You will not feel symptoms the day after- because nothing has happened yet. You aren't pregnant the day after. It takes time. Pregnancy symptoms can start as early as a week after pregnancy begins. So the

"I woke up and felt nauseous. I ran to the bathroom and threw up" doesn't work. It doesn't make sense. If you're throwing up the day after you're probably sick, it's not some early signal that you're pregnant. You're infested with some type of disease or you ate some nasty food and got food poisoning

Also if you use the "my period is late" the day after, that's fucking gross and weird. Like- I'm not gonna explain but.. if you think about it- that's gross

If you don't know basic stuff about how pregnancy works- you're either AMAB or you're 10. And you're probably the latter
