Hiccup at least knows the direction of where the kingdom is thanks to flying over it, and knows Toothless went down in that same direction, so he will be able to find him while he's out there with Rapunzel.

He's as of now climbing back down the tower and then wonders what's taking Rapunzel so long.

"Are you coming down, blondie?" Hiccup asks as he continues to climb down.

Rapunzel puts her hair around the hook and looks down to the world she is about to set foot on after years of being in the tower.

"Look at the world so close, and I'm halfway to it. Look at it all, so big. Do I even dare?" Rapunzel sings as she looks back at her paintings. "Look at me, there at last. I just have to do it. Should I? No. Here I go." She looks to Pascal who ties some hair around his waist and is ready to go.

She throws her hair down and Hiccup watches as she uses it as a way down and she stops before she could touch the ground.

Rapunzel looks down and allows her bare feet to touch the ground slowly and then plays with the grass in her toes.

"Just smell the grass, the dirt. Just like I dreamed they'd be." She sings as she lays down in the grass. "Just feel that summer breeze. The way it's calling me." She chases a flower and runs into the water. "For, like the first time ever I'm completely free." She throws some water into the air as birds fly past and Rapunzel starts to go towards the entrance. "I could go running and racing. And dancing and chasing. And leaping and bounding. Hair flying, heart pounding. And splashing and reeling and finally feeling. That's when my life begins!"

She then exits the cave and looks around as a flock of birds pass her above.

"I can't believe I did this!" Rapunzel says as she realizes what she did. "I can't believe I did this. I can't believe I did this!" She cheers again. "Mother would be so furious."

Later, they're at a pond and Rapunzel is holding one of the pod flowers from it. "But that's okay. What she doesn't know won't kill her, right?"

Next, she's sitting inside a dark cave and Hiccup watches her from outside. "Oh, my gosh! This would kill her." She whimpers.

Hiccup is looking for any clues, cut pieces of the prosthetic tail, Toothless' scales, anything to find him as Rapunzel runs down towards a pile of leaves. "This is so fun!" She says as she kicks the leave pile.

Rapunzel is up in a tree and holding her frying pan. "I'm a horrible daughter. I'm going back."

She's then later rolling down a hill. "I'm never going back!" She promises as she gets wrapped up in her own hair.

Laying face first into a thick layer of grass, Hiccup found at least his bag from the saddle and sees everything is still inside, meaning Toothless might be somewhere close. "I am a despicable human being!"

Now, she's swinging around a tree while cheering. "Best. Day. Ever!"

And then she's sitting against a rock while crying as Hiccup now decides to interfere with her inner struggle.

"I can't help but notice you seem to be struggling with yourself." Hiccup says.

"What?" Rapunzel asks.

"I'm only seeing what you're showing. I'm guessing an overprotective parent, forbidden to do anything. I've been through the same. But that's a part of life." Hiccup tells her as he places his foot om one of the rocks. "Getting a bit rebellious, seeking adventure, that's all my life's been for the last two years. I left my home, and I couldn't be happier." He explains and sweeps Pascal off his shoulder.

"You think?" Rapunzel asks as she wipes her nose.

"I know. You're just overthinking this." Hiccup promises and kneels down. "It's normal to want to see the world, sometimes you need to forget everyone and everything else. My father kept me as far as he could get me, away from the world because he was embarrassed by me. So I left and showed him I'm not worthless." He gestured to himself.

Rapunzel sees what he's saying when they hear something ruffling in the bushes. She grabs on to Hiccup and hides behind him while holding her frying pan out for defense.

"Is it ruffians? Thugs? Have they come for me?" Rapunzel asks as Hiccup reaches into his bag and grabs his prototype weapon, a flaming sword he calls Inferno, and gets ready to use it.

That's when a bunny comes out from the bushes and stares at the two without a care in the world.

Hiccup uncontrollably lets out a small chuckle and sees Rapunzel still clinging to him. "Stay calm. It might be able smell fear."

Rapunzel then let's go and separates herself from him. "Sorry. Guess I'm a little bit jumpy."

Hiccup places his weapon back on his belt. "It's okay. We should stay clear of ruffians and thugs, though." He says mockingly.

Rapunzel then chuckles nervously. "Yeah, that would be best."

"Come on. We still have a long way to go on foot." Hiccup says as they get back to walking.

In the forest, Toothless woke up and has been getting himself free and sees his prosthetic tail Hiccup made has been torn and ripped.

Luckily, it seems that whoever shot the bola wasn't expecting dragon strength (Unlike when Hiccup shot him down) as he was actually able to pry himself free from it this time and starts trying to track his Rider's scent.

Toothless searches and picks up his scent around where Hiccup discovered the tower and starts following it when he runs into Gothel.

"A dragon?" Gothel asks and notices the saddle on his back. "If you have a saddle...where's your Rider?" She wonders and gets worried. "Rapunzel. Rapunzel!" She screams and runs back towards the tower as Toothless is left confused and he goes back to searching for Hiccup as he catches up with his trail.

Hiccup and Rapunzel keep going through the forest when they come across a place called TheSnuggly Duckling.

"This seems like a very nice place." Hiccup comments thinking the name sounds friendly enough. "What do you think, wanna stop for a bite and maybe some directions?" He asks Rapunzel.

Rapunzel looks and thinks she should go for it. "I do like ducklings."

Hiccup and Rapunzel walk to the doors and open it to see a lot of (as Rapunzel put it) thugs, rats, and ruffians.

Rapunzel swings her frying pan around as they walk in and hope they do nothing to disturb these guys when one of them grabs her hair and Rapunzel runs further inside.

"That's a lot of hair." The thug tells Hiccup.

"That's an understatement." Hiccup says and Rapunzel backs up into someone bigger than her.

Hiccup walks up and gets ready to draw his sword if he needs to.

"You know, I don't think this is a place for us." Hiccup says as the two start walking out when one thug slams the door shut and has a poster in his hand. And the poster was of Hiccup.

"Is this you?" He asks Hiccup and he sees the poster has a drawn photo of what he used to looked like two years ago, and he has changed a lot since Berk.

"Would you believe me if I said no?" Hiccup asks, giving it a shot.

"Oh, it's him all right." A thug with a hook hand says, in all honesty, he reminds Hiccup of Gobber. "Greno, go find some guards." He says and Greno runs out the door and grabs Hiccup similar to Gobber again using the hook. "That reward is going to buy me a new hook."

Hiccup quickly draws his sword and tries to keep them back when another with a bucket head grabs him and causes him to drop his sword.

"I could use the money." He says when another one with giant antlers on his helmet grabs him.

"What about me? I'm broke!" He says and they all start fighting over him when Rapunzel smacks the hook hand guy with her hair and a branch form the ceiling.

They all turn to face Rapunzel, shocked to what she just did.

"Leave him alone!" Rapunzel commands them. "Okay, I don't know where I am, and I need him to help me see the lanterns because I've been dreaming about them my entire life! Find your humanity! Haven't any of you had a dream?"

The hook guy grabs his axe from his back and one of the bigger guys hangs Hiccup up from his suit so he can't escape.

The guy approaches Rapunzel and gets extremely close as she backs away in fear.

"I had a dream once." He says and throws his axe over to a accordion player in the corner and he starts playing. "I'm malicious, mean and scary. My sneer could curdle dairy. And violence-wise my hands are not the cleanest." He says and they look down to a body layout with an axe near the head. "But despite my evil look and my temper and my hook, I've always yearned to be a concert pianist." He sings and starts playing the piano.

"Can't you see me on the stage performing Mozart? Tickling the ivories till they gleam." He then accidentally sends keys from the piano flying off. "Yep, I'd rather be called deadly for my killer show-tune medley. 'Cause way down deep inside I've got a dream."

"He's got a dream. He's got a dream." Everyone starts singing and Hiccup is left wondering how he ran into this musical island. Also, wondering how many times they sing this to know exactly what to say?

"See, I ain't as cruel and vicious as I seem." He keeps singing as Rapunzel sits next to him and he accidentally hits someone else. "Though I do like breaking femurs, you can count me with the dreamers. Like everybody else, I've got a dream."

Pascal was next to a few rats who are going up and down with the beat and is confused as everyone hums.

"I've got scars and lumps and bruises." The one he hit starts singing. "Plus something here that oozes. And let's not even mention my complexion. But despite my extra toes, and my goiter, and my nose, I really want to make a love connection." He says while handing a flower to Rapunzel. "Can't you see me with a special little lady? Rowing in a rowboat down a stream, though I'm one disgusting blighter. I'm a lover, not a fighter." He raises someone dressed like an elder Cupid. "'Cause way down deep inside I've got a dream. I've got a dream!"

"He's got a dream."

"I've got a dream."

"He's got a dream."

"And I know one day romance will reign supreme! Though my face leaves people screaming, there's a child behind it dreaming. Like everybody else, I've got a dream." He sings with Rapunzel.

"Thor would like to quit and be a florist." Someone says as Rapunzel watches him show his skills as a florist.

"Gunter does interior design." In the corner, one of them has a bear shaped chair, puppy painting and others.

"Ulf is into mime." They say as he annoys Hiccup whos still hanging around.

"Attila's cupcakes are sublime." The bucket helmet guy holds out a tray with cupcakes.

"Bruiser knits, Killer sews, Fang does little puppet shows."

"And Vladimir collects ceramic unicorns." Hook guy says as the big guy shows he has two small unicorns and the clinks them together. "What about you?" He now asks Hiccup.

"Me?" Hiccup asks.

"What's your dream?" The love dreamer asks and lets Hiccup down.

"Sorry, guys, but I don't sing." Hiccup confesses and they all aim their weapons at him.

"I have dreams as well, no it's true." Hiccup tries his best to sing and dance on the bar. "Trying to find a place to find a home, just like you. Someplace accepting me for who I am," He says as they grab him and hold him by his limbs, "but traveling everywhere, I somehow always find myself in a jam!" He finishes as they throw him into the air.

"I've got a dream!" Rapunzel now sings.

"She's got a dream!"

"I've got a dream!"

"She's got a dream!"

"I just want to see the floating lanterns gleam!" She says and they all cheer. "And with every passing hour, I'm so glad I left my tower. Like all you lovely folks, I've got a dream."

"She's got a dream!"

"He's got a dream!"

"They got a dream!"

"We've got a dream!"

"So our differences ain't really that extreme!" They say as they bring Hiccup back and throw him around the room. "We're one big team! Call us brutal. Sick. Sadistic. And grotesquely optimistic. 'Cause way down deep inside we've got a dream!"

"I've got a dream!"

"I've got a dream!"

"I've got a dream!"

"I've got a dream!"

"I've got a dream!"

"I've got a dream!"

"Yes, way down deep inside, I've got a dream!" They keep going as two lead Rapunzel up to a table.

They end and cheer when Greno returns. "I found the guards!" He tells everyone and Hiccup hides with Rapunzel and they start searching the place for the wanted man.

The hook guy spots them and leads them to the back where they have a secret compartment for them to escape.

"Go. Live your dreams." He tells them.

Hiccup leads the way as Rapunzel follows after him.
