how to summon: 

this has to be done at 8 pm.

find a bench and make sure you are completely alone.

sit on the bench and put your hands on your lap.

then chant:

"come here little kitty, ley me see your smile!"

you will feel a cat brush against your leg. 

look down and you will see her.
