Body 1 and 2 : Your Reasons
As I had mentioned before, these two bodies/paragraphs are dedicated to your reasons.
(Notice when I say bodies, doesn't it sound like I'm planning a murder?)
Both the bodies has to start with a topic sentence.
So, what is a topic sentence again?
Topic Sentence
Topic sentences are very similar to opening sentences. But the opening sentence is the first sentence of the introduction, that will introduce us to the entire story whereas the topic sentence will introduce us to only a paragraph. And it isn't complicated at all! To make it more simple, you can just tell one of your reasons.
Example?
Firstly, mental health greatly affects how a student studies.
To begin with, poly packaging has versatile uses.
or
Secondly, sports can be a good distraction from daily life.
Furthermore, some students concentrate on taking the lead rather than understanding the topic which is being discussed.

AUTHENTIC EVIDENCE (WHICH MUST BE AUTHENTIC! )
TO TELL THE TRUTH, EVEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT- okay I'm sorry, I forgot to take down the capital font but since I started it, I'll end it- AUTHENTIC REALLY MEANS. However, here is what I gathered from the dictionary-
authentic : /adjective/ of undisputed origin and not a copy; genuine
: /adjective/ based on facts; accurate or reliable
When talking about authentic evidence, both of these meanings make sense. However, in my opinion, the second one makes more sense when it comes to writing an Argumentative Essay. Evidence must be given in an accurate, reliable and believable way.
Although, your evidence doesn't always have to be original or genuine. You could make up a believable and realistic evidence by yourself or you could take help from others, the internet, books including any other reliable source and put it down to support your point. This is necessary as it is a part of your body. Your evidence is part of the mark/score for your body. Well, not your real body that is.
Exercise 1.2
No. 1
Remember the two reasons I made you write for the thesis statement in the last exercise? No? My god, you have a bad memory, no offence. Actually...so do I.
If you didn't take it seriously then just go back to the previous chapter and think about it. You don't have to write it down.
Now take those two reasons and write at least one or two sentences explaining them. Then give evidence. Authentic evidence that you can tell from experience or just make up something that is realistic.
