head to an abandoned haunted hospital.

pick one of the rooms and find a syringe, if there isn't one in the room you chose go find one and bring it into the room.

lay down on the hospital bed or surgery table holding the syringe close to your heart.

close your eyes and chant:

"Nurse Ann, Nurse Ann, im not feeling well. Nurse Ann, Nurse Ann, its time for me to say my farewell.

open your eyes.

you should feel her presence in the room with you, do not do this again and she will kill you after you have said your last word.
