Chapter Seven
Chapter Seven
The boy pulled me through the forest, saying that there is a village up ahead. After he asked me my name, he told me to come with him to meet his father, the chief. So here we are now, on our way to the village. As the boy pulled me, I wondered what his name was. "What's your name?" I asked the boy. He turned his head towards me, with a grin on his face. "Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III. Hicc for short." he said. When he said Hicc, I grasped my head in pain. Where did I hear that name before? We stopped walking when Hiccup noticed me grasping my head. "Are you alright?" he asked worriedly. "Yes, I'm alright." I lied, moving my hands away from my head. "Plus, can I just call you Hiccup. Because my head hurts when I call you Hicc." I said, mumbling the last part quietly. "Yeah, sure." Hiccup said, not giving any hints that he heard the last part.

After that weird dream I had, three weeks flew by quickly. I was having more and more dreams everyday about those two kids. I don't know why, but maybe it's signifying something I have to do?
I walked out of my house after I had another dream about the two kids, refreshed by the breeze blowing gently through my hair. The village was bustling around in the process of their daily routine. After Hean and her parents decided to go back to Netherland, their island, for a few days, the village has returned back to normal. It was already a week since they left, and there is still no sign of them.
Smiling, I walked with Stormfly by my side to the academy for another training session. When I arrived, the 'Gang', which consisted of Snotlout, Fishlegs, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, Hiccup, and I, were already there with their dragons. As I entered the arena, Snotlout shouted out, "You're late, Astrid! Finally!" I walked over to him and punched him in the stomach.
Snotlout fell to ground groaning. "I mean, you're right on time!" he gasped while clutching his stomach. I walked over to the others who were trying hard to hide their laughter.
"Why is it always violence with you?" Snotlout muttered as he walked over to us. I turned my head around to face Snotlout. "It's not violence, it's communication."
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever you say, Astrid." Snotlout muttered again. I ignored him and walked towards Hiccup. "So, what are we doing today for training." I asked him.
"Well, we're going to-" Hiccup started to say when the horn alerting the island that someone was coming sounded through the air.
Hiccup turned away from me to face the rest of the riders. "Riders! Get onto your dragons and follow Toothless and I!" Hiccup ordered.
We all mounted our dragons and followed Hiccup to the harbor. I looked down to see the villagers running around, bumping into all sorts of stuff. If it wasn't because of the incoming danger, I'd be in tears laughing.
We soared through the air, and I noticed a single ship coming towards Berk. I motioned for Stormfly to take me closer to the ship, leaving the rest of the 'Gang'.
When we got closer, I recognized the emblem on the hull of the ship to be the Nethers' symbol. This isn't an enemy ship, it was from Netherland, Hean's tribe.
I quickly turned around and zoomed back towards Berk. The archers were about to fire their flaming arrows. I motioned to Stormfly to fly faster. The archers pulled on the strings of their bows, about to release it when I shouted out, "Stop!"
The archers stopped their arrows from being released and looked up to me with questioning expressions.
Stormfly landed next to the row of archers. "It isn't an enemy! It's the Nethers!" I yelled out to the villagers in front of me.
Every one of them sighed in relief as they returned to what they were doing before. My friends landed next to me after all the villagers left, and dismounted their dragons. Hiccup ran towards me, then lifted me off the ground while laughing. "Good job, milady." I blushed as we leaned towards each other, but was interrupted by a loud cough.
Hiccup placed me back onto the ground as I glared at Tuffnut. He backed away, and pointed at his twin sister, Ruffnut. "I did nothing! She did it!" Ruffnut smacked him in the head, and they started arguing, like always.
I started to laugh until a large shadow loomed over me. I slowly turned around to see Stoick standing there. "Ch-chief! I didn't see you there! How are you doing?" I sputtered.
"Pretty good, Astrid. Now, let's welcome the Hoffersons' back to Berk!" he bellowed out to the 'Gang'. "Yes sir!" Snotlout, Fishlegs, and the twins saluted. I just rolled my eyes as I trailed behind them.
We arrived at the docks just as the Hofferson family exited the ship. Hean seemed to be searching for someone as she scanned the area around her.
When her eyes met mine, she smiled and started running towards my direction. She pounced on me when she reached me, ecstatic to see me again. "Astrid, I'm back! And I have news to tell you!" she excitedly exclaimed.
"What is it?" I asked, curious of what Hean was going to say.
"That you are my sister!" Hean said as she tilted her head sideways, smiling a bright smile.
