Your clothing from middle school might change once you go to high school. People make their impression by how you dress, if you dress well, it can show your confidence level. You may be thinking that you will dress like high school movie stars, but a lot of the time that isn't the situation. I remember one time I walk in and there was a freshman thinking that, she was dressed in a crop top and too tight skinny jeans. Don't be that girl. Most schools will get you dress coded. Be aware. I know sometimes I wanted to look good, then some other times I wanted to be comfortable. Don't think that you have to dress to impress someone. Just try to impress yourself.
Then sometimes people don't have a choice of what to wear. Sometimes schools only let the students wear uniforms. Let me know if your school gives you a choice or not.
