Kunti came to the bhavan of Arjun and went straight to the room of Anaahat and found Draupadi also there, both of them were

"And then he spread his Angvastra, and asked me to sleep on it so the hard ground wouldn't bother me." Anaahat said with a wide smile.

"Oh Mahadev, that is so sweet." Draupadi said.

Kunti smiled seeing them, and then knocked on the door, causing them both to look at her.

"Mata ?" Anaahat muttered as they both stood up.

"Forgive us Mata, we didn't see you there." Draupadi said.

"Don't be sorry. I am here to tell you both a marvellous news." Kunti said coming inside.

"What Mata ?" Anaahat asked as Kunti sat down beside both her and Draupadi.

"Maharaj Dhritrashtra has said that we won't be leaving for Khandavprasth now but after Karwa-chauth. You both along with Bhanumati will get a chance to perform your first Karwa-chauth." Kunti said.

"That is a wonderful idea Mata." Draupadi said.

"How will be do this vrat ?" Anaahat asked.

"Since Draupadi is spending her year with Yudhishthir, thus she shall perform this vrat of him and Anaahat you have to do it for Arjun only. It is a tough one though, you both have to do full Sringar and keep Nirjali vrat till the moon rises, then your husband will make you drink water. But this is for the long life of your husbands." Kunti said.

"If this ensures long life of Kumar Arjun then I will do it." Anaahat smiled.

"You will ?" Kunti asked.

"Yes." Anaahat nodded.

"Bless you child." Kunti kissed her forehead.

Kunti was happy that Anaahat agreed to the Karwa-chauth, finally she seems to be ready to take on the duties of Arjun's wife.

"Mata, when is Karwa-chauth ?" Draupadi asked.

"It is tomorrow." Kunti said.

"Tomorrow ?" Both Draupadi and Anaahat gasped.

"There are so many things to do...." Draupadi muttered.

"Garments and jewelleries have to be picked.... Then chandan paste, milk bathing, all the shuddhi-snaan has to be done...." Anaahat muttered.

"Time is less, so I suggest you all to do shudhi-snaan and Alta application today only, tomorrow you won't get chance due to vrat and puja." Kunti said.

On the other side Yudhishthir had informed this news of Karwa-chauth to the rest of Pandavas. Listening to this Arjun got worried.

'Won't Anaahat be uncomfortable doing the vrat ? I have to tell that she is under no obligation to perfom Karwa-chauth.' Arjun thought.

"Jyesht, I remembered an important work, so I shall take your leave now." Arjun said.

"Certainly Arjun." Yudhishthir nodded and then Arjun left.
