What do you do about people who might as well be stalkers? You know like always staring at you like your a meal they haven't had in weeks, always following you around even when you tell them to stop, or constantly asking you out no matter how many times or how many ways you tell them no?

I had a very similar situation except only on social media, then sometimes at school. If there is any social media problems then of course, block them. But if social media isn't the only problem then if you have any classes with this person then try to stay away from them, then if you get sat next to them then talk to a teacher or adult about them. Then if you are comfortable with it, if this person keeps staring at you then go up to them and confront them in front of everyone, then maybe they will stop, let me know if this was helpful.
