3. Never Pass Up an Opportunity for Loot

(Soot's POV)
I wake up and walk over to the living room. I look over at the updated chore list.
Food- James Sandstorm
Cleaning- James Sandstorm
Hospital- Sandstorm Badger
Dawn Patrol- Soot Spider
Evening Patrol- Bloodstain Crossfire
Night Patrol- Skull Badger
Errands- Soot Spider Skull James Badger Bloodstain Crossfire

It's a lot more organized now. That's for sure. I start to get ready for patrol and hunt around for my gun. "Did you loose something?" Spider asks. I turn around and see him holding my gun with a cheeky grin. "Thanks," I roll my eyes with a laugh as I take the shot gun from his hands. "Are you ready?" I ask. He nods. We walk across the room and out the door. I open and close the gate to let us out. I see a few walkers and shoot them. They all fall on impact. I see a camp set up in the surrounding tree line. "We should get the others to see this," I say. If there's other survivors in our turf, they're going to want to know. "Lets loot it first!" Spider grins. "We really should wait," I protest. He groans, "Fine." We walk back inside and run around the other's rooms yelling. "WAAAAKKEEE UUUPP!!" I shout and Crossfire come barreling out of her room, Badger and Bloodstain point their knives around but ask me what's going on when they don't see anyone. "Get everyone and meet in the living room," I say and Badger nods. "Come on, Sandy. Time to get up," she grunts sleepily, only half awake. I walk with Bloodstain and Crossfire to the living room and sit on the couch. When everyone gets here, I start explaining. "There's a campsite set up in the tree line by base. We saw it on patrol." "Should we check it out?" Crossfire asks. "What if they come for us?" Bloodstain growls. "More people? I thought we were the only ones," Sandstorm says in a confused tone. "Key word were," Spider tells him. "Shut it!" Badger growls. She's kinda got a lower temper when she's tired with has increased since the coffee went out... "This camp is a possible threat meaning there is no reason to assume they will harm us but no reason to assume they won't. This is a bloodbath guys. It's every man, woman, and child for themselves. Let's go check it out." We nod and Spider and I show them where the camp is. We split up and look around. I look at the larger tent of the six. It has a list on a sleeping bag. I read it.

Just a load of nonsense. I sigh and walk out to meet the rest of the group. We walk back to base but the moment I step inside an arrow whizzes past my face and impales the wall beside me. "Don't...move," a voice grunts. I squint my eyes and Badger gasps. "Oh my god!" She runs for ward and tackles the kid. I got a brief look at her, or I think it was a her, she has a pale blue t-shirt on and glittery patched blue jeans. She also had on a blue feathery vest and a pixie hair cut. "Hey wait you're supposed to-!" The kid protests but Badger tackles her regardless. "I thought you died!" She says. "Wait! It's...you're...AH!!!" The kid laughs and hugs Badger. They look over at us with a grin. "Guys," Badger says. "This is my little sister." She grins. Another kid comes running in with a worried look. This one is a boy with short black hair and dark navy clothes. He's got a bat strapped to his back. "No way!" I shout. "No. Way!" I run over to him. He looks at me confused and gives me a bear hug. "And this," I laugh. "is my brother." Than a girl our age with long brown hair and light brown skin walks in. "What the hell are you doing?" She demands at us.

Hey wazzup?!
