are the only people who can allow people to enter there."

"Wait..." March paused. "Haunted... how so?" Bronya gulped.

"Over the course of several years, there has been a build up of mysterious events that caused guards to believe it was haunted. Attacks getting slammed against the ground near people, the feeling of people watching, something running passed people. Things like that. Gepard is the only Silvermane Guard to enter." Caelus finally spoke.

"Are you sure it's haunted?"

"I'm pretty sure this whole nation is haunted." March lost it as Stelle spoke.

"I knew we were surrounded by stupidity." Sampo snorted softly as March grabbed her mouth.

"We going into haunted territory! Let's go!" Bronya panicked as the trailblazers chuckled.

"That's not funny! You could end up dead!" March smiled.

"I want to see them try. Hey Stelle!" The glitch had gotten behind the princess and slammed her sword to the ground. Bronya screamed before vanishing behind Seele.

"THIS PLACE IS HAUNTED!" The others lost it as Stelle grinned, happy with her actions. Imbibitor Lunae gulped as the group calmed down.

"We should get going. Who knows how long we have to get to the Stellaron." March nodded.

"Let's go." Natasha hummed.

"How about a rest? You guys could use it after what happened at the Robot Settlement." They nodded at that.

~

Bronya paused as Caelus went up to her. It took him a second to climb onto the bench she was on, but he eventually sat next to her.

"You know ghosts not real, right?" She looked away.

"It doesn't seem like that." He giggled before she shot a look. "What's so funny?" He held out his goggles.

"Take a look. You can see what keeps slamming behind you." She gave a look before taking the goggles and holding them to her eyes. A silver haired female was messing with Caelus's hair as he tried to wave her off, getting no success. "Stelle, leave my hair alone." She merely giggled before nodding to the princess. Bronya paused as she gave the goggles back.

"I..." She paused as he smiled.

"That's probably what goes on in the so-called 'haunted' place. It's probably just people like my sis being funny." He then yelped as Stelle tickled his sides. "No! Sis!" He quickly jumped down and ran off, probably getting chased. Bronya giggled softly before she paused. Was he right?

~

They grouped up before discovering Bronya had gone ahead. Knowing this, they had no choice but to follow. They went to Serval's Workshop since the route to the Restricted Zone was off limits.

"Bronya couldn't have dropped an access card for us before she left, but ok." Serval scoffed.

"I don't even see why you would want to go. It's haunted."

"That's the exact reason we want to go." March fired before Caelus added to her comment.

"Ghostbusters!" He high fived March as he giggled. Lynx frowned.

"That would work. Ghosts are impossible to hit." Caelus glared at her.

"I'm the best Ghostbuster of the Cosmics. No ghost escapes me!" Imbibitor Lunae sighed.

"Yeah. He's already busted me. And he doesn't need to touch me." March laughed softly as Caelus grinned. Serval sighed.

"Well, I doubt that'll get you through the barricade." Caelus frowned as Stelle growled. Imbibitor Lunae went to intercept her when a voice graced the Eclipse.

"Must I enter at the most inconvenient times?" Imbibitor Lunae and Stelle turned as Osane, the messenger from Gepard's forces, joined them. Seele kept arguing with the two sisters as she spoke. "Captain Gepard sends word to you. You have been granted temporary access to the Silvermane Restricted Zone." Stelle paused as March fired a comment at the argument.

"How to tell them?"

"Watch and learn." She stepped outside as the argument raged on. Suddenly something flew through the open window and struck the counter, silencing the room. March got up and pulled the item, now identifying as an arrow, and looked at the note attached.

"Interesting... 'to all that dare, you have been given access to the Silvermane Restricted Zone by Captain Gepard. Come if you dare.'" Serval paused as Lynx frowned.

"Wait... how's that possible... Who sent that?" March had a look on her face before she spoke.

"Whoever it was... it doesn't matter. Let's go."

~

Serval and Lynx chose to join them as they showed the letter to the guards, who wished them luck. Upon entering, Imbibitor Lunae gasped.

"This..." March paused. "An Elliptical Takeover." March's eyes shifted as she gasped.

"Oh- Caelus-" He fumbled with his goggles. "I knew there was an army back there. But this-" The smaller boy got the goggles on before he gasped. Seele giggled at the sisters' confusion.

"Woah..." Stelle glanced at the Outcast as he silenced the Puppet.

"What..."

"This... is what happens when the Eclipse is in full control of a place. It is a paradise to them." She gulped as Seele smiled at Lynx and Serval.

"What you don't believe will get you killed. Let's go. I'm sure Gepard is waiting for us." March nodded.

"Right. Stelle, Saber. Lead the way." The two Glitches went forward and led the way. The Silvermane Guards on the other side directed them to the Captain. March had words ready for him until they got there.

"Um..." March gulped at the sight. The Guards were weakly resting in the area while Gepard didn't look much better. Christiania was trying to get him to rest as March took a breath.

"Something tells me the frontlines aren't looking good." She stepped forward, the others staying back as she stayed a few steps behind the captain. "Well well well. Look who it is. Captain Gepard who apparently talks to walls. By the way, Lady Bronya would like to comment that the rest of Belobog is haunted." He slowly placed down the papers in his hands before turning around. Yeah, he did not look good.

"I got someone who says you talk to walls too."

"Yeah. I told you so. Now, what's... the problem?" He took a steady breath, knowing she could see the rest of the guard. A sound pierced the air, forcing March to grab her ear. Gepard took the chance to move around her, leaving them to the area. Serval tried to call out to him, but got silence in response. March blinked twice before going over to the table, where Saber had gone to.

"By the Amber Lord..." March scanned it. "This is a warzone. This formation... the enemies... there's a- oh-" March gulped before turning.

"We need to get to the front lines. The situation is a lot worse than we thought." Serval went over and scanned the paper.

"Dear Amber Lord..." She then paused. "We can't fight this on our own." Lynx then spoke after looking over the paper as well.

"I'll catch up to you guys. You go meet up with Gepard and start pushing through."

~

Imbibitor Lunae gulped at the looming figure on the other side.

"Yeah. This is a great idea. This thing is bigger than the one down below. And with who all is here, I need all these men to pull out." Saber gulped.

"But without them, the frontlines fall apart. We need a new plan." March gulped. On the other side, Gepard's weakened state was visible. But he continued to push the enemy back. Serval gulped.

"How are we doing this?"

"We have double the problems as it is. We need to figure out how to push the enemy back while helping the guards. But..." Stelle gulped before Seele spoke.

"Send Stelle and Saber in first to allow the guards to start pulling out. We just need to get an opening to deal with the bigger problems. I don't know what it looks like on the other side, but we need to start a push." They nodded before the two Glitches raced forward. Seele glanced at Serval. "Try to convince your brother to let us take the battle. It may not work, but it may give us a chance." Serval gulped.

"I'll try. But we're not really on speaking terms." She took a deep breath. "Gepard!"

Meanwhile, Stelle's healing hit the army before her sword joined Saber's fist in pushing the enemy back. The Virus nearly took them out, though they were both able to escape. Imbibitor Lunae gulped as he scanned the field. There were still too many of them. Most of the Eclipse enemies were few in numbers. But the Virus made the threat rise up. They just needed to get the Eclipse Silvermane Guards off the field. More physical fighters would do the trick.

~

Stelle had to pull out, not having a lot of power to continue. She rested with Caelus as Saber, with a far superior power source, pushed the enemy back. The problem wasn't the Eclipse army nor the Fragmentum. It was just the Virus. March gulped as Saber jumped out of the way of the Virus's attack. Serval cursed as Gepard pushed another wave of attacks back.

"Great... now what?" March went to speak when something fired from behind, hitting a fragmentum in the face. Gepard paused, the shot flying right past his ear. The two groups turned as Lynx called out.

"I brought backup!" The younger girl joined them with Pela and a small raid force of Silvermane Guard. Pela nodded to them.

"We'll take the main fight from here. I'm sure you have a plan for the main problem?" March nodded.

"Battlefield's yours." Saber had jumped back as Serval guided Gepard to sit down. He looked confused as Pela nodded.

"Right. Let's go guys!" The backup charged forward as March took Dan Heng. Imbibitor Lunae hummed.

"Now that the Eclipse forces are out of the way, I can take over." March smiled as she grabbed an ear. The Outcast flew up to meet its level. "You chose the wrong time to start this war. It's time to end this."

~

They grouped up after the fight to allow for both sets of forces to recover. While the backup was mostly unharmed, Gepard and his forces had scars of battle. Only one Glitch was unharmed as they rested. Pela sighed as she was able to dress the cut on the captain's head.

"Sometimes I wonder how you don't end up dead." He stayed quiet as she finished. Then he spoke.

"Why..." Lynx smiled.

"When looking at the notes you left on the table, I was able to see an opening. You should be accepting help." He took a second before speaking again.

"Why..." Apparently his question was not answered as he attempted again. He took a second before he looked up at Pela. "Why did you guys..." Pela smiled.

"Just because you and all your little friends spooked the guards into thinking this place is haunted doesn't mean we're not going to send backup when requested. Actually, Madam Cocolia sent us word that you might need help." The look he gave said everything.

"Huh?" Pela nodded.

"Madam Cocolia sent a message back saying that something was off about the frontlines and to be ready for a distress call." She nodded to Lynx. "While Lynx didn't have that, we took her request for backup as one." She then smiled at him as confusion followed. "Madam Cocolia could never tell how the frontlines were doing because you were never fully open about it. So she relied on the little info she could pull from you to understand something wasn't right. You could've told us there was something your forces could fight." He lowered his head.

"I wanted to... but we didn't have anything that could fight it." March frowned.

"Yeah, but fighting it with regular forces is a lot safer than having Glitches do it." Imbibitor Lunae nodded as Stelle was able to slowly channel healing through to the deathly injured members. Gepard gulped.

"I never said my thinking was smart. But I just know that we didn't have the fighting force to take on the enemy." He then glared at Serval, who was pestering Caelus as he cheered his sister on. "As for why I hid it, I was dealing with nuisances." Serval's target changed quickly.

"Excuse me?" He looked away as Seele intercepted her. "No! Repeat that!" He stayed quiet as Pela sighed.

"Yeah. We get it. But that shouldn't have meant you had to hide it from the Supreme Guardian." He gave her a look.

"Lady Bronya was part of the problem. Whenever I tried to talk about the battle, she would be mocking me, always saying 'I don't see how you can hold a battle with no men' and stuff like that." March chuckled.

"I'm sure that changed." Imbibitor Lunae finally fired back.

"Maybe you should use a filter." Caelus started chuckling as March took a second.

"Imbibitor Lunae, you just wait till you get out here. I will smite your ass into the ground."

"Good luck with that." He then went back to helping Saber care for the wounded. She huffed as Gepard laid down, tired from the frontlines. Pela knelt down and covered him with a blanket.

"You rest. We'll take care of the front." He nodded softly before drifting off. Pela then stood up.

"Let's go. We have to start pushing back." Saber hummed.

"I'll stay here. There are still a lot of injured people here." March nodded.

"We have to move anyway. It's time to end the eternal winter."
