Purandhari showed everyone there room, and lastly escorted both Arjun and Anaahat to the same room.

"Rajkumari, had we known Rajkumar Arjun would get married and bring his wife when constructing the mansion, we would have made a special room for you." Purandhari said.

"It's fine, Rajkumari will stay with me in my room only." Arjun said.

Anaahat looked at him as he gave her an assuring nod.

"Y-yeah, we shall." Anaahat said.

"As you prefer. If you need anything then the servants will be standing right outside at your service." Purandhari said.

She then took her leave while Arjun and Anaahat went inside their room, closing the door. A frown appear on their faces seeing its architecture.

"There are no windows." Anaahat said.

"Nor any balconies." Arjun muttered.

"Purochan said that he and his sons used all there knowledge in this bhavan, but forgot to take care of ventilation ?" Anaahat asked.

"This place although magnificent, seems odd." Arjun said.

At that moment Anaahat remembered Karn's behaviour before they left Hastinapur. His eyes carried tears, as if he will never see her again.

She sat down at the dressing table, removing her jewelleries. Arjun too started removing his as they both were in deep thinking.

"Mata said that there was a rivalry between the sons of Tatshree and you 5 brothers. Was it simple quarreling between cousins or something more ?" Anaahat asked.

"It certainly wasn't restricted to quarreling." Arjun said.

"What do you mean ?" Anaahat asked.

"It was enmity. So far that once Bhrata Duryodhan poisoned Bhrata Bheem, almost killing him." Arjun said.

"So if it was so serious as to one is trying to kill another, then why was there a sudden change in Rajkumar Duryodhan's attitude ?" Anaahat asked.

"He accepted Jyesht as Yuvraj, now everything seems well." Arjun said.

"Do you really think someone can change so fast ?" Anaahat asked.

"If they see the light of Dharma then yes." Arjun said.

"True. But are you sure Rajkumar Duryodhan has seen that light ?" Anaahat asked.

At that Arjun looked at her as she came and laid down on the bed. Her words put him in deep thoughts.

"You were worried before coming here, was there a specific reason ?" Arjun asked.

"Yesterday after visiting Mata, I saw Karn on my way to our bhavan. He stopped me and adamantly told me not to go to Varnavart. At first I thought he doesn't want me to be with you so I didn't payed much heed. But then...." Anaahat stopped remembering Karn's pleading eyes.

"But then what ?" Arjun asked.

"But then this morning when we were paying respects to the family, I saw that Angraj had tears in his eyes not because of jealousy, not because of me and you being together..... For some other reason, I couldn't contemplate. He didn't want me to come here." Anaahat said.

"I see." Arjun nodded falling in deep thinking.
